Very comfortable staying in good location

Clean, very spacious with high ceilings apartment, really comfortable staying, excellent location and nice view.

- It’s fairly noisy, because it’s located on the main street with active traffic - Conditioner is placed in the ceiling and blows right to the bed (probably we didn’t manage to configure it) - we were triple and asked for 3-rd towel every day, but every cleaning put just 2 towels

Good place for families looking for top location

The apartment itself was amazing clean and organized. Good services staff excellent.

The front entrance is not inviting at all. No elevator. I will suggest to give a touch to the entrance to make it more attractive.

Nice Georgian historical apart hotel.

The classic historical 19th century apartment renovation to modern standards. It’s like stepping back in time. Very spacious and comfortable and super clean. Location very nice across from historic opera house. Special thanks to the wonderful friendly staff. Always helpful and supportive throughout entire stay.

we were greeted by a very friendly driver who not only picked us up but also helped us buy SIM card, exchange money etc.

we were pleasantly surprised with how clean modern and spacious it was. The staff was very kind and very helpful and the apartment was beautiful!

Very comfortable for family

1.Staff is perfect, always available and ready to help 2.Location is good on main street close to Opera , museums, Galleria mall. Takes about 15min walk to old city 3.Apartments are very comfortable and very fit for family.We were with small child and you have everything you need, baby chair, microwave etc. Heating and noise isolation was very good. 4.Must say about driver that works with the hotel very polite and punctual. Hotel provide free transfer from airport, but we continued with the same driver all other days. Beso, thanks again:)

Only one thing , for these who comes with baby stroller, apartments located on second floor and because this is old building there is no lift.

I choose this property for certain reasons.First of all, the location itself was excellent.then the size of the room was all I need - huge size. 3rd, staff are very accommodating and they are 24 hours available.4th was the cleanliness.

I only stayed two nights but I would have loved to stay longer.

The manager, Ms. Verunika, was exceedingly gracious, kind and friendly. The apartment is fit for a prince. Everything was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone.

Nothing. Only superlatives for this particular property. Bedding, temperature control, towels, bathroom - all top notch! The BED WAS HEAVEN!

The staff were kind and helpful, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. Loved the balcony for morning coffee. We did not get the breakfast, but the menu looked really good.

Prime location with amazing view of the main street and easy access to eateries, mall, metro, exchanges, shopping, city attractions etc. (Within walking distance) The apartment is well kept and extremely clean. Living space is considerably large, bed room too is good size.The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your requests.

modern furniture, LOVELY staff, close to everything and safe

I liked the modern furniture and how friendly the staff were. Specifically the gorgeous Veronica! she’s such a sweetheart! we had a family issue and she was very flexible with bookings and she extended our check-out time just to make sure we left comfortably.

nothing actually…. maybe i just hoped there was a washing machine in the facility.
