Bad value for money

Beautiful place

Hard to communicate with owner Refused to answer phone, only chat Instructions not clear, hard to find apartment No numbers on doors or floor number Parking was paid when they said it was free Lockbox was defective Very very hot in apartment Overpriced for region- I thought it was a hotel but it was a private residence You had to pay for sheets- makes no sense 😒

Bel appartement bien agencé et bien équipé dans un superbe bâtiment. Il est proche du centre-ville. Hôte très réactif. Bref, je conseille.

Mooie plek, ruim appartement. Niet gemakkelijk te bereiken met bagage.

Locatie is centraal. Mooie zolder etage.

De keuken was niet schoon. Hoewel het appartement “maar” op de 2e etage is., is die alleen te bereiken door twee zeer hoge draaitrappen ( te vergelijken met 4 normale verdiepingen) . Er is geen lift. Met zware koffers is het niet gemakkelijk

A delightful stay.

This was a delight. Conveniently situated in one of Troyes' historic buildings, the apartment commands views directly over the cathedral. It was cosy and warm during a cold snap, and we were centrally placed to enjoy all the historic centre has to offer. Be aware the apartment is up two flights of stairs,, but don't let this put you off unless you have mobility issues. Much local parking is free (but check carefully). We would willingly stay here again.

No complaints. Except ... no tea towels!

Excellent place with scenic view.

An excellent location. Scenic view from the windows. Clean room, all that is needed is there.

The address on Google maps points to the building next to this one, and at night it was a bit challenging to figure out the correct building. Had to use the GPS coordinates and after that it was wasy.

RIGHT in the centre of Troyes, which is a beautiful, historical city, (our first visit) opposite the cathedral. superb settings and grounds. Helpful neighbour re street parking! (which to be honest had confused us until explained!) Great location. Overnight parking was so cheap!

Satnav wasn’t helpful finding it and the address (number 101) is a hairdressers. However if we’d parked 20 mts down the street we would have seen another 101 on the massive iron, secure gates. We were just unfortunate and it should not deter others.

Exceptional

We loved the apartment. It was super charming, everything was really clean, the bed was great, and it’s also super modern. The views were amazing and the location couldn’t be better.

Nice place but not enough beds for everyone

Nice location close to the center. Clean and spatious appartment.

We booked for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 7 years old, as mentioned on the booking). We only got sleeping space for 2 adults and 1 baby (babybed). So not enough beds for all persons in the booking. 2 people had to sleep on the floor in an improvised bed. Unacceptable.

A lovely stop over in Troyes.

We arrived in a storm so dashed into Aldi to get something for supper (after a long drive couldn’t be bothered to go out) and breakfast the next morning. The apartment was situated in a beautiful old building (former hospital) but the grounds looked a bit unkempt. With some TLC it could look beautiful. The apartment was on the 2nd floor so it would not be suitable if you couldn't manage stairs. The apartment was very compact but the space had been used well and it was furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed and soon we settle down with lasagne and wine! We woke up to a beautiful view of the cathedral. It was a perfect stopover on our journey south. Merci beaucoup!
