とても清潔で、トイレとお風呂が別になっていたのがよかった。

The area is quiet residential which we like. Our room is clean, comfortable and slightly bigger than the usual standard.
The blinds let in a lot of light, if I didn’t have my eye mask I wouldn’t be able to sleep.

location is convenient and friendly staff.

Good value and great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and tea well provided.
No body lotion.

The staff was lovely, we felt very welcome.
The room was comfortable.
And it was handy to be walking distance to the train station.
Nothing.

Charming and cosy rooms, slightly bigger than expected

Hôtel agréable avec un personnel attentionné. Emplacement assez pratique mais le quartier est pas très vivant. A pied en peu de temps on trouve tout de même tout ce qu’il faut. Juste un petit reproche il y a une odeur d’humidité

Room was big and nice. Clean.
Beds are great.
Futon in people room is NOT comfortable. Too hard.
Washing/drying machines. 3kg in 2h10min... Really?
The price is too high for this standing.
No staff between 10pm to 8am.
Staff does not enough understand english.

Good location, close to train station. Very nice and comfortable room. Staff were very nice (but I have not seen place in Japan where that is not the case). Seven eleven is just a street away. All in all pretty good.
4.4
The emplacement was great. The room was big enough and has a fridge and a nice big shower with a bathtub.
4.4
the room was spacious with clean new fittings
it in a quiet residential area about 12min walk from Kyoto station. The closest convenient store is about 5min walk away

Near the Kyoto Station. Comfy Bed.
Too much light in the room. The courtains are really really bad. Besides WiFi was quite bad. Could not do call over IP with family.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station, making it convenient to get to and get around. The room and bathroom were also well-maintained and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very nice and friendly.
The reception is only open from 12pm to 9pm which is a little inconvenient as you would have to make sure you were back before 9pm if you wanted to ask for anything.
4.4
Convenient location, easy check in and checkout, luggage storage, coin laundry available, and quiet

The location was great once we found the best way to get to it from the station - the position in the back streets made it quite quiet and the 10 minute walk to the station wasn't onerous. There was space at the back of the room to place our three large bags. The desk staff were very helpful and their ability to speak English was an added bonus. However, not having them avaiable between 9pm and midday the next day was somewhat difficult.
The third bed we requested was a futon and, with no additional mattress, it was incredibly hard to sleep on - my husband eneded up having to share the king singles with myself and our 12 yr old if he was to get any sleep at all. The kettle had to be placed on the ground in order to access a powerpoint and the lighting was poor in the evening.

Our room was beautiful and the beds were extremely confortable

comfortable and clean environment to stay within neighbourhood area
distance to Kyoto Station is abit too far for family with small children

Room is big enough, looks new and clean. Aircon was strong.
Quite a walk from kyoto station and nearest bus stop

Clean, well located, comfortable and welcoming hotel that met or exceeded expectations.
Emi was kind and considerate and an exceptional help, pre arrival and during our stay.

The beds were very confortable, the bathroom had a lovely deep bath and the staff were most helpful and accommodating. It was the perfect location, 10 minutes walk away from Kyoto station and close to lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes!
Nothing at all, everything was wonderful.

spacious rooms. friendly and helpful staff. quiet location.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, it was equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the option to adjust the temperature, as I love cooler nights and warmer mornings. I found shops and restaurants very close to the hotel, the location is really good. The best accommodation I had in Japan during my trip.
4.4
modern and clean and homely feel with hotel facilities.
no.

Four (4) pillows on the bed! The room I was in had a very attractive modern design with Japanese aesthetic. It gave me the feeling of being in more than just a hotel. I did take advantage of a promotional (mid-week) deal, which made everything all the more appealing. I felt as though I was well above my usual price class.
Location is in quiet residential area about 10-12 minutes walk from Kyoto train station. Closest morning eating options will be there. As long as you don't mind the morning walk .. or get breakfast supplies at konbini (hotel provides tea, coffee).
Before arrival, I did wonder about the reception desk hours of noon to 9pm. It's not a 24h service hotel. But, it wasn't a problem at all. They had their system worked out and everything was explained at check-in. Also, I don't need 24h service.

It was clean, nice size for 2. I liked the bathtub and washing areas were separated, very Japanese style.
The staff, Ms Kimura was very kind and professional.
Not very far from Kyoto station.
There were 2 washing machines.
It was a bit hard to find the place at the beginning.
There was a microwave on the ground floor only.
