With 300 acres of marked trails, 70 acres of meadow paths and pastures, stocked pond, swimming hole and more, there is no shortage of ways to enjoy your stay - snowshoe, cross country ski, skate, hike, fish, swim - relax! Ideal location for ski season at Killington or Quechee Club Ski Mt., fitness retreats, or family reunions.
This great escape is located 5 miles from Woodstock, 15 minutes from Dartmouth, 22 miles from Killington, and just a few minutes drive from the Quechee Club, Simon Pearce, Parker House, other fine dining, spas, shopping and beautiful hiking.
The 8,500 square foot house has a spacious gourmet kitchen with Viking range, Subzero fridge, radiant heat flooring and laundry facilities, two fireplaces, 6 cubby ski room, fire pit, two dishwashers, high def TV’s, a fitness room with elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine and stationary bike and a huge finished basement gameroom/playroom with classic games air hockey, ping-pong, foosball and more.
First floor sunny master bedroom with loft office space to take care of business, master bath has jacuzzi tub, large shower and radiant heat. Four second floor spacious bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen rooms, 2 full beds and daybed) 2 basement couches and 3+ air mattresses .
Plenty to enjoy if you plan to tune out, but fully equipped if you need to plug in.
