About this apartment rental

Renovated suite with 2-bedrooms, 2 full baths located on the top (4th) floor with ocean and sunrise views, in a gated community. Positioned on the Atlantic Ocean between Key Largo and Islamorada, bordered by protected mangroves and beautifully landscaped grounds. The suite has 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. There are two small balconies with views of the ocean. The kitchen has a quartz counter and all the standard pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer, with hair dryers in the bathrooms and more. The living room features a 65” TV. With Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom has a 50" tv - as does the 2nd bedroom, balcony and water views. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower.
The property includes: a private beach, a junior Olympic size pool, a large outdoor jacuzzi and marina* on site. There is a pool side bar and waterfront lounge that has a full bar, as well as a lite food menu.
This is a family friendly community in a great location and with plenty to do both on site and nearby. Besides all the normal kitchen items and spices, we provide high speed internet and a printer. There is no smoking and unfortunately no pets.

note the cafe and bar are currently closed and are waiting upon management to notify us when they will reopen

Our suite has a germicidal UV light system installed in the HVAC equipment. This constantly treats the air as it flows through the HVAC system. Germicidal UV light is an established method to help in the control of bacteria, germs and viruses.

We have a small desk in the master bedroom for those who may have some work to do and want a separate area to do it in comfort.

As there is no maid service during your stay, this means that the guests have sole and exclusive access to the home. If guests do not want to eat out, our complete and full kitchen allows guests to cook all their own meals or easily serve prepared food. Of course, if some issue should arise, we would send the appropriate person to correct it. Also, the check in process just involves stopping your car at the front gate, then proceeding directly to the suite.

*If you wish to bring a boat, up to 28’ with proof of insurance is required and slip fees apply. Arrangements can be made with the onsite management. Taxes and a cleaning fee are added.

Great property, had all we needed for a wonderful week. Pool is huge and location is great. The marina, cafe and bars were closed. If they are seasonal the listing should mention that. The pool was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Water was warm and there is plenty of seating for all.

David, was a great host. Easy to communicate with. He provided recommendations for places to eat, places to adventure and who to adventure with and thru. No problems accessing property or getting through gatehouse. Someone was always at the gate. The pool, hot tub and beach area were all great. The grounds are beautiful and all areas are well maintained. There's a good truck, never had a chance to try it out. But it's a nice extra they have by the pool. David's condo was a slice of peacefulness that we were looking and hoping for. It was just two of us but it was nice having two bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided as well. The area is very laid back. We liked the area and we liked David's condo. We would definitely stay again at Ocean Pointe. Thanks again David!

My two friends and I used this as home base for a 5 day stay in the keys. Easy to find, ample parking and very cute coastal themed decor. We even loved the feral cats that greeting us upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses. Loved all the thoughtful details and decor from fish printed bed sheets to jellyfish wallpaper and adorable beach towels. Everything was clean and sanitized for our arrival. We did have some minor issues with shower temps and water pressure but all in all this was a lively space for 3 adults to stay. Would definitely recommend to others. Josh was very responsive and plenty of fun things to do nearby or within a short drive.

Great, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with nice ocean and mangrove views. Totally remodeled condo has everything you need for a keys vacation. Beautiful, huge pool. Quaint beach and nicely maintained grounds overall. Spacious primary bedroom suite. Kitchen with everything you have at home. Due to a delayed flight, we got in during the middle of the night. We were warmly greeted at the Ocean Pointe Gate and we were in the condo within minutes of a very quick check in. Thanks for everything!

Loved the property and it was as listed. Close to both Largo and Islamorada. Main bathroom had no hot water in the shower but I’m sure that’s a quick fix. It’s is a walk to the beach on the property and the hot tub is never available, there is no one to monitor the use. The cafe on property was also closed for renovations.

We loved our time here. Everything was just as in the photos. Very clean and location is perfect for many activities, restaurants and stores. Lazy days on site at pool and beach are perfect also. Communication with the owner was great and easiest check in ever. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a great location for boating! There are so many great dive and snorkeling spots within a 30 minute boat ride from the marina. It was so convenient! We brought our own boat and gear. We went out twice each day, avoiding summer storms, finding great spots each time. The condo was perfect for the four of us! It was very clean, well stocked, and the owner was very communicative. We dipped in the pool for a quick rinse after our boat trips, but the temperature was a little too warm for our liking in the June FL heat. It won’t stop us from booking another stay!

All as advertised. Nice location in the Keys - an hour to Key West for a day trip and an hour from Miami airport. Lots of restaurants and excursions within easy driving distance. Condo was clean and well stocked. Nice furnishings. Pool was well maintained. Had a great time.

We were a group of six(6) in for several days of fishing. Three stayed in this unit and three stayed in another unit we rented. This unit was very nice and the online photos depict it accurately. The unit was spotless when we arrived.

The unit is extremely clean, updated, and located in a complex that has a large community pool, tennis courts, harbor, and boat landing facilities. We especially enjoyed walks in nearby areas each morning. Great plan for a January escape.

We travel to the Keys every spring and have stayed at numerous places. This property was just as described as clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location was great for day trips to Bahia Honda, Key West and Key Largo. On property, We made use of the beautiful pool and fishing at the marina. Highly recommend.

David's place was very nice, clean, and inviting. He is an excellent host and communicator. The master bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms have been updated and are very beachy and beautiful. The Keys is not a place to go if you want to lay out on a beach, so take the "beach" on the property with a grain of salt. If you can rent a boat and be out on the water, that's the best way to be in the water. Gorgeous clear turquoise water and scenery! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our party of 4 adults really enjoyed this lovely, quiet, comfortable condo with views. The resort beach and pier were nice, had chairs, and beach towels were provided in unit. The nearby Harry Harris beach park was also nice. We highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a fantastic experience at the Keys and at this property. The unit had literally everything we needed; no constructive feedback at all. The owners were extremely responsive and pleasant. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!!
