A nice roomy, comfortable stay. Lends itself to be a little bit brighter in decoration, there is a lot of dark wood. Heating was delightful as we had an unexpected arctic cold snap. Comfy beds with beautiful linen, comfy pillows.
Only negative is attention is needed to cleaning, a little more effort and it would be a perfect stay.

Fantastic house and yard; it was actually larger than it looks in the photos. It was very comfortably furnished, and the heating worked great (we were there in July). The kitchen was well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming here again.

Beautifully renovated house with everything that you need to make a stay easy. Central heating made house cosy despite cold weather. Short walk to great cafes.

This property is an older style building which is advantageous as the outside street noise was muffled. The inside is spacious and the facilities are modern. The beds were very comfortable and I love the pantry. There is off and on street parking. The backyard is lovely and would be great for kids to play in as it is private and safe.
Would recommend to anyone.

The property was clean and spacious, with off-street parking. The host was a great communicator and the whole process was painless.

The property was as described and largely comfortable and suitable for our needs (one night stay). Unfortunately two simple matters of request for slightly earlier check in and bath towel were not acknowledged by the owner so had to dry oneself with a hand towel.

Comfortable and well presented but name is misleading. It is some considerable distance from the lake and there is no lake view. Don't be sucked in by the photos

Great house which remained cool during the heat. Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Would stay again if return to bendigo

Had a great stay, but considering the first photo is on lake and name of house alludes to the house being directly on lake but unfortunately this is not the case , a block away
