Great place-just as listed.

It was a great stay! It was in a great area, we were able to meet the owner and he helped us out. It was very nice, safe, and enjoyable!

We were so impressed with this stay. Clean, quaint, and a great location. We had consistent communication with manager who was prompt in responses and always eager to accommodate. Highly recommend.

It was such a clean room and there was a little container of snacks on the countertop. It was a really good area and the check in process was easy! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

All other reviews are accurate. I expected the noise due to room 11 being above the market but assumed it would stop by 9-10pm as other reviews said. One night we stayed it was blasting until past 11pm and it was very loud. Other than that, great for the price.

Beautiful rental space with great location - a 20 minute walk from Weko Beach and <5 miles from Warren Dunes. There is a great little market/restaurant next to the unit. The unit is spacious and open with lots of light. Parking is easy in the adjacent lot with a designated space for each unit. The one negative is that there is a lot of noise. The unit sits on the corner of a major intersection and we were woken between 6-7 am each day by traffic noise. The market next door plays fairly loud music from 3 pm until about10:30 each night. Not a huge issue for us but if I had small children that could be a problem. As other reviewers stated, the television connectivity was spotty, which made it difficult to watch at times. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend.

The Monogram Shoreline Room
I really enjoyed my stay at the Monogram. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a basket of snacks set out for the stay. Check in was easy once I received the access code. I would definitely plan a return stay to the Monogram.

Very Nice Accomodations
Everything was very nice and thoughtful. Alison was very communicative and even allowed us to check in a little early. Place was super clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The only downsides we encountered were the walls are incredibly thin. We could hear everything the people next door to us were doing and we could hear the door alarm chimes for the shop downstairs. Also the WiFi connection in our room was terrible. The TV wouldn’t connect half the time we were there and our cells wouldn’t connect either. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Extremely Disappointing Stay
We have stayed at the Monogram multiple times and have been satisfied with the accommodations. Any issues were promptly addressed. Regrettably this last stay we experienced a problem with loud music and typical restaurant noise from the restaurant below before opening at 11 a.m and way past the 8 o clock closing time. We repeatedly reached out to the VRBO representative both by phone and via messages through VRBO and never heard back. It has been almost two weeks since we checked out and have yet to hear back. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. In fact we hope this review results in a call back to discuss the situation we experienced. Quite frankly the customer service was horrible. If your stay is problem free your trip will be great. If you have a problem, forget getting a response or any resolution.

Cozy
Very clean, great location and nicely decorated. Only downside was bedroom is above a restaurant that plays music but good side is they close at 9pm.

lovely space
great, clean apartment. only problem was the TV didn't work on our first night. it worked the next day, but I'm not sure if it was because someone fixed it, or it just happened to connect to the wifi on day 2.

Will stay again
We had a wonderful time - pleasant and modern accommodations and great location to area attractions including wineries and breweries.

I love everything about Monogram Inn. It is conveniently located, well appointed with comfortable bedding and clean everywhere. Alison is responsive to her guests. The only issue on this particular visit was the noise that started @ 4:30AM on both nights. Unit 11 is situated above the pizza place and I think this was the source for the unusually loud clatter and banging that went on for 2 hrs straight.
Otherwise, everything else was perfect for our stay.

Great place
Great location. Lot’s to explore in walking distance and a short drive to many breweries, wineries and beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Shoreline Room
My spouse and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The only issue was that bakery/restaurant below the Lakeshore room plays music very loud from 8am-10pm so you might want to choose a different room if you want to sleep in or go to sleep early. It didn’t bother us too much because we were up late/early for wedding activities but there’s no way we could have slept through it.

Nice but noisy
Beautiful and roomy. However, management should warn about excess noise from tenet below room 11 where we stayed. . Music was heard all day until 10pm and traffic outside on the corner is very busy and constant.

Great location-clean accommodations
We typically stay at another hotel for our anniversary weekend but had to find something quick when we heard they had canceled our res due to major storm damage. We decided to give the monogram a chance due to its location in the middle of harbor country.
The room was clean , the hotel was quiet, and it comes with a fully functional kitchen if you choose to make ur own meals.
A few local breweries and wineries were just down the street in Bridgman and driving to Baroda or St Joes or New Buffalo was shorter than we had expected.
Our only complaint would be the wifi with the tv but it just had to keep getting turned on, maybe it’s the tv, maybe it’s the building, but that was only when we were in for the night.
Very clean renovated building, access codes instead of keys were a plus.
We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pleasantly Surprised
Pictures will never give this Inn justice at how elegant and beautiful it is. I do wish there was more of a warning with how bad cell service is in the area, but it was a nice nudge to put down all electronics. Only issue we had was the TV in the Inn didn’t work or the WiFi. But that was due to Comcast. Overall everyone was super nice, area was beautiful, it is RIGHT next to Weko beach, and it’s super clean. This is the perfect town to escape a little reality. If you get a chance, definitely check out Watermark Brewery. Overall we are planning a trip back in a couple of months to this Inn.

girls getaway
perfect spot for a girls weekend. very clean. great location. more then enough room for two people.

The property is very nice and perfect for Mom and Dad plus 1 or 2 children. It appears to have been recently renovated as everything was very fresh, new appliances, etc. Instructions for entry were a little confusing as there are actually 2 buildings involved in this complex, but the issue was resolved very quickly. It is also at an intersection that can generate some road noise but this was rarely a problem. We'd stay there again, for sure.

Excellent Accommodations!
This Inn is very nice and close to beach, wineries, breweries, etc. We had a fabulous stay and thoroughly enjoyed our unit. Tastefully decorated and spotless. Only issue we had was the internet connection to operate the television apps. Highly recommend the Monogram Inn.
