About this villa rental

This four bedroom villa is built within a volcanic perimeter wall with gate and private car parking space. The walls surround colourful flower gardens and a large south facing terrace with comfortable sun-loungers; an ideal spot for sun worshippers.

The terrace is also equipped with an attractive built-in-barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the perfect meal by the heated pool. If you do not feel like cooking, however, there is a good selection of restaurants just a short stroll away.

The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with attractive dome shaped ceiling and indirect lighting with separate dining area, very tastefully furnished throughout. There is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen which is very well equipped to include microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Satellite TV is also installed. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.

The villa has four double bedrooms with twin or double bed thus sleeping eight adults comfortably and we can also supply cots or extra beds for children. Three luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, two ensuite, the third between the third and fourth bedroom. Located just 300 yards from the main beach and all amenities, Mimi is in a great location!

Just returned from a fab 10 day break at the wonderful villa mimi. The accommodation had recently been refurbished with brand new appliances, very roomy and comfy beds, air con, WiFi and lovely pool.quiet location and short walk to the beach and restaurants and bars, perfect if you don’t want to drive. Would highly recommend

We had an excellent 10 day stay at Villa Mimi. Very modern and clean villa. Outside area around the pool was ideal and the pool itself was spacious. Will definitely consider staying again here. Possibly just advising which days cleaners and pool guy were likely to visit and maybe a small welcome pack I.e water, milk, teabags as we have had previously at other villas in the area. But overall we really did have an excellent stay.

Having stayed in Villa Cassandra a few times beforehand, we decided to book a bigger villa this year. Mimi did not disappoint at all. The villa itself is spacious, well presented and in a great location. The beds are super comfy and everything you need is there. Can’t wait to return Perhaps you could consider something like a pool table in the area around the pool? My 2 teenage sons heard people playing on one next door (different rental company), and thought it would be good if we had use of one too.

Fantastic Villa, very modern. Ideal location, very quiet yet only 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants. Very secure. Everything we wanted from a Villa!! Service was top class too, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!!!

We originally booked a 2 bed but got a free upgrade to a 4 bed. Villa is fantastic. Location is excellent. Close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Cleaning lady was lovely and chatty. There's a huge amount of ants in the compound. As soon as the sun goes down they come out. Can be discouraging for outdoor eating. The parasols don't fully block the sun. I got burnt on the first day sitting under one when thinking I fully in the shade.

Knew the location having stayed in PdC several times. Airport only few mins away. Pool perfect size. At the centre of the villa voices are echoed by the shape of the dome above. Very strange ! Next door had external Table Tennis table and Pool table. would have been even better. Offer discount for returning visitors.

One of the most modern villas we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent so close to our favourite place in lanzarote just a short stroll to the main strip and amenities. The cleaning staff and pool guys visit regularly together with the communication from ocean club holidays is second to none. Very efficient further enhancing the great service. Without being very critical it’s hard to suggest any improvements.

We liked the outside area and the pool. We liked the authentic villa appearance, the inside layout. The sunbeds and general upkeep. We like Oceana reception and the helpfulness of the staff. A very good holiday. The kitchen utensils could be improved in all the villas we have stayed at with Oceanclub. (when you stay for a month at a time, you cannot afford to eat out every night and the kitchens lack small saucepans, microwave dishes and small ovenproof dishes). Seat cushions for outside dining and outside over table lighting would be good. Small points but overall very enjoyable.
