The chalet we stayed in at Kingstown House was adorable! Vaulted ceiling, kitchenette, full bath and shower. One big bonus for us was a nice visit by "Ed Sheeran," the orange tabby cat they call "Irish Ed!" Bridget and her daughter Stephanie were so nice and enjoyable to talk with. The chalet was spotlessly clean and stocked with a wonderful continental breakfast including pastries, bread, jams, juice, fruit and coffee/tea. We slept so well and would definitely return!
We liked everything!

Loved having our own little chalet/studio.

Everything, fabulous find 😀
It was tricky to get a taxi service but the hosts were very accommodating and helpful

The family room was perfect for us, very clean and very spacious!
The little kitchen was a great addition and we only regret not having stayed longer!

Filled fridge, nice hosts, cleanliness

I was in a self-contained chalet with a mini kitchen, just right for my needs, with a self-serve breakfast provided.
In the countryside just out of town and beautifully quiet.
More a suggestion - brown soda bread for breakfast would have been great, I got quite addicted to it during my holiday in Ireland!
Hint for visitors to book ahead if you want an evening meal out in town

It was clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable, and there is ample space for a family of 4 in the one room.
It is a little dated, but I think that’s reflected in the price.

heater was not working as shown

The cabin was a very comfortable size for a week's stay. We went in winter and the heating worked really well to make the place nice and cozy. Soft beds and powerful shower.
I wish we had more of a view of the beautiful countryside. Also, from other people's description of the breakfast, I was expecting a bit more. We found the breakfast sufficient.

very spacious room, good spread for breakfast - kitchen was well stocked, comfy bed in a quiet area so I had a great sleep, check out at 12 was fab as there’s no rushing in the morning

Fabulous spot ! Excellent facilities. Everything was just perfect . Very comfy bed, great night's 💤 sleep! Couldn't fault it. Hosts very friendly.

The unit was clean and adequately equipped.
Breakfast was self serve toast/cereal, very disappointing after all of our breakfasts at other B and Bs. A cleaning fee was added at the end of booking and seemed unfair.

Friendly, helpful proprietors
Good wifi
Good for families as it’s possible to self cater a bit
If you want a full Irish breakfast this is not your place

close to Cashel, owners were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. place is set up very well for 2 people. little patio for you to sit out if it’s nice, mini fridge was helpful as well.
one improvement might be to provide a French Press for coffee vs Instant coffee. no other recommendations as it was lovely.

Everything
A larger sign for the house is the only critique

Self contained apartment with kitchen and en suite. Well stocked fridge. Very friendly charming owner. Delightful countryside location within 10
Mins of Cashel.
TV complicated system. I could have asked how to get it to work but too tired to bother.

Great modern self contained unit away from main house stocked with any item you'd need in a b&b. Owners were friendly and communication was great. Comfy bed. Recommended a great place to eat in town. Lovely peaceful setting just outside of Cashel. Tasty breakfast options provided though not cooked if you're looking for an Irish fry up
Only suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower for toiletries

stayed in the chalet last time so was interested to see what the main house was like
like a mini version of the chalet - the little annexe was self contained with its own entrance even tho its part of the house
facilities excellent - washer dryer microwave fridge - continental brekky fruit cereal toast - tea coffee - far enough away from town to be quiet but tesco and petrol at the opposite end of the road the house is on - cahir mallow not far away for stuff to look at
steven and bridget nice (did ya win yer bingo hehe) - will have to point and laugh at his bike the next time :)
definately be back
