Very spacious property with a great welcome from Katerina. Location was fantastic and even though it was in the centre, the apartment was very quiet. We were only a family of 4 but even with 8 people the apartment will feel spacious and thoroughly enjoyable. Views were great too.

The property is very dated. It is lovely and spacious but needs serious upgrades. Although clean, there were problems with the drain in the main shower, paint peeling in places and looks old.

Dimitris was very welcoming and provided us with a list of places to visit. Very spacious apartment and everything you'd need was provided. Apartment was in a good location and great value for money.
N/A, everything was great. Would highly recommend.

Nice and clean flat, perfect service, perfect communication with the owner. Very well located in Athens. Amazing holidays for big familly or for group of friends!

Dimitris was the most gracious host I've had the pleasure to stay with. Although we were a little farther from the main attractions than I'd hoped for, Dimitris was able to provide us with taxis (very reasonable 5 euros) & instructions on where to go, what to expect, & how to get around.
Our group consisted of 2 couples and 4 single women. All of us had very comfortable rooms and the views from the penthouse were extraordinary. Dimitris provided us with exceptional coffee to make in the morning and even some pastries! However, there was an exceptional bakery walking distance from the apartment that that we couldn't help but take advantage of.
The furniture in the apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The apartment itself is very spacious and we truly enjoyed the balcony that runs the length of the apartment. Each bedroom had access to that balcony and we took advantage of it!
We also took advantage of the washers (there are 3 of them). There is no clothes dryer (seems Greece doesn't use them) but there were 3 drying racks that we were able to set up in the spacious balcony, without interfering with our enjoyment of the space.
Although the neighborhood seemed very safe, the building is completely secure and locked. In order to regain access, we needed to ring the 24 hour attendant in order to get back in. He was extremely nice but spoke very little English. Most people we met in the area did speak some English, which made our stay even more comfortable.
As with the bakery, there were also several restaurants nearby that we walked to. Although a little far, we also walked to a clinic to get our covid tests done. Cost was only €10 each.
I would recommend anybody going to Athens stay in this Penthouse. It will not disappoint!
The building is old so we had a little problem with the doors sticking. Because of a stuck door, we were unable to gain access to the rooftop patio. The elevator couldn't accommodate more than 3 or 4 people at a time, so it took us a little longer to get in-and-out of the building. However, at least we had an elevator, considering we were on the the 12th floor!

Dimitrius met us, all was fine. Big rooms, all were clean. There are all things at the kitchen for cooking and breakfast. And I have no worlds to describe such beautiful terrace in our apartments! Thank you so much for rest, I wish to come back again!

The property is well-located, spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved the style and comfort of the apartment. We felt very welcome there and our host came to see us and gave us some excellent advice for our trip. If I were ever returning to Athens then I would love to stay there again.

The host was very accomodating and helpful.
The penthouse has a very good location.
Plenty of space.
New bathroom fixtures, a good cleaning and the place will be perfect.
