Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the villa to find an entryway, living room, dining area and kitchen. The master suite is located on one side of the living room while the full suite and twin suite are located on the other side of the kitchen. The laundry room is located near the kitchen and front door. You can access the outdoor covered balcony from the living room and kitchen area. You can access the second outdoor covered balcony from the master suite.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. We had such a wonderful family vacation in this beautifully appointed condo that overlooks the ocean and the pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Any questions/concerns that we had were immediately addressed. It was so much fun to rent bicycles and ride to the cute general store in the neighborhood. We Just loved it. Thank you!

We have stayed at palmetto dunes for many years and this was the best condo we have rented. The views off the master and additional bedroom were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to prepare a few meals and sit on the patio enjoying the ocean views. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were very nice! Having little extras like beach towels and hand soap in all rooms was a nice surprise. The communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely choose this condo again in the future.

My family (2 grown kids and spouses) comes to Hilton Head every May. We always rent in Palmetto Dunes. This year the accommodations were the best so far. This unit has beautiful ocean and pool views from every room in the condo with the exception of one bedroom toward the front door. It was comfortably furnished with 2 large couches and 2 swivel chairs in the living area. Kitchen seemed to have everything you need. (We didn’t cook) Very clean and spacious! Owners were easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. We will rent again if our dates work out next year!

The unit was just terrific, just as pictured. A few items had to be cleaned in the cabinets but otherwise everything was just as listed. The property (pool and etc) was not as well maintained as the unit however and owners we met at the pool indicated it had been a problem all season. That said, we were there for a girls trip and found our way around some of these issues. Unit management has to stay on top of access code information.

Condo was spacious, one bathroom had a leak and a couple issues with kitchen appliances. But property manager was awesome and super attentive. He did a great job!!!

Six sorority members met on HH Island to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their initiation It was an awesome weekend. The condo was laid out perfectly. Great size over 1800 sq feet. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was appreciated as each of us had our own bed and shared a bathroom with only 1 other sister. Much different than our college years lol! Location was close to everything. We ate at great restaurants, went on tours and enjoyed a morning sail. Fabulous girls weekend!!!

Being almost 87, I wanted to take my 2 none-biological daughters on a lovely vacation. I thought we could all use some relaxing downtime.
When we were about 15 minutes away, i received notice that our elevator wasn't operating and should be operable. I am handicapped and even getting to the third floor once a day, which I very painfully managed, was too much, so I became a virtual prisoner in our very nice and well-equipped condo.
Very luckily, while my daughters went up to look over the situation, I saw a landscaping crew and was able to recruit them to get our many bags upstairs.
We did have Peter, our contact person, get me reimbursed for that.
I almost immediately started to worry about how we'd get them back down, but since we were told that the elevator would be repaired Monday maybe things would be better.
However, today, the fifth day, this hadn't happened, so we were worriedly sitting there wondering how we could possibly leave, when Peter rescued us and sent 2 guys to us. Lo and Behold, we were soon on our way. The lady who answered my call at your rental company was neither polite nor helpful. Thank God for Peter who came through for us. He's a gem.

Great place for a vacation. The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. The condo is steps from the beach and pool. We had a minor issue arise at the property and management was quick to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend!

My family loved staying here. So close to the ocean and very private, not crowded at all. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Some of the beds weren’t the most comfortable but that would be the only complaint. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Sure hope we can plan another stay in the future!

Fantastic family vacation
This property was perfect! On the beach, with a pool, my grandsons happily scampered between the two. The unit was wonderful for six adults and two little ones. Well equipped, fabulous views, luxurious bathrooms. I will (hopefully) be coming back.

This property was perfect for our ladies golf get away. The unit is very pretty, beautifully decorated with awesome views . It is spacious with lovely balcony space. The pool area is really nice with a good mix of sun & shade. The beach is beautiful! Only complaint was a problem with the shower in the bathroom with the two full beds. The shower faucet was installed incorrectly so it made it difficult to use. However when I called the response was quick and helpful! Beautiful condo!!!!

It was our 1st time at HHI. This condo met all of our needs and wants. It is clean, updated, and most of all the views and balcony are amazing! Short walk to the beach. Children enjoyed the heated pool as well. This will definitely be the place to stay when we go back to HHI.
