Good ay to stay but watch out for housekeeping.THIEVES

Staff accommodated to what room I requested for because it was my anniversary so I wanted the she room.

I accidentally left my shoes and a bag of expensive food that I brought I returned to get them. And I got the shoes but not the food? Hmm...if you were able to return the shoes..where's the food? All brand new unopened food. They wouldn't like it if they got their stuff stolen either and that if people returned to retrieve their PERSONAL belongings that they were get it back. Frustrating when housekeepers can the whatever they want thays left behind Nd get away with it. God knows how many times they hVe done this Nd gotten away with it. Of xourse management won't talk or do anything to the house keeper responsible for cleaning the room to hold them accountable and of xourse they will deny STEALING from customers.

New modern hotel, close to everything and very comfortable.

Great location. Breakfast had a variety and was hot and fresh. Coffee was excellent and always available. The room was comfortable and had a good amount of space for luggage. The bathroom was large and the shower was very nice. The hotel was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was great!

The most terrible service and management I’ve ever seen. The people don’t explain correctly how the payment goes. I would like to pay by cash, and manager told me that it’s possible. The next day another manager told its not possible and threaten me to evict me from my room. I didn’t have money on my card so that’s why I asked to pay cash. Because I’m a tourist here. I was sure that I can pay, as manager told me earlier, but they didn’t allow me to pay. At the end I had to ask my friends to send me money on my card so they cannot evict me from my room because I was in a hurry to very important meeting and didn’t have time to change the hotel. So I have to continue contacting with this unprofessional management for one night more. They rude and impolite!!! They ruined my mood for all my vacation. I will not ever visit this hotel again. Don’t recommend to stay at this hotel at all!

Wonderful and clean. Area is has many options close by for entertainment and food options.

The property and staff were first rate. Carrie (Assistant Manager) and Trish (Front Desk) were pleasant and very helpful - customer friendly. Hotel was clean and right next to Top Golf venue.

Great location, super clean, good breakfast!

Our room, the halls, and all areas of the hotel were SUPER clean. I am a clean freak and easily get grossed out and this was probably the most clean and comfortable I’ve felt staying somewhere! It smelled so clean all the time (not like strong cleaner, just clean) and you could tell they really put in extra effort to sanitize everything! Their breakfast was amazing too. Fresh pancakes with a toppings bar, fruit, yogurt, omelettes made from actual eggs, sausage, bagels/english muffins, oatmeal w/ toppings, and cereal. Great coffee too! This place has a bunch of fun areas to hang out in, inside and outside. We were able to just relax and enjoy the weather and views while reading, playing games, and more. Location wise, this was perfect. WinCo (grocery store), nice Maverick gas station, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants are all walkable but you still feel like you’re not right in the middle of it all!

The staff could be friendlier. They weren’t rude, but they could have had more zeal!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay. when I travel to A

The location was great! I was able to get groceries, a car wash and gasoline all in one city block. I appreciated the custom care I received, especially from Trish when I checked in, and later, when I was in dire need of emotional attention. (My love died in November, and I brought his ashes back to his family for a memorial.) It truly was a rough time for me. Trish and other staff were really good to me. Of course, they were always professional and kind, but when it was geared toward me, their attentiveness was phenomenal!

I wish I had had a microwave in my room.

The unfriendly staff in the evening. They were not inviting or informative. Morning staff was nice. Trash cans were way too small, The rooms are small and there is no free Wi-Fi so it's a little deceptive.

The first experience of my life I lost everything I own

I liked everything about the place up until the point where the management accused me of all kinds of things and treated me very poorly

I tried to check out the next day and the manager told me that they found drugs in my room and that I had warrants for my arrest and that the police department was coming to arrest me right then when it was all a made-up lie and caused me to leave there and I left all my property and I end up losing everything that I own
