The property was super comfortable, very small town charm, very good woodworking details inside. Staff over the top friendly
There's nothing that you could complain about with this property unless you're just the type of person that likes to complain

The room was adorable with features like a live edge desk and an embroidered bedspread. Both the bedroom and bath were spotless. The price of the room was very reasonable for the area. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great stay!

Did not try the breakfast, but the coffee was good and had a nice variety of creamers etc. The staff was great. I had an issue with my vehicle and they sent me to a shop 3 miles down the road and told me that if I needed to leave it there they would come and get me. This was not a shuttle service but one of the staff in their own car. Who does that? thumbs up.

The staff was great, the other guest were friendly, the location was quiet. Parking was good.
The view in the back wasn't good but the upside was the room was quiet.
The air handler was a little noisy

The location was good.
The breakfast was disappointing. Indicated that it was a buffet. However, they offered a choice of 4 bagged breakfasts. Indicated that it was because of COVID. However, many other area hotels offered buffets.

The staff was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.
They did not clean or make the bed, unless you specifically told them you wanted the bed made. Their continental breakfast were given to you in a paper bag. You have a few choices. All were laden with a lot of sugar & poor choices. A bit of a walk to the center of town.

Rooms had inside doors. Nice room.
Breakfast was choice of 3 carry out lunch sacks. Overpriced. Staff rarely available except by phone.

It was clean.
Location was good
Furniture was cool. All handmade wood furniture.
Coffee was always available by the front desk.
No coffee in the room. No alarm clock. Small room. Small bathroom. The chairs in the room were handmade wood, beautiful but not comfortable at all. No microwave in the room.
Expensive! No hot breakfast. You got a brown paper bag with lots of food inside, but they can do better for the price.

The location was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had to check out a day early and they didn't charge me anything. They also provide sack lunches which is so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this place!

Bad management! We picked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. When we complained the pool was closed for the season then the manager called police and had us kicked out from the property, without a refund. Manager never came to our room. Police escorted us to next door Hotel 8. Park County sheriff’s deputies were helpful, and embarrassed that they were called to handle the situation. They didn’t want to be there. All the manager had to do was give us a refund, but he refused. Unbelievable.

Yellowstone Village Inn and Suites is a family-fun business. I support small businesses whenever I can. Bert and his family run the place. His daughters Taylor and Sarah will welcome clients with their mega-watt smiles in the mornings when the bagged breakfasts (3 options available) are distributed. It's a great way to start the day. Plenty of coffee and hot tea is available along with a microwave to warm up any take-out meals from town. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. The elk also appreciate the place as they graze on the front yard. Hats off to Bert and his family for doing what they do. Enjoy you vacation, Bert. You family members too as the place is shut down for the winter. Roger and Ann, Room 103.
My wife and I had to leave in order to avoid the incoming snow.

Great location for north entrance to Yellowstone.
The staff were fabulous, especially Taylor. There was an unexpectedly deep amount of snow and we had to stay an extra night as the roads in Yellowstone were closed. They were able to keep us in the same room and make suggestions of activities that were safe to travel to and open, given it was the end of the season snd much was closed- Chico’s Hot Springs was brilliant.
Assisted us with travel/road notifications specific to the area. Gave great local advice. Even came out to clear entrance to hotel car park when we and some other guests were caught in the snow.
Breakfast was pre packed but 3 good choices which suited our family. Constant supply of good hot coffee including decaf available and hotwater for tea/hot chocolate
Indoor Pool was closed due to “end of season” frustrating as the pool was why we had booked this hotel! Would have been good to entertain our children while we were stuck due to snow! Should be mentioned in the hotel description- wouldn’t expect an indoor pool to be seasonal!
