About this house rental

This 5 bedroom detached house is light & spacious and is located on a quiet road in the welcoming 'village like' area of Summertown (only 10 minutes by bus to Oxford's beautiful City Centre). The large south facing garden has a decking area, bbq and trampoline. The Wifi is high speed fibre broadband.

The modern kitchen is a social space, it has an island as well as plenty of dining and sofa seating. It leads onto the garden and outside decking area and is linked to the sitting room by glazed double doors. The comfy sitting room has two sofas, a piano and open fireplace. The 55'' 4K TV is connected to SKY TV and has a DVD player.

There is a separate utility room accessed through the kitchen which has a washing machine, tumble drier and an extra fridge freezer. Off the hallway is a downstairs WC and cloakroom.

There are 4 double bedrooms available of which the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 are located on the middle floor and Bedroom 3 & 4 are located on the top floor of the house. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and bath as well as a WC & basin. Bedroom 2 also has a King sized bed and sole use of the middle floor family bathroom with shower, bath, WC and basin. On the spacious top floor are the remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds, which share a shower room with WC & basin.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Summertown shops: here, as well as the many coffee shops, delis and restaurants, there are outdoor tennis courts, a gym and indoor swimming pool. On Sunday's there is a fantastic Farmers Market. 2Km away is the Oxford Golf Club.
