Locatie hotel.

Vervoer van en naar Zermatt en de goede douche. Locatie.

Kussens zeer zacht en slap. Als je het raam open zet, hoor je echt alles zeer luid.

Een AI (artificiële intelligentie) hotel, je moet wat kennis en geluk hebben om in te checken.

Dit is een self check in hotel, eigenlijk moest dat vermeld staan op de site van Booking.com Het verliep goed, maar als je geen notie hebt van online betalingen (je moet het allemaal vertrouwen in een vreemd land) Je checkt in via een tablet, online registreren (Engels of Duits) betalen via creditcard (hapering, opnieuw doen) na betaling valt er in de bus uw toegangsbadge. je ziet of hoort niemand (akelig) Maar als je van een hotel houdt dat volledig geautomatiseerd is en je bent een digitale nerd, dan is dat de juiste keuze. De kamer was klein maar goed. Het ontbijt was gewoon goed. Properheid hotel was goed.

Geen onthaal, parking was voorzien maar waar, effe bellen en zoeken Voor ons was het een onveilig gevoel, alles geautomatiseerd en geen personeel beschikbaar en via de voordeur kan iedereen binnen. Geen Föhn (wel vermeld op de site Booking.com) Toiletpapier, 8 velletjes (waarschijnlijk is de robot dat vergeten) daar sta je dan in het geautomatiseerd hotel Geen papieren zakdoekjes beschikbaar Er was op de kamer ook geen brand of rook detector

Jammer dat er geen koelkastje op de kamer was. In het dorp zelf is niet veel te beleven

Superbe séjour, nous reviendrons sûrement en été et le recommandons vivement !

Hôtel tout neuf à l’intérieur, joliment décoré, chambre confortable et cozy, petit déjeuner copieux et avec des produits de très bonne qualité. La ville est très mignonne et calme. Il est facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité de l’hôtel.

friendly staff. All facilities are modern and very new. Easy to check in. The room is large in size, clean and tidy, and there is a coffee machine in the house that can be used. Closer to the train station, you can see the city view from the window. The breakfast is good and rich, and the place is very satisfactory.

Small, but very beautifully furnished rooms; small but nice bathroom; absolutely quiet

No hairdryer; difficult to check in: I tried checkin online at 3pm while I was still 150km away - it took me more than one hour for two rooms! I several times called the help telephone number that should be available until 6pm but noone answered. At the hotel outside there is a numeric pad which I thought I have to type in the checkin code, but it didn't work. I then called the help telephone number and they told me to go inside. There is another numeric pad and after inputting the checkin code, we got the room keys. Why isn't there a note outside? Very difficult, especially for an elderly person like me (I am 65 years old..

we really enjoyed the stay

we stayed for two nights there, we enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located in a small village, not far from Zermatt. it was self check in, and the room was very modern and beautiful. The breakfast was great and yummy. The staff was so polite and nice to us.

we had a bit of a problem to check in by ourselves since we booked the hotel via booking

New, very clean, warm, beautiful shower and the bed was very comfortable! The service from the Bar/restaurant across the road is excellent and parking is free!

the electrical power outlets are new and the shape doesn’t fit the adapters - luckily there is a USB port!!!

Maybe the hotel could have few more spaces dedicated to them in a parking near instead of asking customers to go there and pay if there is no more space (3 free parking space for the hotel)

Cosy stay!

The hotel is clean and cosy with lovely staff at the breakfast/reception area!

May not be suitable for travelling with the elderly or guests with big and heavy luggage as one needs to walk down a very steep cobbled stones walkway before reaching the hotel.

Very bad sound insulation. we stayed for 1 night on 24 Dec, and we could hear the Church sound so clearly, almost didn’t fall asleep the whole night.

Comfortable space, great location.

The space was well-maintained and clean. Check-in was easy with the keycode on the lockbox. Although a little tight, the bathroom was comfortable and well-designed.

The listing identified access to a fitness center, but it did not indicate that it was outside the building. Additionally, the fitness center hours shown on their website were not accurate, although I was able to get a member of the hotel staff to open the gym for me on Sunday morning. I greatly appreciated the private workout space!

Will book it again whenever in the area

Staff is welcoming and adapt to guest needs. Communication is easy and straightforward. The facilities itself seems brand new, beautiful and comfy. The price of the night was good for the value.

A dedicated chair could have been added to seat at the desk. There is a sofa that could be use for that but eventually a but short if you want to work for couple of time.
