Awesome property & a must visit in Taki.

Over all ambience & food quality.

Mosquitoes in wash room coming from the gap in false ceiling. The fact that can't be helped was since it's beside the BSF camp there is absolutely no mobile network for people having Vodafone connection. No wifi inside my room. My room was 103 on the ground floor. I had to go out the premises to make calls.

most unhygienic and worst place to stay and pay this much amount

nothing is to be liked about this property.Have visited other itc properties but itc sonar Bangla Taki is the poorest of all very bad service staff worst, and doesn’t worth that amount we are paying everywhere dirt and mosquitoes most unhygienic

Service does not meet the standards the property is promising or trying to showcase.

The riverfront & play area was very very good. The indoor play options are also very nice. One will enjoy the view from balcony of premium rooms. Cannot say about others but looks like most rooms give lovely view.

The food quality, the food options, staff behavior & needs much much grooming including and especially front desk. Hygiene in terms of cleanliness of glass bottles provided for drinking or boiling tea. Quality of fish especially being around such water bodies & fisheries, is not up to the mark. We were given parse fish. For afternoon buffet, it will be wise to seek in room dining instead of availing buffet. It is an excellent choice if one is on strict diet and/or not picky about quality food. Same can be said about breakfast. The person in charge of toasting bread was actually holding the breads and toasted bread with hand until we suggested he use the tongs kept right under his nose.

A day well spent.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds well maintained. The rooftop lounge excellent, the food good and the staff well mannered and helpful.

The bathroom was not up to the mark. The shower did not work in room 405.

Loved the location and the view from the room but service/ amenities need improvement

Location was excellent, breakfast was ok and could be better with some planning and better service

The level of maintenance and service is quite poor, the staff need better training and room amenities need improvement for the tarriff charged. Cleanlines and quality of towels, amenities require improvement. The hotel (once inside) gives a shabby appearence and the management need improvement

Superb stay with family, fantastic location.

The location and the surrounding view was really good. The boat service right in front was a nice add on. The resort is very well maintained and ideally suited for a family getaway. The staff behavior was really good and everyone was very cooperative.
