Fräscht, fint, mysig med hög service från personal. Toppenbra frukost.

Fräscht, modernt och superfina rum med jättefint badrum. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det var en superfin frukost med toppenbra service från personal och med beställning från meny. Hotellet ligger inhängnat och det går inte att se utifrån att det är ett så mysigt hotell. Vi utnyttjade inte poolen, men vi fick tillgång till badrock och tofflor om vi hade haft tid att gå ner och bada på den lilla fina innergården.

Es war ein gebrauchter Tag, aber kein Urlaubstag. Das Hotel luegt, wir wären nicht angereist.

Zu dem Hotel können wir wenig sagen, weil wir hier nicht übernachten durften. Wir erreichten das Hotel am Anreisetag um ca 11 Uhr Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer um ca 13 Uhr zum einchecken fertig wäre.Einen Parkplatz- wie gewünscht -gab es nicht, den mussten wir uns am Straßenrand selber suchen. Um ca.13.30 Uhr wurden wir unterrichtet, dass unser Zimmer einen Defekt im Nassbereich hätte und nicht bezogen werden könne.Das Personal war nicht bereit -obwohl wir es wollten- den Defekt zu zeigen. Es wurde uns ein anderes Hotel aufgezeigt,wo noch ein Zimmer frei wäre.Das Zimmer war erheblich kleiner als das von uns gebuchte, aber zum gleichen Preis. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir die Mitteilung - über Booking- wir wären nicht angereist. Bräuchten aber nichts ans Hotel bezahlen- wie großzügig.wir hatten es auch nicht nutzen dürfen.

Ottima soluzione per la visita della città.

Camera spaziosa, comoda e accogliente. Posizione ideale per visitare il centro, rimanendone ai margini. Possibilità di parcheggio privato. La colazione, solo alla carta, era buona.

Il parcheggio non è nella struttura, ma comunque è vicino.

Overall LOVED the place! Excellent location and experience.

Staff was great! Provided a city map and answered all questions we had. Breakfast was very good...made to order. The location is great. Easy walking distance to town center. Very convenient parking; right there at the property.

Vicenza is always worth a stay, even overnight. If you are also lucky enough to find such a nice lit

Although we could only stay one night, the reception was particularly friendly and accommodating. For the dog we were actually provided a room that had a small garden and the breakfast on the small terrace was very personal and fine.

Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with wonderful bathroom facilities. The Staff were so kind and attentive throughout our stay in Vicenza. The hotel is only a short walk from the beautiful town and a situated in a quiet location. We were made very welcome during our 3 day stay. I recommend Antica Pusterla.

I would be surprised if you can find a better place in the city

My problem is that I can not give more than 10 for this property. The pictures in booking.com do not give even a slight idea how manicured the entire property is in every detail. The service is at the highest standards one can imagine. We were guided how to get there, we were met at the door and our car was driven away to be parked. We got upgraded to a more specious room. Were given all the recommendations for museums to visits and restaurants to go for dinner.

One needs to walk some 10 min to get to the center but this is a nice and quite walk.

Room and bathroom are very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff makes you feel welcome and is very helpful with whatever you can imagine. Voiturier service was a nice detail. Breakfast à la carte. A short walk to the old town and a lovely park. Great place to stay.

It was more intimate than a standard hotel. Breakfast was made to order in a small room with only a handful of tables. We enjoyed the adorable surprise of a puppy at our bathroom window. It was definitely our kind of place!
