Nice shady park had that tropical feel
The cabin had water stains on the ceiling and starting to sag. Very strong smell musty. The smoke detectors we’re removed probably due to the water damage in the ceiling.

Reception lady is very nice. Asked about helicopter and she provided many useful information.
Toilet is not clean and shared shower room makes me not want to shower there. Don't expect to be as good as a hotel in the city. Located very far away from the city center. The only realistic way to get there is via a taxi. Sadly to get the taxi in there, you have to call the taxi number. There is no Uber or hailing taxi on the road. Not recommended if you are not driving. There are some insects in the room after rain, probably common thing in the north.

The staff were very friendly, and the trees are nice. The towels were lovely, and the aircon was effective.
It looked like a cargo container, was smelly, the fitting and floor coverings were cracked and old. It needs to be renovated. The driveway was muddy. The aircon was noisey. The bathroom was tiny and basic.

the room size is good and location is right by the hot springs, which is “closed” during the wet season (we visited mid December). much of the Outback sites are closed down in the wet season, even though it’s not unbearably hot. Katherine is a nice small town with most of the amenities you’ll need. the staff was friendly and allowed a late check out since we got in late. the pool was in good condition and cool temperature. wifi worked well, though they cap you at 1 GB/day per device.
the property is nice but the bathrooms aren’t recently renovated, but they worked fine for us for a night. we had a communication issue since we arrived after check in time (we arrived 9 pm) and since we don’t have Australian phones we couldn’t receive the SMS message. however, the nice lady answered the phone when we called to give us the key box code. if you plan on arriving late, be sure to firm up check in instructions days prior.

I like that it was quiet. Location although next to the main road was quiet mostly. It also helped not having people staying both sides to the room we stayed in, this may have helped the stillness and peace we had staying there for the night :)
I was given the option to upgrade and didn't feel like the upgrade had any difference to it. The room was tiny but wished to have seen the smaller version to the rooms so I can compare the differences.
I ended up staying for just a night due to change of plan and left after 1 night. I wish to stay longer the next time I book to stay at this place.

staff were lovely and super helpful
the bed was possibly the worst I’ve ever slept on- I slept in the car both days after staying there as I couldn’t sleep during the night with such a rubbish mattress.

Receptionist was so lovely, very happy and informative

Location was great as its very close to Low Level and Hot Springs. The buildings were very clean although one of the mattresses on the bed was out of shape. Staff very friendly.
One of the mattresses on the bed swollen on one side, no fans. limited privacy, lots of other people present at the accommodation could walk right past and see into the rooms.
