Our stay was good but there were several issues that were disappointing. This is a great getaway for a Nashville friends getaway/party, but for a single family, this is priced too high for what is provided. We stayed at similarly priced places on this vacation in popular areas and the houses were better maintained. When we got there, the door code didn’t work but the owner responded quickly. Upon arriving, we realized that many things were broken in the home and not properly maintained. Cabinet doors were missing panels, water damage to the ceilings, chairs were broken leaving limited seating in living room, ice maker and filter water did not function, dishwasher drawer was missing wheels, fireplace buttons were broken, water pressure is very weak, etc. There was no guest guide book, that’s typical of rentals so we found ourselves reading manuals in Spanish online (we don’t speak Spanish) to turn on the advertised fireplace. Owner was always responsive to texts. She did overnight batteries to try to get the fireplace remote working (still not functional). It felt like there was no property manager that had visited the property recently. If visited/maintained more by manager, this could be very nice.

The house is amazing, it was very comfortable and spacious. we really loved the outside atmosphere, we so enjoyed the deck, the woods, the animal sounds and the quietness of the area. This place was perfect for us. The 25 minute drive into Nashville was an easy trip. We will definitely return in the fall.

The cabin is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck watching nature. Two baby deer visited us one morning. It was a perfect location, spent our days touring Nashville and came back and relaxed on the deck at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Liked location and how you felt like you were in a tree house. Close enough to Nashville but away from the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing. Cooked in kitchen every night. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed campfire.

This was the perfect house for our stay. Spacious enough for a large group, and out of the way so its very quiet. However, absolutely over run with ladybugs. Obviously, not a scary or gross pest, but a little odd to have to brush ladybugs off of your mugs every morning before you get your coffee. We had trouble getting into the property; the code they gave us for the door didn't work, and there isn't much service, so we couldn't get in contact with the manager. Thankfully, the back door was unlocked and we were able to get in that way, but did feel a bit unsafe to walk into a home with an unlocked backdoor. The manager ended up messaging us her personal code and fixing the keypad so we were able to get in easily after the first evening. Truly a lovely home and a great stay all things considered.

Wonderful stay with my family at this cabin in the woods. We wanted something outside the craziness of Nashville, and it helped that the wedding venue was just 4 miles away. Loved the property for its seclusion as it gave us a chance to relax without hearing the neighbors. Driving in that first evening seemed like we were miles from anywhere but in reality everything you might need was just 10 min away in Goodletsville. The property itself is aptly named. You are certainly surrounded by solitude and can sit on the deck with your coffee in the morning and hear pretty much nothing but nature. Inside the cabin was very updated and warm. 3 good sized bedrooms and a large and open family room. And if you wanted, a comfortable loft area to get away. All the amenities we wanted and needed. Clean and well-kept, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. If you are looking to stay in the Nashville area, without having to deal with the daily traffic and noise, you will not go wrong with this wonderful cabin.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, the owner was fast to communicate, and the location was perfect and quiet!! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 teen. We would definitely recommend!

The beautiful drive to this property has us relaxing before we even walk in the door. We enjoyed our second visit to the property and it felt a bit like we were “coming home.” The property owner was quick to respond when we made inquiries. Will be back if we are ever back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is well maintained and working with property management team was great. Beds and sitting area chairs were ok but not great. Sofa was very comfortable. We didn’t use the fire pit but it is set up conveniently with chairs for those who wish to. Overall, it’s a nice remodeled house with a cute deco.

Easy process to check in and very clean home. Great communication with the property manager and team. Watch for the mailbox and house number at the driveway as Google maps was not accurate. However it was an easy property to find. Unfortunately the dryer was not working.

Nice property in a great location. Ideal for a family gathering with easy access (25-30 min) to all things Nashville (airport, stadium, downtown, etc.). Only issue was one of cleanliness/bugs...apparently the house stands empty for extended time periods, so despite the cool tempertures, we had an issue with lady bugs.. unsettling when found in the beds. Recommend the management team arrange a quick once-over with a swiffer and make up the beds immediately prior to rental period, especially if it's beed sitting idle for an extended period.

Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding, which was held at Drakewood Farm in Goodlettsville. We loved the cabin and even used the fire pit on football Saturday! We were excited to have the wood there and already cut for us. We will definitely recommend this location to others! Nashville Renters were great to work with, too.

We LOVED staying at this cabin in the woods. The neighborhood was not only safe but gorgeous! We were only minutes from our family we were visiting but had our own space to go back and relax when we wanted to! The cabin is gorgeous and the kitchen was everything I’ve ever wanted in a kitchen! Definitely will stay again and will recommend to family and friends!

Everything is brand new and fresh. Recently remodeled! Great floor plan and wrap around front porch. The house was for Peace & Quiet after a day of sightseeing in Nashville. The city was about 30 minutes away. The grocery store was 10 minutes away and we used Kroger Instacard. Only $10 for delivery. We also rented another VRBO down the road for the rest of the family. Book this house now because it will go fast!

Showed up earlier then my check in and they were accommodating and allowed us to go in early. Met the owner he gave us some good pointers for Nashville. Within our first few hours there we noticed wasps coming from under two different rain gutters, so we went to Publix and bought a can of wasp spray to try to eliminate them. Lastly the trundle bed under the couch upstairs was very dirty. But in all it was nice for being recently remodeled and was a nice drive to get too it in the country

The location is private but close to where we wanted to go, which we liked. We were unable to use the fire pit because it was 100+ degrees everyday but it’s really cute and looks like it would be perfect for Fall weather. We were pleasantly surprised to find garbage bags and cleaning supplies under the sink upon our arrival. This is rare in my experience. I recommend checking with the renter before packing a lot of supplies to bring with you. We used the Kroger grocery store delivery app and had groceries delivered to the house without any issue. The only issues we had with this place is the bed in the Master Bedroom was really squeaky and the loft ceilings create an echo so that when the kids were playing upstairs it sounded like they were screaming and running around even though they weren’t. Neither of these issues were a big deal to us but thought I’d note it in case someone finds interior noise particularly disturbing. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We stayed at this property while passing though Nashville on our way south. We had a group of 10 and stayed for two nights. We slept comfortably and had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the city but were glad that the 30 minute drive to Nashville was quick and easy!

This beautiful home was perfect for our short stay in the Nashville/White House area. Location was 8-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and the interstate, yet it felt so isolated. The kids loved the fire pit and we all loved the comfort and cleanliness. Definitely a great place if you’re visiting the area.

Perfect for our trip

The house was very clean, well equipped, and just as pictured. We enjoyed having a bonfire, taking walks along the creek in the neighborhood, and cooking meals in the kitchen. We saw tons of deer in the neighborhood and it was nice to be close to Nashville yet far enough out to enjoy nature. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling around Nashville!
