We liked the charm of this home. It did look like there are things that are in need of repair in the kitchen area. The sink in the upstairs bathroom had a slow drain and the one downstairs was slow as well. Overall though it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fundraiser for my daughter’s sorority this weekend and stayed at this lovely property. We loved the home. The beds were so comfy!! We had lots of room for 5 people. The host answered my questions so quickly. We would stay here again!

We spent 3 nights in Kalamazoo and this house was perfect for us. We stayed with our 5 children and we were all very comfortable. The house has the charm of an older home with the upgrades of a modern one. The communication was great from the start. We will definitely stay here again when we visit. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was fine. We were just disappointed with the washer. Grill was unusable because it was so dirty, husband disappointed said it would take hrs. to clean grill to use it. Other then that it was fine.

I believe in honest reviews, so let me start by saying the hosts are great people who truly care about their guests. The communication was good, and after notifying them about our disappointment in parts of the property - they offered a refund to ensure that we felt as though we were taken care of. We didn't stay the night due to some things that needed to be fixed / cleaned at the house, but I truly appreciate the solid communication and hope that they are successful going forward. If you plan to stay here, just know that the neighborhood is a bit rough - and Kalamazoo as a whole has been hit hard by the pandemic. What used to be a beautiful vibrant city, has become a much more somber town.

This house is adorable. Great space for my daughter’s bridal party to be together the night before the wedding. Also, Rachel let us stay a bit longer so that our day flowed perfectly with our venue. So nice! Thank you for helping out to make my daughter’s wedding day perfect!!

We picked this site for it's close proximity to Kalamazoo College where our son was touring. With two teenage boys we need space for them and having separate bedrooms for them is key. We all raved about how comfortable the beds were. Very clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining table were key for me as I need to prepare foods for serious diet needs. The owners were communicative and it was an easy process to get in with a code key entry.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this lovely home for a small ladies' overnight. Communication was super easy and quick with Rachel, and the house was even better than we expected. I would book again for sure.

Historic home that the owners have obviously put a lot of love and care into updating. Plenty of space for us, very welcoming. Full bathroom is phenomenal. Everything was easy to find, we really loved the location. It was the perfect house for a wine weekend. Spent some time in Henderson castle, did the tour. We loved that. Also spent time visiting some of the local wineries. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Charming decor, amazing shower and bath, and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. The hosts even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The neighborhood is very quiet yet walking distance to popular eateries and across the street from a beautiful cemetery. Just some things to keep in mind: There is a fire pit out back, but make sure you come prepared with your own tinder and logs. The cookware available to you is decent; we were able to make do with what was there. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay, however, I recommend coming prepared with your own frying pan and sharp kitchen knife.
