The apartment was everything we had expected and overall better than expected. I would highly recommend and should I ret

Modern, very convenient and well appointed, also close to old town.

The balcony in room 107 was a little compact but we managed.

Pomimo głośnej wentylacji jestem zadowolona z pobytu.

Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Pyszne śniadanie w kawiarni naprzeciwko. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny.

W kuchni, połączonej z sypialnią bardzo głośno chodziła wentylacja co było uciążliwe zwłaszcza w nocy.

Fantastyczny czas

Bardzo komfortowa lokalizacja, zatrzymuje się tu za każdym razem kiedy przyjeżdżam do Krakowa, blisko dworca i rynku, bardzo szybki internet, polecam każdemu kto pracuje zdalnie! Na prawdę miła obsługa, wszystko na poziomie. Gorąco polecam :) minusów brak!

Excellent location, quickly responsive staff, perfect stay in Krakow

Really central location, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, only a couple of minutes walk to krakow old town square, the staff were so quick to respond to any queries or questions we had.

Tak sobie w podsumowaniu, fajna strona zamortyzowana przez beznadziejność.

Lokalizacja idealna. Pokój bardzo czysty. Ładny balkon z sympatycznym widokiem na park. Blisko tak naprawdę wszędzie. Nowoczesny i ładny budynek z portierem. Bardzo bezpieczne i fajne miejsce. Byłam tam już trzeci raz ale pierwszy raz u tego operatora apartamentów. Wcześniej była to inna firma.

Dramatyczny prysznic :-( Woda z deszczownicy leciała jak krew z nosa. Nie było szans na szybki i sprawny prysznic bo czasem po prostu leciał deszcz.. słabe ciśnienie. Żarówki w przedpokoju czasem wpadały w szał (sufit) i zaczynały na zmianę migotać jak na dyskotece - z lekka denerwujące. Stary telewizor, którego nie udało nam się uruchomić. Nie ma żadnej instrukcji dotyczącej jak uruchomić odbiornik TV. Nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać. Słaby Internet - dobrze że mieliśmy swój. Fatalna sytuacja z otrzymaniem faktury VAT. Okazuje się, że niestety jak to jest oczywiste przy innych firmach/hotelach i mieszkaniach współpracujących z BookingCom - nie wystarczy deklaracja złożona kilka tygodni wcześniej, że to wyjazd SŁUŻBOWY i podanie NIP w rezerwacji. Firma wprowadza swoje własne regulacje że trzeba poinformować o chęci zdobycia FV w ciągu 24h po opuszczeniu lokalu co przyzwyczajonym do innych i oczywistych standardów nam umknęło i FV nie dostaliśmy - jakiś żart! Poprzedni operator z tego samego budynku nie miał z tym żadnego problemu - najwyraźniej tym operatorom brakuje dobrych chęci, woli i nie sprawdzają jak została wypełniona rezerwacja w BC.

It's comfortable

The apartment was comfortable and quiet, with a kitchen and necessary appliances. The breakfast was excellent, but choosing the combination of two items was not possible. Great remote support via booking.com.

Everything was perfect, but the pillow had some black stains.

Hintaan nähden hyvä

Hintatasoon nähden ok huoneisto. Sijainti loistava. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti viesteihin.

Siisteystasossa olisi parannettavaa ja sänky oli huono. Nyppyinen petauspatja ja vain yksi normaalikokoinen peitto / pariskunta. Huono tyyny. Meluisa ilmastointi.

Nawet przytulnie. Super lokalizacja. Łatwy dostęp i mega fajnie, że była kuchnia

Łazienka mogłaby lepiej wyglądać plus pokój był trochę ciemny, ale mamy też zimę w Polsce :)

Great but we needed more towels.

The apartment was very central and clean, we loved that we had a balcony and was a short walk from all restaurants and the centre. The security man at the desk at night was very pleasant.

We stayed for 4 nights and where only supplied with one small towel and one large towel each. We requested more and where told we would have to pay for more towels as they only give extra if you are staying more than 6 nights. 1 small and 1 large towel for 4 nights is not sufficient, after all this apartment does not have any washing machine etc to wash these after each use. Make sure to bring extra towels and toilet paper if you are staying here.

Good location, new apartments.

The smell in the bathrom was awful every day, there was no table and a chair to place a laptop and work although i specified i was coming for a bussiness trip, balcony was tiny without chairs and table, the bed was not comfortable (uneven mattress), communication with hosts was weird (trash was not taken, coffee refills were not provided within 24h upon request), kitchenware was too few, e.g. only one water glass etc.. Overall it is a pitty, because all of the issues can be solved in the longrun with a bit of an effort from the hosts.

The rooms were clean, spacious, the mattresses very comfortable. Well placed air conditioning, it cooled, but did not blow directly on the beds. Tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Close to the city center, but not very noisy.

During our entire stay, there was no one at the reception. Very impractical parking; upon arrival we had to go to the room to get the remote control for the garage door, when leaving we had to return the remote control to the room again, which was a problem because after the check-out time the access code to the building did not work. The cars were brought to the garage by elevator, the elevator control was not very user friendly.

I would like to stay at this place again

Very good location nice big room fully equipped kitchen nice big modern bathroom security feeling into the building Walking distance to the old town. Great assistance and helpful personnel.

Some table or bench to put on your suitcase or bags instead of putting them on the floor or on the bed!!

Overall good location and a good comfort.

The blinds didn't work, could not use the table because it got stuck in the high position, after closing the balcony door there was a decent amount of wind noise
