Kings house is a modern large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house situated a short 500 meter stroll from town centre as well as the playground and pool area on the foreshore of Lake Mulwala. Kings House is now featuring it's own in ground pool.

This pool is solar heated. It is NOT gas/electric which means it will be cold in winter. This heating system uses the sun's free energy and radiant heat to increase the temperature of your swimming pool. If there is no sun - there is no heating for the pool.

Extra high garage for undercover parking of tower ski boats.

Alfresco area capable of accommodating 12 people with built in BBQ, drinks fridge, ceiling speakers and cooling fans

Huge lounge room with leather couches and ping pong table for adults and kids alike.

Pets welcome on request, no additional cleaning fee, all costs inclusive on nightly rental basis

On arrival to the property, it was really clean and very welcoming to our family. We all had enjoyed our stay at the ‘King house’. It was well worth the stay. Everything that you needed was provided. Book, boardgames, entertainment, table tennis, swimming pool, BBQ and even the outdoor area was excellent. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else when coming to visit Yarrawonga. Many thanks to the host. Thank you .

House is great for families, nice spacious kitchen with big open living areas which meant it felt like everyone was together. Outdoor covered area was nice and cooking breakfast on the outdoor bbq was special. Garage was massive and could fit 4 cars easy or a boat/caravan and cars. 30min drive to wineries. Definitely be back.

Second year we have stayed in this beautiful house. Very spacious, clean and everything you need, the location is right around the corner for shops and restaurants. You can park the car and walk everywhere. We love staying here and this house is our No.1 choice of accommodation.

Great location. Everything we needed. Just some very minor maintenance issues needed addressing (lights that didn’t work and we couldn’t work out the Bluetooth speakers). Had our doggie with us and the long grasses along the driveway had terrible spiky things that went all through her coat. Would recommend replacing those grasses if wanting to advertise as pet friendly. But overall, a fantastic stay.

We had the best time. The set up of the property and inside the house is perfect. The kids and adults both loved the pool and ping pong table. The beds were comfy. Convenient location so close to the main street of town. The double shower and the shower heads were stunning. We could not fault a thing. Thank you for having us and hopefully we will be back again one day!

This house is beautiful and looks to be very new. It is also very spacious. I particularly loved the large powerful shower heads. I definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again if I came back to Yarrawonga. The hosts were very professional and respectful in our dealings with them.

We had a lovely short stay here & would recommend this house. Big living area & great pool at the perfect temp (so many say solar & it’s cold) The house was clean & spacious & in a good location. The porch stayed cool through the heat which was nice. Only small down point is porch is a little close to neighbours if you’re noisy

The Kings property was an excellent place to stay for a golf trip with mates. It has everything you need including great bbq and outdoor area. 4 Bedrooms and two bathrooms made it easy to share. The location is only a short walk into the main town. Would certainly recommend.
