There was lots we liked about the hotel, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the twin beds were very comfortable (though the sofa bed was hard), pillows good, ensuite a good size and the shower was lovely. We were left fruit, snacks and wine in the room which was very welcoming and we had facilities to prepare food if we needed it.
The terrace views were lovely and we ate there one evening to make the most of them.
Overall the decor was chic and interesting and the air conditioning works well in the room.
It’s very close to lots of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants, an easy walk to the main squares in the city and we walked to the acropolis museum in about 20-25 minutes.
The suite we had was smaller and less stylish that I had expected from the pictures and my sofa bed was uncomfortably hard (though some people like a firm mattress).
The breakfast room felt cramped and a bit hot.

the best location possible. 10 minute walk from any monument. right in the heart of Athens
nothing. it was absolutely exceptional. held our luggage even when we came 4 hours early to check in.

The location was great, and the room was exceptionally clean. We had dinner on the rooftop overlooking the acropolis and the experience was very special.

Please note that this the second time staying at the Pinnacle Hotel--From the time you enter the hotel the staff treats you like family in regard to whatever your questions or needs are at the moment . The location is excellent for site seeing of old Athens and there restaurants' galore up the main street in front of the hotel. If you forgot or need anything there are stores all within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The rooms are large and are excellent in their Decore with good showers and everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is a good assortment of foods depending on your diet choices and lots of fresh brewed coffee or lattes depending on your tastes. So with the excellent location -beautiful view of the Acropolis and many eateries this is the place to stay. I should also say that public transportation is only steps away.
The price of beer upstairs besides that everything is great.

The property was in a great location. 6 minute walk to Monastraki Metro Station. Based on a street where you can get lots of good street food and access local bars.
It had great views of Athens from the rooftop bar.
The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
That I didn’t stay for longer!

Everything was great. The location was perfect; especially for families with little children who want to visit the main tourist attractions without having to go far away from the hotel.
The receptionists were so kind and understanding and they helped us with all the necessary information, but also the whole staff was very welcoming and nice. Unfortunately I had some health issues, and everyone was there for me. Not only did they offer medical care, but also kept checking up on me to see if I was ok.
We felt very comfortable during our whole stay.
Definitely recommending it as one of the best hotels we have ever been in.
Thank you from my heart Vassilis and Georgios.
See you soon.

The rooftop bar was wonderful and has a lovely view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon.
Great location.
Breakfast and dinner was lovely.

The service, staff, location and facilities of this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Athens is exceptional. The front staff are super helpful, friendly and professional, they did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible and did a fantastic job explaining the local area upon arrival. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite, and treated with fruit and wine for my birthday. Main attractions, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, adjacent to a pedestrian street full of cozy cafes leading straight to the Acropolis. View from the rooftop is amazing. Breakfast buffet has a wonderful selection of Greek delights. 5*
Everything was exceptional, I highly recommend this hotel

The Pinnacle is a great hotel in a central location of Athens, very close to all the main sight seeing attractions and many bars, restaurants and shops. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and went out of their way if you needed anything, nothing was ever to much for them. The hotel is very clean, tidy and smart looking. Whenever visiting Athens again will defiantly stay at The Pinnacle.
The breakfast choices was very limited, not much to chose from. It would also be so much better and less chaotic if guests were able to serve themselves instead of the staff dishing up for everyone, there would be less of a queue for breakfast as the area is quite small and would be quicker to keep the queue moving. The staff were very friendly and helpful but it was a bit much with not being able to help ourselves.

The staffs are friendly, the room is lovely in term of size, amenities and cleanliness. The location is perfect, easy to get around by walking, lively neighborhood and about 10-min walking to Monastiraki metro which takes you to the airport. We also love the rooftop resto which gives us a night view of the Acropolis.
The room is somewhat a bit colder because there is a small exhaust in the bathroom, which allows the cold wind to enter the room. But it is nothing compared to all the excellent things we have experienced from the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent position within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The rooftop terrace affords fantastic views of the Acropolis, which looks especially good illuminated at night. The included breakfast is plentiful and the staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly as were all the other staff in the hotel. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and I would definitely stay here again when in Athens.
Nothing at all.
