Great stay

Great location and really liked the spaciousness of the room. The bed is very comfortable and an extra warm blanket provided if needed. Everything was very tidy. My new favourite place to stay in Whakatane.

Super clean, super comfy, everything you could want and more! High quality furnishings, comfort, space, pool, location

Best accommodation in Whakatane

Upon arrival we were invited into the apartment facilities with warmth, 😃 and informative information of apartments. The Apartment we booked, from the time we arrived and walked in was inviting and very clean with everything you need to be very comfortable, tastefully decorated. Great security and parking on site. The location and balcony veiw is exceptional. Pool area and gym is fantastic. Centrally located. Close to great cafes restaurants. 😊 Would definitely stay again. Worth every cent. Thanku for an amazing stay.

Loved it

Unfortunately we have been sick our whole stay such a shame. Just a couple of things I slid the lounge curtains across and the track came away from the bracket, esides that we love location, apartment and parking. Thanks guys will see you again. Horoia Cleaning Limited Paramount Services Taranaki

Loved the spaciousness, ate way too much.

Downtown location was great, handy to the shops and river boardwalk. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Secure off street parking as well.

Need air conditioning 305 & daily items i.e., towels, dish washing tablets increased!

Apartment 305 - very stylish and decor just beautiful. Exceptional californian king bed, excellent kitchen, lounge, outdoor area, washing machine & dryer. Also secure free parking perfect and in CBD excellent. Receptionist nice took me up to check room & I initially thought would be ok without air conditioning but I was wrong! Whakatane accommodation was fully booked out so i had to accept this room if I wanted to stay in Whakatane. This is hard as I would have scored 10/10 had 305 had air conditioning but as it didn't and we were in the apartment every evening - it made our evenings uncomfortable. Once the sun went down we opened shade and all doors and only then was it beautiful with cool airflow. Also please increase daily milk, dish washing tablet and towels, toilet paper allowance

I do not recommend 305 if weather 20degrees+ just too hot - sun bleating in. If 305 had air conditioning then this apartment would be 10/10! 305 best maybe spring or autumn. Receptionist recommended we leave our apartment door hooked open to let cold air flow in - it did work but felt security risk. I had two unexpected visitors knock while I had the door hooked open looking for apartment owner. Early next morning I received a phone call for owner from a visitor at reception. Would be good for apartment owners to notify friends when they have let their apartments out. Basin in ensuite oddly low - child height like weird Not good ... for 3days stay we got the following for the whole time & if you wanted more you had to pay extra... 1x towel per person 1 small glass est 200ml of milk 1x tablet for dish washer

A beautiful, clean apartment with wonderful views in a perfect central location.

great location and a beautiful apartment with a lovely big front bedroom, powerful shower, plenty of hot water, easy access for arriving and leaving and good parking.

the twin room we were in was a ‘cave’ - no outside windows and small, the microwave numbers didn’t show, the tv needs a ‘cheat sheet’ - took us ages to sort out.
