We had a great time. The house is nice and cozy but the pool is the main attraction. It was clean and crystal clear, and just what a family needs on a hot summer day. If you are looking for a place to relax and play, look no further.

We loved the pool and outdoor space. Great area and close to San Antonio and New Braunfels.

The pool was so clean, crystal clear water, and 9 feet deep, with a waterfall and swim in grotto in the deep end and a bubbler in the shallow shelf. There are fun colored lights. The stairs to get in and out of the water are very steep and there is no railing. We bbqed steaks outside on the grill.
The inside was very clean with helpful signs and book. The beds are super high off the ground, there is a little step stool to help, but the bed was still really high and I needed help up. This would not work for disabled people. The top of the second bedroom bed came up to my chest.
The couch was comfortable and the TV had amazon prime and netflix already available.
It was hard to find an outlet to plug in a phone or other charger.
But mostly, we had a fantastic time swimming.

We just spent a week at this property and it's one of the best VRBOs we've stayed at on any of our family vacations. It's a short drive to both San Antonio and New Braunfels which was nice since we were able to do things at both with the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with actual good cookware. The pool is absolutely amazing. It's like having a resort pool all to yourself. We will be coming back to visit this property again.

This property was jaw-droppingly beautiful. We didn't want to leave! The owners provided everything you need to settle in - the kitchen is full of various cooking tools, pots, pans, plates, etc. Flashlights, which almost came in handy when a storm rolled through, too. Beds were huge and comfortable. Area was quiet and peaceful.
Our family enjoyed hanging out in the yard, playing chess, and enjoying the hot tub. It was early spring, so the pool was not quite hot enough, but it was pretty. Just sitting out there having coffee or reading a book was lovely.
As far as property size, the house has two bedrooms, but we found it huge and spacious for our family of three. The teenager had a ton of privacy when she wanted it because of the smart layout and the thick walls.
Property manager and owner were excellent. One night a storm rolled through, and they checked in on us via text to let us know where flashlights were and where to park to avoid hail damage. We also enjoyed visits from the friendly outdoor cat - we were missing our kitties, so we gave her lots of attention when she came by.
Great stay, close to everything - easy drive to San Antonio or Austin, or just hanging around hill country. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Had a great time with our family exploring the San Antonio area using this property as our base. Although the weather was a bit cool to enjoy the pool, the outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and hot tub got a lot of use. Close to everything we wanted to see, the check-in process and stay was very nice and the property manager and host were very responsive. Definitely recommend for a stay in the San Antonio area!

This was a wonderful stay. The kitchen was perfect for Thanksgiving meal prep and the patio table was perfect for enjoying the Thanksgiving meal. Very much enjoyed the hot tub and water elements. In addition enjoyed the outdoor chess set up. The home was clean and comfortable. We were a little surprised that the friendly cat made it into the house but she happily went back outside

Annual Girls Trip, 3 generations. We are always on the hunt for an amazing pool and hot tub to relax for a long Labor Day Weekend. This house checked all of our boxes. It felt very secluded. The house was fully equipped with everything we could need. The pool is the best we have experienced (this is our 7th trip). It gets super deep! Great views and great set up. We loved the changing colors at night. The waterfall was AMAZING. Owner was very responsive by text. We didn’t have any issues throughout our stay! We will be repeating this one for sure.

We loved every minute of our stay for our 10th anniversary, our only regret was not staying longer! The owner allowed us to check in slightly early to drop off our things before heading to dinner and she was very responsive when we had any questions. The home was clean and the pool/ hot tub area were like a resort. Our kids had a blast in the pool! Hoping to make it back there again!

We loved this property. The pool is amazing. This is the place to relax and feel separated from everything yet be close to all you need. We used this villa as our base for exploring New Braunfels and San Antonio and it worked great. Cannot wait to return.

Weeklong spring break trip for a family of 5 with three teenagers. The property was great for our family. We would definitely look to book again if we return to the area. The pool is definitely the highlight of the property. It is better than advertised! Coco the brown lab was also a favorite of the kids as she strolled around occasionally to check on us or take a quick dip to cool off. The inside of the house is very nice and well appointed. It is a bit small for the five of us but we expected that when we booked. It worked just fine. No glass is allowed outside, which I totally understand. Most of what you need is in the house to dine outside. We could only find one outdoor coffee cup and no outdoor plates. There is no dining space inside, so for a family if 5 with three teenagers outdoor dining is a must even when the weather was cold and rainy. Not a huge deal, we just picked up some things at H-E-B. Plenty of space outdoors! The wood fire pizza oven, charcoal grill, giant chess set and patio made for some great relaxing evenings when the weather cooperates. The gardens and landscaping were overgrown and not as well kept. This did not take away from the experience, just not quite what was expected based on description.

I'll just start off with, we had an amazing time! Tammy is the best if you have any questions she is there to help. We went 3/11-3/15th, and the Texas Weather was some what warm during the day and chilly at night. The pool is so beautiful, and the hot tub is amazing. There is outdoor seating to eat with a group of up to 6 people. We brought starter logs for the outdoor fireplace, and charcoal for the grill. There are a few outdoor floats, but we brought several of our own.
Inside the Villa: It's cozy and beautiful inside. There was a large wine fridge we used to chill all of are canned and bottled beverages. This is a full kitchen (stove is gas) you will find a pizza cutter, cheese grater, bowls, etc. I left my crab cracker so be sure and pack some crab legs to steam. LOL. We packed tons of food and snacks, but HEB is just down the street and very large if you need to grab something.
The beds: Yes they are tall so if you are a shorty you might have to hop a little. The pillows and the mattress were divine. We slept like babies every night. Over all the Villa is the perfect size for a small family or group of friends looking for a spot off the beaten path. There is privacy from the road, and the groundkeeper does live on site.
The pool is pretty deep, and so great for swimming. The grotto is so cool with the waterfall and seating inside. At night it is so beautiful with all the lights. Whimsical or romantic whichever you prefer.
We will be back for sure to relax. It was super quiet!

Had a great time even if a little cool and wet first part of week. Was a great get away for spring break for our granddaughter. Would have been beyond cool if pool was heated but you can’t have everything. Thanks

This was an amazing property! Nestled in the hill country , but not too far from dining and attractions. You can’t beat the pool with grotto, waterfall and spa. Dining is mostly Al fresco, but the dream patio makes it totally enjoyable.
The only two critiques I have: 1) the beds are pretty high and can be difficult to get on and off of, 2) the smart TV is a little hard to use with your own credentials.
Other than that, our entire family loved this place. Given our ages spanned from early teenagers to senior citizens, that’s quite a feat! This was a perfect place to spend time with family and get away from it all. A little “dream home” away from home. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the property! It was very relaxing and was a great getaway!!

We were disappointed with our stay at the home. You would see it in a magazine for style and furnishings. The instructions we received ahead of time were thorough and timely, and the pool and hot tub were great ways to unwind in the evening; however, other elements could have been more enjoyable. For example, the refrigerator was locked for ice and water, making it difficult to access. Additionally, the home lacked a designated dining space, meaning we had to eat all our meals outdoors or at the kitchen bar. Furthermore, the beds were much too high for my petite and disabled wife; this led her to sleep on an uncomfortable roll-away bed each night.
Finally, our greatest disappointment was the sounds of fireworks that disturbed the peace of our stay on New Year's Eve. We had specifically chosen the residence due to its remote location, eleven acres away from city centers; however, we needed more distance to avoid the sound of fireworks going off. All in all, our stay there was far below what we expected and hoped for.

This was the perfect place to stay for a wedding in Spring Branch. No noise, quiet and unplugged. Not too far from anywhere but far enough away from everywhere. Everything you could ever need for a stay was there. Check-in was simple and Tammy was easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone and yes the pool is even better in person than the pictures can show!
