The home was beautiful. Very wide open and spacious. Plenty of sitting areas inside and outside. Very luxurious linens on the beds. And High End kitchen ware. The master bath was so nice, the tub was heavenly! Perfect place for a family get together or a girls trip! You can’t go wrong be renting this house!

Beautiful home just a block from stores and restaurants. Weather didn't permit us any "outside time" but it was very peaceful with a big field behind it with deer grazing every afternoon. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly how we expected. The cleanliness was above and beyond. We enjoyed the crew of deer that visited and the outdoor fireplace was very relaxing. We wish we had been able to stay longer.

What a wonderful stay. Comfort Cottage is adorable, super well appointed and clean, charming and cozy. Perfect location a block’s walk to shops and restaurants. We played games outside with deer and fireflies nearby, slept super well, appreciated all the extra touches, and can’t wait to return! You’ll love it!

This property was just the perfect place for us to attend a family wedding. It was walking distance to both the wedding venue (Spinelli’s) and downtown shops and eateries. The house couldn’t have been more comfortable and inviting. It was a perfect gathering spot for members of the wedding party and family to stop by and get a much needed snack and visit while getting ready for the big event just down the street. We want to plan a trip to this house again when we don’t have to rush around but can just enjoy each others company. It’s the first trip for any of us to Comfort and we just fell in love with the town.

Awesome Home
The house was perfect for six adults. We spent every evening outside in the patio and was greeted by a herd of deer every night. We loved how cozy the home was. It was a great weekend!!

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. Walking distance to all the great spots of Comfort. Our only surprise was that most restaurants and businesses are closed Mondays and Tuesdays in Comfort so we had to come up with a plan B.

Excellent Country Getaway!
The home is beyond gorgeous! The neighborhood is small.. quiet.. we woke up to lots of deer in the yard. The home is updated and farmhouse sheik. Everything very clean! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. (With the exception of the kid room) The home has a grill.. fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. Coffee shop is in walking distance. And cute little antique shops! Drive to Fredricksburg is 20 minutes and that was totally okay for us. We enjoyed every inch of the home! Would totally stay here again in Comfort. TX!

The place is lovely. We went for a wedding 2 blocks away. Everything is in walking distance. The cute little town is a mini Fredericksburg.

We loved our stay here. The space was beautiful, welcoming and functional. Lots of dishes and everything you would need to cook (but we didn’t). Great beds (except one very hard mattress upstairs for teenager). The owner fees are way too high and the house is pricey for the area, but we needed and enjoyed this location and the house really is amazing.

This is our 2nd time to rent this house. This time we celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday with family from all over the state. The house is well appointed and the furnishings are so nice and comfy. We always feel like we are at our home away from home. We will be back! The 3rd time is a charm!!

The house is perfect (true to the pictures provided) and just what we were looking for. The location is perfect (just a block from the restaurants/shops). Loved the outside patio area and fireplace. Great beds and bedding. Everything is immaculately clean and well cared for. Owner and managers were great and very responsive. Comfort is a great location for seeing the Hill Country, and very nice place to visit in its own right. We will be back.

Beautiful Quiet Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well appointed home. Everything was so nicely updated and so beautifully decorated! The outside was just as amazing with the patio and fire place. Our kids loved the swing and cornhole. We will definitely be back! Didn’t want to leave! Enjoyed several trips out to state parks for great days full of hiking. Also, enjoyed the ability to walk to high street and explore the little town of Comfort.
