About this villa rental
Welcome to our villa on the Pinewood Country Estate which is centrally located in Orlando, Florida. Our villa has a private pool and spa. The villa consists of 6 large bedrooms, 3 full bathroom suites and a downstairs cloakroom. The ground floor has been tiled for a more comfortable atmosphere. As you would expect of luxury equipped homes everything is taken care of. Your stay with us will be a relaxing experience and if you wish to use them, we are within 10 - 15 minutes of the Disney attractions and 15 - 20 minutes away from attractions such as Universal Studios and Seaworld. You can relax with quick journeys to and from your chosen destination.

Overall decent house bed in master isnt a queen tho and same as the 2 full size upstairs and cant take the air conditioner any lower than 75 and thats just to hot to be really comfortable owner is very responsive and the management company was great to work with. Could use some updating on the beds they was a bit hard

Philip I feel someone ( The Management company ) is taking advantage of you . I have run my own carpet / flood restoration Business for 21 years . I would much rather someone that was unhappy to tell before telling everyone !! In a lot of cases there is a reason . We get in late on the 10th because of flight delays around 9:45 first it was 83 degrees the A/C was set for 80 first thing I did was turn it down to 75 . I called the management company left a message . They did get back to me in about 10 min. I explained about the heat and asked if I could turn it down . They said it was set you would have to give the ok to lower it . But I would have to wait till the morning . I also told them about the pool being dirty they told me they would send the pool guy out in the morning . The house smelled of mold we looked around . 2 of the bedrooms smelled of B/O UNREAL !!. we started seeing hair around the tub and bugs in the corners . We turned the ceiling fans on in the bedrooms too cool the house down . We had to turn them off think dust on all the fans and the fans were vibrating so much we were scared they would fly off !!. walked into the garage musty smell and right be the door two mop buckets with dirty black MOPS IN THEM !!. I went to the washroom next to the garage and I was sitting watching ants come in and out of a hole in the wall next to the sink . Bugs / and hair in every corner of the house . As I herd my wife scream to walk out cockroaches

Excellent location and proximity to everything. This home comfortably housed my 10 family members with ease, and room to spare. It was adequately stocked with everything we could need and the owners were easily accessible for any questions.

The house was big, we enjoyed staying there! The beds were not so good, a little bit to hard and small.

Overall nice and clean with a good open layout. Would have liked the AC a little lower and apps for kids in the TV. The water did leak from bathroom above laundry room. But those were the only complaint.

Its time to replace some of the furniture in the house,
some chairs had become loose and rather uncomfortable to sit in.

Overall we had a great stay. Very spacious home and the property provided more than expected. Had a couple minor hiccups and they responded promptly and were great people to rent from. Very close to attractions with a quiet neighborhood vibe.

Home was plenty big. Needs a little updating but works just fine for families. Pool was warm and spa was warmer, you pay extra for the heating of it. We did however lose our pool heater 1 full day before we left. Not real overly happy about the pool heater but stil enjoyed. No home phone so if you are not from the USA you will need to use your cell and it is a little costly for sure.
Still overall a decent place for the price. We would go back.

The house is very beautiful, Philip is very nice person, We misunderstood something in the house and he notified us immediately so we can fix it. We are very grateful and highly recommend renting here, as it is a very beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped house.

This was our first time staying at this property. It by far exceeded expectations with the amount of space and layout. Mike was responsive and kind (even when I admitted I was an idiot and locked the front door wrong). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking our next stay here!

We traveled to Florida with 3 other couples and our adult special needs daughter who uses a wheelchair. This home was PERFECT! Everyone had their own space and there were several locations for us to gather and enjoy our time together! We used the dining room as a puzzle room for those wanting to attempt to put it together (we almost made it lol), the outside table seemed to be the favorite hang out for the guys and the pool loungers beside the pool became the girl’s hangout (my daughter loved that area as well) the view of the lake was amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking. We also enjoyed watching the squirrels and even saw a raccoon! There were amble tvs for those watching to watch movies throughout the house. We also enjoyed a game of pool in the game room! The pool was so relaxing as was the spa after a long day at Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs (which were located very close by). It was a short drive to Walmart and several gift shops we even explored the stores at Icon Park (also nearby). We would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to simply relax in Florida and know the home they have during their stay is not only beautiful but well maintained. When we return to Fl this will be the home we look at first and will plan our dates around it’s availability. A+ and 5 stars and would give more if we could! Loved it!!!!

This was a great place to stay for our week long family vacation. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. The communication all around was prompt and great. We had a hiccup with the heating of the pool but Mike was prompt and got it fixed so we could enjoy the pool on our off days and when we needed to unwind from a full day at the parks. It was a relax full vacation and much needed.

We stayed at the property for a month. It was beautiful, such an amazing location so handy to everything. House is massive and plenty of space for everyone. We had our teenage kids, 8 year old daughter and my dad. Everyone had their own space.
We loved watching the sunsets over the lake!
Property manager was amazing and so helpful. So quick to respond.
Property owner was very helpful and gave very clear instructions about the property.
We definitely would stay at this property again!!!

The kitchen was stocked with most of the things we needed. Be sure to look in all the cabinets before thinking you need to go buy something. It just might already be there. We did have to buy dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags but that was fine and we left the remainder for the next guests.
There are various cleaning supplies scattered throughout the house. Vacuums, broom and dustpan...
All the TVs had Roku devices attached or were Roku TVs. We found that a number of the streaming services. (HBO max. Disney+, ect..) were still signed in, possibly by past renters.
The pool was clean, and we added the pool heat for the duration of our stay which was $25.00 per day, paid to the management company. They use various payment apps. We used cash app which worked perfect for us. The heat was on and working when we arrived. When outside in the pool we noticed right away how quiet the neighborhood was. The location is away from the busy, but close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
I would stay again the next time I'm in Orlando.

Fantastic Universal Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Universal and this was an awesome vacation rental for our trip. The home was very spacious. We all had plenty of room to spread out after long days at the parks. The teens and kids enjoyed the pool and spa. The house was clean. The community was safe with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner, Philip, was very responsive and friendly. Beautiful and private view from the back of the property. The house was a little cosmetically outdated, but it was perfect for our family! Great value. Thank you!

Expensively called management company on our uk mobile to be told we were not expected and they had no knowledge of our booking.
When booked a games room was advertised ( he has since changed his listing since our complaint to remove the games room and the advertised phone and free local calls ) so called games room consisted of a garage full of junk furniture and 5 old television sets plus one broken pool table not fit for purpose .
Advertised as luxury but it needs a lot of upgrading only 5 tumblers for 10 people 3 kettles but none of them worked
Management company very good who delivered working kettle and oven trays oven glove tea towels glasses and wine glasses within 3 days of our arrival
Shower curtains were covered in black mould but we did not complain we fetched bleach and cleaned them ourselves
Owner did send us an email apologising for not letting the management company aware of our arrival we have since sent him an email of complaint on our return but have not had a reply as yet

Short summary: when we first arrived on Thursday 08-05-2021, the pool heat was not working, only two stove burners were working, the light in the dinning room was not working, the water heat in the downstairs shower was not properly calibrated. We informed the management company promptly. An individual was sent but did not resolve the issues. After various attempts for three days, we contacted the owner, Phillip, on Saturday. The next day, Sunday, several individuals came and fixed the pool mechanism, the electric wires in the dinning room, replaced the burner and the heat to the shower Unfortunately, our stayed was not as enjoyable as expected having to deal with so many issues with the house.
Also, the mattresses on all the queen beds are old and worn out.
On our last day, we did laundry and noticed there was a leak from the upstairs to the laundry room that lands on the washer machine and as a result, it is becoming rusty. Since it was our last day, we did not reported as we figured the management company should already be aware.
In a positive note, the owner Phillip, seems sincerely concern with our issues and it appears that he just hired a poor management company.
I requested a refund for the three days we did not have pool heat but still waiting for it.
