Direct beachfront! Situated a mere 21 feet from our property seawall, the unit feels a bit like being on a boat, with ocean as far as the eye can see. Unit highlights: vaulted ceilings, oversized lanai, comfy king bed, Jacuzzi tub, free WiFi, free parking and free laundry.
Please note, this is the Top Unit of a two unit split-level property. Everything outside is shared with the bottom unit guests, including the hot tub area. Tenants live in a third unit toward the back of the property, but do not access the lanai area while guests are occupying the rentals unless absolutely necessary. See Property ID 168823ha for info about the larger Bottom Unit.

We loved staying here! This is a lovely location. We loved shopping at the cute shop across the street. We enjoyed the tikki bar, the kayak and hot tub. This is a great location. We were away from the hustle and bustle of the city and we could enjoy paradise. We found great poke at Foodland and wonderful acai bowls at Kuhuku. We explored different beaches along the north shore and found some excellent snorkeling.

I can’t express enough how beautiful the house and location are. We really enjoyed our place on the upper floor and the deck overlooking the ocean. You won’t find a better place with two actual beds and bathrooms for the price. We loved the hot tub, and enjoyed eating at the bar on the patio. There was shampoo, conditioner, bug repellent, and sunscreen to use, and stores nearby for anything we forgot. The kitchen had a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, pots, frying pans and new utensils. We were very comfortable, I wish we had stayed longer!

Directly on the ocean. I wish I was aware that there is no oven/ stove and restaurants are about an hour drive from this location. Beach is public but still very private. We only saw a few other people on the beach which was very nice. This is a residential area and not a tourist location. People that we met, were wonderful.

The white wooden ceilings and the tiki bar drew us in but the beach being six literal steps away sealed the deal. This is the kind of place you take photos of and send to your friends back home. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and are so thankful to have experienced it. Great host. Very responsive. Close to all the beaches, a grocery store and food trucks down the road. Best burgers were at Seven Brothers. Factor in time for any places you go because Kam Hwy is one lane in each direction but you’ll barely notice because it hugs the ocean. The home is exactly as described. True quality. We’d definitely book here again when we return with the hopes it’s available!

Amazing place, we ended up going to honolulu for the last 4 days, and we wish we would have just stayed there the whole time.
You can beat falling asleep to waves.
Prepare to have to drive to the other small towns to go out for food though, there is nothing around you. We didnt mind this at all though! Half our meals we cooked at the house!

This property was everything we were looking for! We wanted a quiet, semi private location and this was it! We did many touristy things-but my favorite day was the day we spent lounging around, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and playing on the beach in front of the house. We made breakfast every morning and watched the sunrise on the balcony. Did not have any issue finding places to eat dinner. Even loved the view of the mountains behind the house through windows opposite the bathroom mirror while getting ready for the day! I did a lot of research for this trip and I was very happy we stayed here. My husband even commented several times on what a great find this property was! Thank you!!!

Every once in awhile, you make a thoroughly positive choice. Coming to this home, being right on the "Big Blue" and absorbing the rhythms, sights and sounds of the Windward Coast was literally like a dream coming true!

A Dreamy Stay by the Beach
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable place in Hawaii, right in front of the beach. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the pristine beauty that surrounded me.
First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was evident throughout the entire property. It was clear that the owners took great pride in ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere.
The breathtaking views of the beach were nothing short of magical. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves and stepping out onto the balcony to witness the vibrant colors of the sunrise was an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. The location couldn't have been more perfect for beach enthusiasts like myself.

The property is perfect! It did rain for 5 of our 7 days stay, so the ocean was rough snd a bit murky, but we still enjoyed it immensely. The location is perfect for the food truck area, gunstock range and the Polynesian cultural center. Waimea falls is a must. Everything was as expected..paradise!

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. We loved all the amenities provided, and the size was perfect for me, my partner and one of my teen daughters. It was pretty humid during our time there and the AC unit in the bedroom coupled with the ceiling fans made the space a lot more comfortable. Wi-Fi reception worked perfectly, and TV has Roku with tons of apps to choose from.
There was another couple staying in the accommodation below us and it did not affect our stay at all. Although we purposefully chose a place away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki, objectively I could see how the location isn’t right for everyone. You will have to do a quite a bit of driving to get to the other parts of the island. There is a 7-11 within walking distance and a souvenir shop directly across the street. We used the hot tub and loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. People climbing the trees to get coconuts and the crabs walking around on the beach completed this picture perfect place.
There were only two downsides to this place, the first was the cleanliness. It wasn’t DIRTY by any means, but it is also not as clean as some hotels I have stayed in. The second is the kitchen not having a proper range to cook on. We ended up leaving a bunch of food behind because we didn’t feel like getting things out to cook.
Book this property if you are not expecting resort-type luxury in the heart of Waikiki. It’s otherwise perfect for anyone!

Fantastic location!! Unit was spacious and clean as was the property. It is on a main road but only the kitchen had some road noise. Other than that all you could hear is the pleasant sounds of the waves. Great to sleep by on a very comfortable king size bed. Will definitely return!

The location was awesome, and the house is a gem in the making, it just needs a little tlc, there’s a few fixes needed in the kitchen, but overall we totally enjoyed our stay thanks
