Northview Villa is a truly remarkable residence oozing a relaxing and tropical vibe and offering uninterrupted views over the golden sands and rolling surf of Palm Beach. Originally built in the 1920s, award winning architect Robert Brown has recreated this home to be a unique two part sanctuary for contemporary living. With four fabulous bedrooms and three bathrooms the home happily accommodates up to eight guests but is configured in a way that makes it perfect for a couple also. Two of the four bedrooms are perched high in an architecturally designed separate tower like structure, making maximum use of the expansive views of Barrenjoey headland to the north coast. Striking by design, this tower blends perfectly into the natural bushland and also provides two additional cedar clad living areas with breath taking views.
What the Owners Love
Northview Villa is gorgeous to visit both summer and winter as the original home comprises a formal sitting room with original polished floorboards and sandstone features including an open fireplace. The stylish kitchen will delight all inner chefs, with its large terrazzo island workspace and floor to ceiling sliding windows that open onto the alfresco dining area that overlooks the pool. Whether cooking, eating or swimming, all guests can be a part of the individual activities.
What We Love
The mosaic tiled saltwater pool and outdoor entertaining areas are separate but at one with the upper level interior. A curved sandstone staircase link to the bedrooms wings below, including master and queen bedroom. The French doors in the master bedroom open onto the private decked terrace, for a morning coffee with a view. The queen bedroom offers built-in robes and an en-suite with a unique window to the pool and mosaic tiled sunken bath with picture window encompassing the glorious view.

A special architectural gem in stunning setting with the added bonus of a quirky layout. Perfect for couples or teen families as bedrooms have their own separate access. The day at the beach vibe extends with the pool off the terrace. All in all a wonderful experience.

Perfect family holiday home!
We all had a great time a Northview Villa. The house is beautiful, comfortable with a great view. It was also very helpful to have a cot and high chair available.
Also, the caretaker, Tony, was just lovely, so helpful with all our stupid questions.
