Escape for a weekend to Springfield Farm in Bundanoon, Southern Highlands. A farmhouse with old-world charm merely two hours drive from Sydney. Springfield Farm is a five bedroom house located on a stunning 170 acre country estate with four bathrooms and spacious living and dining areas. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind from the hectic pace of modern life in a quintessential country heaven.
A true family farmhouse country holiday home Springfield Farm offers beautiful open plan living including a large country style kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, oversized sitting room which opens by French doors to the wrap around verandah. To relax guests can enjoy the cosy lounge room with open fire and a library for the times you just want to curl up by the open fire with a good book and get away from it all.
What the owners love
After a long day hiking the many trails and mountain paths in the National Park, taking advantage of the long summer evenings entertaining the family with only the freshest local produce! Dine at the rustic dining table in the garden surrounded by the beautiful aesthetics and enjoying some of the many local wines whilst the sun goes down. A favourite spot is chilling out with a great read on a cool crisp morning soaking up the suns rays on the wrap around verandah. The Lounge is also the popular spot in winter for a long lunch with the open fire crackling in the background.

The location; Bundanoon, this lovely little village is within half an hour of all the Southern Highland attractions, it is not over-touristified; as it retains the quiet, sleepy, old-world atmosphere of yesteryear.
This lovingly restored homestead is very much the classic farmhouse an ideal getaway for families with hours of fun and memories to be made.
What families love
Apart from 170 acres of pristine countryside and the on site dam? Having the option of pure relaxation or keeping the family busy. Hire a bike, or go walking through Morton National Park. Staying in by the fire and playing games. Lots of famous lookouts (Echo Point, and Fairy Bower), walking trails, picnic spots, native flowers, flocks of native birds. Even walking or biking around town is relaxing and enjoyable. At night walk down to 'Glow Worm Glen'. Stroll to the edge of town at dawn or dusk and see kangaroos and wallabies.
