Гарний готель, всього достатньо. В спільній зоні була дуже цікава книга про національні страви Аджарії. Обов'язково почитайте, там дуже цікаво розповідається звідки походить кожна страва. Номер в якому ми зупинились був затишний. Але холодні поли, тож треба обов'язково ходити в капцях.

Соотношение цена-качество на отлично. Чисто, ухожено везде.

Недочёты, конечно, были. Но в целом, очень достойный отель.

Perfect spot!

Great location and a great price. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, there was a desk, couch, mini fridge, TV, and hot water kettle with tea and coffee. Even free water! The person working was very friendly.

Everything was great!!!

All simple and nice - We had a relaxed stay

The place is quite straight-forward. You pay at the reception and you go to the room. The room is great! Beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is clean and new-looking, windows are big without depriving you of your privacy.

Location is a small distance outside of the center. That ended up being a plus for us - we lived closer to the local places. Keep that in mind.

it’s great location but a little bit noisy

awesome location, it’s about 5 min to park and 10 min to seaside. There’re issues but stuff reacted fast to resolve them.

People from computer club smoke and chat under windows. Plus, the walls are so thin so you can hear coughing.

Very good

This was good value for money, walking distance from the old town and sea front. Supermarkets close by. We used it as a base to explore Batumi. Clean and comfortable.

The room was on a busy road, so some noise from traffic. The room seemed a little bit dark.

- staff is very friendly and helpful - washing machine and a little kitchen in the room was a great bonus - the common area is cozy and you can sit and relax there in the evening

Only few minuses , which can be easily fixed: - smoking area is literally at the front door, which means you have to go though the smoke to get inside and all that smoke gets straight in. As non-smokers and a family with small kids is a NO-NO. We couldn't leave the pram downstairs as the first day it got smoked through. - there's a washing machine, but no drying rack in the room. You can hang your clothes out on the staff's balcony, but if the weather is cold and wet, no chance it will get dry in the next couple of days. -wifi signal in some rooms is too weak , you'd have to step out of the room to get it. But luckily there's a comfortable sofa in the common area.

Cozy Clean Comfortable...

The hotel was close to everywhere. You could reach many facilities like market, museum, historical places etc. The hotel was also very comfortable and clean. No need to be extravagant for accomodation. Hotel Soft is enough. George who manages the stays speaks english very well, he is also helpful for everything. Cleaning regularly and renewing waters every day. Absolutely price/benefit hotel..

I think our first room was so much comfortable. But the second one's bed need to be renewed because it had some low areas disturbing the body.

The room we got the first night had a very uncomfortable bed, but the staff was very understanding and they made us change room and gifted us with a bottle of wine.

I would stay next time in this hotel.

Very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable apartment. They provided tea and coffee facilities, spring water, small kitchen with all necessary kitchenware. Plenty of cafés and grocery shops in neighborhood.

Great stay

I have stay for a few days for my leisure at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly area. Light, cozy and very spacious… very welcoming atmosphere . The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and exo helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . Will be back to this place soon !!! ❤️

Very good

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to everything you need/want to see in Batumi. Some great restaurants, bars and bakeries on the same street. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly.

We were in the corner room 203, it seems that the WiFi is just in one place in the hallway, because we didn't have any wifi connection in our room. It would only connect at the entrance to our room, and work very slowly. We had to sit on the couches in the hall to be able to use internet. This really tainted our stay. Also there wasn't a normal knife in the room, all the other appliances were present. The lighting in the room was also very dim

Comfortable stay in Batumi for a reasonable price

The room was very big and comfortable. It had everything we possibly needed. Bathroom was also big and always clean. Location was very good. You could walk to all the main sights, and there were 2 supermarkets in the same street. Wifi was excellent, and they washed our clothes for a reasonable price (20 Lari). They had on both sides of the bed nightstands, plugs and a nightlamp. Extra couch in the corner was comfortable too.

There was no breakfast (but there were good cafes for breakfast in the neighborhood). Also, the toilet didn’t flushed properly.
