5) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings, baby items rental. Please check prices and availability.

6) COMMUNITY BBQ RENTAL: The use of the BBQ areas will be available by reservation only. Each reservation is permitted for a maximum of five (5) hours either from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. There is a ten (10) person guest limit per area. All reservations must be secured with a $50 refundable cash deposit. If the checked-out keys are not returned by the end of your reservation time (by 3 p.m. or 10 p.m.), your $50 security deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, a $50 (cash only) cleaning fee is required. The cleaning fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the start of the reservation. Guests will be given two trash bags and are responsible for taking the trash to the dumpster. If anyone is interested in reserving a BBQ Area, please visit the West Lucaya Clubhouse front desk to submit your reservation

7) MANICURE & PEDICURE: The community is offering manicure & pedicure services, please visit the West Lucaya Clubhouse front desk to check prices, availability and appointments.

9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and well do our very best to remedy the situation.

This property was as described in the listing. Beyond that, the gated community felt safe, the pool and gym were wonderful, and it is close in proximity to just about anything you’d need (Walmart, Target, Aldi, gas station, Dunkin, various eateries, etc). We loved having 3 bathrooms and the closets are very spacious. There were sets of bath and pool towels freshly laundered and stored in plastic bags for each of us. Each bathroom had 1 bar soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, and a hair dryer. There was an iron, extra blankets, baby items (pack & play, umbrella stroller), a kitchen towel, small kitchen kit with dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC. A tech was dispatched promptly and the AC was repaired in no time! Check in and check out were seamless - love the key codes for the gate and front door. Our party consisted of adults, 2 tweens and an infant and we all enjoyed our stay. We’d recommend this property to our family and friends!

Nice place to stay with family and easy to get in and out. Pot and pans are a little worn and cheaper quality. Could use new carpet. Beds are comfy. Appliances are good.

Everything was great! Cooking ware could use improvement. Pans were worn and too small for cooking for large family. Comfortably slept 12, 4 adults and 8 children.

Stayed for a week with my grown up children. 30 minutes from Universal. Close to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. Very clean and everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is softer mattresses for the twin beds and newer cookware.

Pros: complex is quiet, house is big enough for 5 adults and 2 children to sleep conformably, hot tub on-site was nice. Cons: Location. Driving to/from Disney was a nightmare and took 45 min each way each day. Traffic down the main road was bumper to bumper. The entire house is very worn and needs updates (furniture, carpets, beds, dishes, etc) and some better lighting (the light on the main floor and in the kitchen was terrible - the brightness in the photos very deceiving) Lack of actual curtains to block street lights coming in from blinds. Cooking utensils/pans were very limited and very worn. Check-in was also difficult. When I booked I had requested multiple times for early check-in (which is an additional cost) as we were landing at 10am. A week prior I found out they never included this. Additionally, we were arriving on Sunday when their "office" is closed and you can call and leave VM to hope for a callback with a status on your check-in time. Thankfully whoever was manning the VRBO app that day was responsive and worked through all the issues we initially encountered with check-in. Pool is not heated, but the hot tub was nice. Overall an ok spot if you're not planning to drive to Disney.

I would refer this property as The Basic Vacation Home . Besides having very few Ammedies the cable had no local channel's and the club house pool is not heated. I would not stay here the next time I'm on Orlando. 1 hr to get to Universal Stidios and 30 minutes to Disney. Lots of traffic and tolls

Pros: Location and layout. Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone. Nice quiet location within the complex, backing to a wooded area. Owners were very nice, and allowed us to change our arrival date on short notice. Cons: Whole place could use a refresh. Carpets are matted and stained. Needs a fresh coat of paint throughout, as there are marks, wear and tear all over. Dish network never loaded. Master toilet seat would not stay up. Only one towel rack in master. Place was clean, but tired. Overall: 5 stars for location and functionality. 3 stars for condition. Would stay here again.

Great spot from which to go to the parks or grab a bite to eat. Aside from the television not working in the main room, the rest of the house was as advertised. The 2 year-old loved her Mickey bed. We put the mattress down between the two beds, so she wouldn't fall off. The room on the ground floor makes it work for those travelling with a person with difficulty going up stairs. Kitchen table with little marks from the placemats.

This 4 bedroom condo in a gated community was perfect for my family. The little ones enjoyed the Mickey Mouse themed room with twin beds. The adults enjoyed the 2 master suites. Beds were comfortable and this was very conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and the Disney attractions.

This was our first stay using Vrbo and this property did not disappoint. We are a family of 10 and this property had plenty of space plus 3 full bathrooms! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and the check in and out process was a breeze. I would recommend this property for a large family taking a trip to Disney! Close to all parks and other amenities like groceries and restaurants!

The trip was great. The unit was well prepared. The only concern we had was that it stated that we were not to flush toilet paper in the toilet. We found this very odd. This is not something that needs to be done in this unit.

The overall stay was good and met expectations. While the overall unit was clean, but the carpet and furniture was horribly stained. The towels were nicely packaged so you knew they were fresh and clean, but small and thin is an understatement. Note all the blinds are white, so as the sun comes up the rooms are BRIGHT. If you want to sleep in, this isn't the place to do it. Also note there are no ceiling fans, so if you're used to air movement you're not getting that here. Upstairs AC was plenty cool, main floor room was quite warm. It met our needs, nothing wrong with it, just know these "features" so you can make a decision if it works for you. Rental company was great to work with, gated community was also very nice.

The condo was great for our group. My only complaint is that the condo was not throughly cleaned before we checked in. In the upstairs guest bathroom, there was a half empty Powerade bottle and some paper towels on the floor behind the bathroom door. There was also a pair of shoes and dirty socks found in the downstairs master underneath the bed, but visible. Everything else was great, just slightly disappointed that a final check wasn’t done to ensure cleanliness

My family of 6 traveled to Orlando this winter for a business/vacation trip. We found this condo in an area that we were familiar with at a price that we couldn't say no to. Most of the "business" portion of our trip was located North, so I had to battle traffic for a couple of days but once we began our "vacation" portion we were perfectly located. The neighborhood is located just down the road from Disney entrances and a short ride on the highway to Universal and I Drive. The condo was large enough for my family for the minimal amount of time that we spent there. Beds were comfy, hot water and water pressure excellent, and parking was abundant. I would have liked to have had some spices, more cooking utensils/pots & pans and some kid friendly plates and cups. Otherwise...excellent stay!
