About this bed and breakfast

Location, location, location: This beautiful upscale cozy casita with private entrance is located in a quiet neighborhood steps from El Paseo, the Westfield Mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, The McCallum Theater, Civic Center Park, The River Center, and major hiking trails. Keurig with complimentary pods, wifi, cable, movie channels, and private central air. Traveling with another party, but want separate space, we have a second casita, inquire. Discounted rates offered: 760 then 808 then 7219.

We are superhosts on another hosting website that you may be familiar with. With over 100 five star reviews (and counting) on our first guest house property, we decided to build another, more exculsive and private than the first. We've also decided to expand to another hosting platform: VRBO!

Park in front of the house and enter through your completely private entrance and walkway. Watch the solar lights light up as you walk to the back of the property where you will enter your casita through french doors on your own private patio complete with table for two, trickling fountain, and flickering solar lights. Your french doors open up to reveal an elegant and cozy bedroom. Everything, including the casita itself, is brand new and built to be a private place of comfort and rest, a nest if you will because it is intimate and cozy. Kitchenette, table for two, TV, and armoire complete the small yet comfortable living space. The bathroom is separated from the main room by a door for privacy and the shower is large and spacious. There is no entrance between the main house and the casita. The heating and air unit is only for the casita and not controlled by the main house. The floor of the casita is stained concrete and is the first thing our guests notice. The flooring is designed to help us keep the place immaculate and as allergen free as possible. We also have a small office desk and chair available at your request if you need extra space for work and a standing steamer that is also available upon request. Please inquire about pets. If your pet is under 16 pounds, hypoallergenic, potty trained, and doesn't shed, we will definitely consider. Please note: There is a pet fee of $30.00 collected upon arrival if not paid through Vrbo directly.

Everything was perfect and EXACTLY as described. After a very long work week, I had not read instructions as to check in. Host was immediately on it, as it was totally my error, not theirs. I Will DEFINITELY come back should I need to be in the area. It checked all the boxes. Clean. Quiet. Updated. Easy check in. Host communicative. Comfy bed. And, coffee! Thank you for a great stay! FIVE stars.

A bit tight for 2 people especially if the weather isn't the best. Nice outdoor area to expand space. Thoughtful touches. Family is eager to accommodate requests/concerns. They even bought a toaster oven because I asked! Great value.

I liked that it was private. The décor could be toned down a bit. Didn’t care for the humongous mirror in the room. I felt like I was being watched. Other than that the place was very clean. I would recommend this place.

My husband and I were so happy to have rented out this Casita. It is so cute and cozy! The patio is just romantic! Loved the waterfall and the torches that go on at night! Toasted our day on the patio. We brought our own wine and was glad the kitchen has wine glasses we can use. We have some cool IG moments on this patio. Since, the casita is so private and has its own entrance, we slept with the doors open one night to enjoy the night air and some stars. The guestbook was an awesome bonus touch added to this place. We love reading the other guests adventures and added ours to the mix. We plan to come back again in the near future for sure. Oh, the renting price is also great. We would absolutely recommend this place! Thank you Athena! 😊

Wonderful. Everything One could wish for. Comfortable and clean bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. Private table and chair outside. The ease of having a code to enter through a side gate. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Gracious and accommodating host. We look forward to staying again.

It was cute and cozy, towels could be updated. It was nice to have the pathway light up at night, as we often came back late. Really liked the little water feature and seating area outside but the chairs could be more comfy. All in all a good deal.

This casita is exactly as described. I so enjoyed my three days here. The owners have thought of every detail. I could not ask for anything more. Early mornings on the patio were lovely! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. I highly recommend this property!

We were coming from the Grand Canyon, six hours away, and needed one night to break up our multi-hour drive home (7 hours). This charming place was just the ticket, reasonably priced, allowed us one night, and was in a great location. It is about the size of the a hotel room, with a kitchenette, wifi, flat screen TV, small private patio, and was very clean.

I am so happy my husband and I rented out this Casita. It is so cozy! Close to everything. I would absolutely recommend this place! The patio is just fantastic! This room is very new so everything is clean and functioning. Great location right in the middle of the Palm Cities. The only thing to be aware is that it is small. It was fine for our needs as we golfed all day and went out at night however, if you want to lounge in your room or on the patio then this may not be your best choice.

This casita was private, stylishly decorated, and perfect for my wife and I to enjoy a quick getaway. The location is next to many restaurants and entertainment centers. Athena was an excellent host and answered all of our questions before we arrived. Our favorite part was reading the collection of stories gathered in the guestbook inside the casita. It is clear that place holds special memories for a lot of people and now us as well. We definitely intend to return next time for a longer stay.
