About this house rental
This stunning construction within walking distance of Henderson Ave restaurants and shopping boasts multiple windows allowing for an abundance of natural light, an attached 2 car garage, custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops and SS appliances in kitchen with a private balcony off of the living room. This energy efficient home features stunning interior with attention to detail, comfort and luxury.
1700 sq ft open plan, light-filled space built in early 2019.
Garage is 20 x 22 ft. Ceiling heights: lower level - 8 ft, living room level 10 ft, bedroom level 9 ft.
There are 2 sets of stairs: from garage entry level there are 16 stairs to reach living area and 19 stairs to reach bedroom level.
This unit is street side therefore some traffic noise may be heard. City view from master bedroom.
This is 1 of 4 units in the same complex. If travelling with a large group, why not book units together!
Walkable area near coffee shops and restaurants and a short drive to downtown, Deep Ellum, etc...
Just off highway 75, access is quick and easy to most everywhere.

The apartment was the perfect size, spacious and clean. we had no trouble with our stay, it was great!

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights as a random get away for the weekend. I requested to check in early and we got a swift response a few minutes later that we could. The home was super clean and comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. There was plenty of cooking utensils and towels/washcloths.
Across the street was a liquor store and , pizza place, and a few bars. Everyone in the neighborhood bars and restaurants were friendly and the food was great. Downtown is about 12 minutes away. Walmart and Kroger are less than 10. Check out was easy.
Overall a great experience and we would stay again on another visit.

You can hear the cars passing by on the Main Street. Kinda hard to get a good nights rest. Other than that the place was nice. Needs some work on the walls and chips on some stairs but other than that 10/10!

This is my 3rd stay at this apt. It is perfect. Has 2 bed and 2 1/2 bath, a lot of room to hang out, near everything, garage available. Look forward to staying there again when I am in Dallas.

We enjoyed our stay here for a short business trip. The neighborhood was good on one side and a little rough on the other. When we got to Dallas the temp was extremely hot in the 100’s. We tried to kick the air down from 78 & after a few hours it would but budge. There was sugar ants all over the kitchen and master bath. I reached out to the host a few times about these issues and never received a response. It did not ruin our stay, was just hot inside the house.
Otherwise, this is a fine place to stay for a weekend.

The property was decorated nicely, clean and supplied with what one needs for a vacation get away. Just a lot of stairs and the parking wasn't that great.

We loved our stay here. We had a rental car so having a garage was a huge bonus. The townhouse itself is immaculate and looks exactly like the pictures. It is very bright and airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. There were 4 of us, and we had so much room for everyone. The location was close to so many restaurants and stores, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in Uptown Dallas!
We loved our stay here. We had a rental car so having a garage was a huge bonus. The townhouse itself is immaculate and looks exactly like the pictures. It is very bright and airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. There were 4 of us, and we had so much room for everyone. The location was close to so many restaurants and stores, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. This is a place that grown folk would appreciate and let their young spirit free. Very modern, lots of natural light. Full of amenities, stocked kitchen & toiletries. The owners are pleasant & accommodating.

Great property! Easy accessibility being off of I-75. Having attached garage is a huge plus. Comfortable furniture and bed. Short drive to fabulous neighborhoods to dine and shop. Absolutely would stay again!!

The location was perfect to what we were there for. Our rides to where we wanted to go were no more than 6 mins. The walkability to restaurants, coffee shop and liquor store can't get any better. The only downfall was the 2nd bedroom, there is one lamp in the room and it's on the opposite side of the bed. So if you forgot to leave the lamp on and come in and it's dark, you can't see at all. So extra lighting would be great, or some kind of closet light. Along with a dustpan for light sweeping, would be great. Other than that it was perfect!

Great location and home!
The location was perfect to what we were there for. Our rides to where we wanted to go were no more than 6 mins. The walkability to restaurants, coffee shop and liquor store can't get any better. Long weekend rental

Home Away from Home Experience
This property was amazing. I’m from Dallas but was visiting. Area was lively in East Dallas. The unit was remarkable. Exactly as depicted in photos. A great use of space and keyless entry that was simple to use. Amenities were superb & we will definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this space. Very clean and the pictures were precise. The location was perfect, close to all of the things we had planned to visit. Checking in and out was very easy and we appreciated the contactless and no keys. We also appreciated the garage space being that we drove.

I have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this place was one of my top 3…. New property , as nice as it shows .. minimalist decor which means you are not surrounded with someone’s “things” .. love the kitchen with Xtra long Island .. whiles I didn’t cook at all it was nice to have the option . Easy in and out with keypads . King mattress was one of the best ..I slept great . I admit to not be the most streaming savvy so I struggled a bit w/ tv and didn’t understand how to see current news the entire week . Loved that I could choose my own temperature in master and downstairs…. I shared with the owner that they need more washcloths and towels to support multiple guests . I’m a Keurig lover and they had a Mr coffee . I borrowed one from a local friend and went to Kroger and bought my own k-cups . It would be a nice touch to have that already as well as water bottles in the fridge as I don’t drink from the faucet . Was able to uber to grocery and restaurants easily enough .

I have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and this place was one of my top 3….
