No hospedarse en el lugar

Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, tienes que tener un abanico prendido todo el tiempo, no hay coordinación entre el personal no sirve el servicio de cocina ya que no está montada ofrece los mismo que si gobernador nada

Una terrible experiencia

La ubicación, las lámparas son muy bonitas

No respetaron el precio de Booking me quitaron 200 pesos más y no me dieron recibo. Esa habitación jamás costaría más de 2000 pesos mexicanos, no le llega ni a un hostal, solo hay una persona que atiende todo, no hay teléfono de recepción, tuve que pedir todo : toallas, jabón , agua etc. Luego las escaleras para subir al cuarto son horribles, el último escalón es más alto que los demás y casi me caigo; el piso de la habitación truena con cada paso... El estacionamiento queda como a un kilómetro y el desayuno también tienes que tomarlo lejos del hotel... No lo recomiendo para nada fue una terrible experiencia. Solo se salvan las lámparas!

The best thing about this place was the staff. But I cannot recommend the accommodations.

The location was very convenient

Our room was right on the street. There was no ventilation. windows to the outside were padlocked, & there were two small windows that opened onto the hallway right across from the office. the office light blazed through the 2 small windows all night long. The showerhead was not well-maintained. When I turned it on, water sprayed out into the bathroom.

Disappointing experience- Good if you have no other option

The location is fantastic!

1. Hotel reservation was set up as credit card pre-payment on booking but at check in the hotel requested payment again and stated they needed to charge in person, we ended up paying the hotel in person and contacting booking customer service twice over the phone to rectify situation. 2. Breakfast is not served at the physical hotel but rather at a sister branch more than two blocks away. 3. Room did not have air conditioning and the positioning of the portable fan on bottom floor of room made it impossible to use, the stay was incredibly hot. 4. Stairs inside of room were a hazard and very slippery. Guest on top floor almost fell down from how slippery the steps were. 5. Room did not have closets or an area suitable to put clothes only a few hooks on the wall. 7. Hotel’s outside doors close at 6:30pm and you have to knock to get in and the same happens if you wake up too early you have to ask to be let out.

location. breakfast was ok...but you had to walk 2 blocks to the restaurant for the breakfast, coffee was warm not hot

The room had NO closets. the main bedroom (there was 2 with the 2nd on the 2nd floor) did not even have hooks to hang clothes. The hotel was very noisy

No hot water at all neither elevator. if you have heavy luggage... The stairs are bit hard.
