Brilliant stay!

Location was brilliant - so close to the cathedral and castle, which was our main reason for staying as we were attending one of the concerts! It was such a comfortable property for two couples and a great base for exploring uphill Lincoln. We really appreciated the little touches in the house - from the glasses for champagne (it was our friend's 60th birthday celebration), to the tea and coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean in the house, which made it a superb stay. Entry was really easy using the lockbox. Another added bonus was the off-road parking for two vehicles. Would we stay again? Of course we would! Thank you Tim and Rosita.

Very relaxing. Great location, Plan to return with children for a longer stay.

Location was perfect, a very quiet area of the City but within easy walking distance of everything you would wish to see (Cathederal, Castle, City centre and most importantly the Pubs, bars & Resturants. We stayed for 3 nights, which wasn't enough time to appreciate all that Lincoln has to offer. We plan to return for a longer stay with our children, hopefully this Gem of a property will still be available.

Many previous people staying here have mentioned the 'tight' access of the driveway. Although it is tight, i still managed to fit in our Nissan Quasqai. I found reversing into the drive to be best & if you reverse all the way back towards the double gates at the end with the front of the car next to the entrance door, the space between the walls is wider allowing for access no different to most public car park spaces.

Very lovely weekend break and stay. Close to town centre!

The property was furnished beautifully and had everything you need for a weekend stay.

Pillow was slightly too soft for me so an option of a firmer pillow would have been good! Still slept well however!

Uitmuntend!

Prima locatie, makkelijk te vinden, zeer schoon en prima ingericht huis. Eigen parkeerplaats ook fijn. Aardige host die nog aan het schoonmaken was toen wij, te vroeg, aankwamen. Zeker een aanrader en bij een terugkeer naar Lincoln gaan we zeker hier weer logeren!

Fantastic house to explore Lincoln

Fantastic house in a great location, walking distance to all the local attractions. Very clean with comfy beds. The hosts left some treats which was just lovely. Would highly recommend :)

Very peaceful location. Close to Cathedral, Castle, Open Top bus. House is spacious and comfortable. Good to have off road parking

Rather too many ornaments especially in the bathroom. Guests need space for their toiletries. The stairs are very steep. A second rail might be good.

Fabulous -would highly recommend!

Gorgeous little house in a fabulous location, kept immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved the little decor touches and with super comfortable beds had a very restful and relaxing trip. The hosts very kindly left coffee, biscuits and cake which was such a nice little touch and very much appreciated! A very memorable trip -would definitely stay there again.

Staircase was very steep and one of our party was 86 years old, so I think it needs to state on the description of the property that it’s not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Lovely stay in a comfortable, clean, fabulous location.

The house was spotless and smelt beautiful on arrival. The complimentary plum bread and biscuits were gratefully received - lovely touch. Perfect location for us, walking distance to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The added bonus of a driveway for easy parking topped it off.

A well appointed house in a central location.

This is a charming little house, well located for an easy stroll into Lincoln. The house is very well appointed with everything that you might need for a short stay and it was immaculately clean throughout.

I thought checkout at 10am is too early and then being asked for £20 to checkout at 12.00 is a bit rich particularly when the accommodation is not exactly cheap in the first place. The parking is most welcome but could be a squeeze for a large car.

Warm, clean, well-equipped house in great location

A well appointed house. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook properly. The house was warm and clean and comfortable. And the hosts were immensely helpful and my great recommendations for places to eat. The house is extremely well located, within the stone’s throw of the amazing cathedral.

The stairs are very steep for anyone with mobility problems. Not an issue for us. But something to be aware of.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. We travelled for work in Lincoln and it was amazing location with a 5 minute walk into the centre. Tim and Rosita were both very helpful and the whole experience was excellent.

Wonderful house....high quality finish. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully presented and well equipped. Tim and Rosita have really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic. So close to the cathedral and castle.

There are 2 parking bays but they can be tricky to get into. Would have been much easier with a smaller hire car.
