Worked great for our party of 5. We do the car show every year and enjoyed staying in a house allowed to a hotel this year.

Great trip the house was very charming, clean, and comfortable. We were in town to go on the polar express and it is an easy walk into town to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Wonderful way to spend the holidays would definitely stay again!

Great location close to Polar Expressvand Grand Canyon Coaster. Nice place well stocked.

Stayed for several nights with some friends. The house brought back many great memories, and we could use it as a base camp for visiting many Northern Arizona attractions. The board games, and especially the domino set, was a great way to pass time in the evenings. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Williams.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Williams or Grand Canyon. Close enough to walk to downtown, but still quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and a nice private back yard area with a BBQ. Easy check in and check out process and great communication from owners, highly recommend, Thanks so much!

2 families of 7 people total stayed here. This home is old so we could oversee the uneven floors and lack of modern touches. However, there is only one wall AC unit in the living room and the house can be very warm during hot summer days, especially in the front room. When opening the windows to remedy the heat, we were met with a ton of dust and cob webs. In addition, while there are 2 bathrooms, the water pressure is so poor you are advised to only take one shower at a time. This can be time consuming with larger parties. Furthermore, while the house is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, the neighbor made this location undesirable for anyone with children. Due to the high heat, we left the windows open at night but continued to let the 3 kids play video games in the living room. They weren’t being too loud…typical of children under the age of 12. There was no music or fighting…just 3 kids playing Mario Party games. However, the older man from next door came over and yelled at us that the kids need to go to bed. He really scared the kids. From that point on, all of us were extra careful to be super quiet so as to not disturb the neighbor. Not a great way to spend a vacation I’d say. Fortunately, we weren’t home much as we spent the days exploring the area. Lastly, on the last day there and as we were putting away the sofa bed, we noticed a dead mouse under the couch.
All in all, we will be looking elsewhere when booking another home in Williams.

We found this house a great size for 2 teens, my MIL, my husband and I. The location meant that we could walk to downtown and to the train station (which was amazing) and the generous rooms and lovely back patio gave us space to relax. The house is classic and clean. Recommend the town and Williams!

Nice cozy home to stay in while we did some activities in Williams. Lots to do there and this house kept us warm while it snowed.

Tha house was built in 1920's. The floors were not level and had many areas where a step down was done. The old heating system was hard to regulate and there weren't any instructions.

Overall the property was satisfactory. If anything, newer pillows and updated beddings while keeping the theme couldn’t hurt. Property was in a quite neighborhood and we felt safe.

Destination Grand Canyon
This was the perfect property to call home base for exploring the Grand Canyon area with children! We wanted to ride the train to the rim. We did this with ease from this property. We thoroughly enjoyed nearby Bearizona as well. Loved the very friendly and walkable Williams smalltown very much! We loved exploring this historic home and all it's unique decor.

Williams home
The house is 100 years old, but in nice condition. It's walking distance to the town, and a lovely neighborhood. The nextdoor neighbors help manage the house and were wonderful to us. He even took our luggage out of our car for us. We had one person that could not do steps, but was able to go around to the backdoor and go in that way. There were four of us and we had a great time!

Cozy Cottage in the heart of Williams
We were greeted by one of the owners who acted as host to us all weekend. He was great!. The place was clean and comfortable. A great retreat to get out of the heat to the cool pines of Williams. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Quaint and Peaceful
Very quaint and comfortable house for our family of five. The house is well equipped for needs and the eclectic decor was nostalgic, even down to the squeak of floor reflecting the history of this house. Very convenient location to historic Route 66. Terrific respite after a long day journey to the Grand Canyon.

Very impressed with every aspect of our trip and property. Had a wonderful time and stayed very busy
Awesome experience. The host was very accommodating and his father who manages the property was so personable and friendly. The house was perfect and cozy. We were very impressed at how big the house was. The pictures don't do justice. We will definitely be staying again. Lots to do as well. Oh yeah, our grandson named the visiting neighborhood cat "trail mix."

Girls weekend getaway
A very cute and quaint home. Reminded us of our Grandmas house. Maintenance man next door was very friendly and helpful with the heater. Downtown Williams was walking distance from the house. Many cute shops and eateries. Enjoyed the Brewery one night and Red Raven the next.
Great food at both places. Would definitely return.

Super cozy stay in Williams AZ
We had a seamless stay in this property. We enjoyed everything from the well-stocked kitchen to the various board games and old books. The hosts went the extra mile to help us and provide extra amenities. Would recommend this home to anybody going to the Grand Canyon...

Great little antiquated home - The home had everything we needed and plenty of room. Owner/neighbor came by in the morning to shovel the snow that fell the night before. Very kind. The off putting thing about out stay were the several notes to not lose game pieces if their games/puzzles were used. The notes to not leave scorch marks on their precious pans/for fear of additional charge. The notes served to make us feel - DON"T USE THEIR STUFF. Also, unfortunately the furnace went out during our last night/we were freezing the morning we checked out.

Nice home Owner "appears" to be very concerned about the use of his home

Quaint home
The property suited our needs and fit our family of 6 perfectly. There wasn’t a lot of extra supplies like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Kids said it would have been nice to have more games to choose from. Overall clean, simple, and a pleasant stay. Because it’s an old house the heating system struggles with balance throughout the rooms and they do provide fans and a space heater to help with that.

The house was so cute and perfect accommodations for our family. It was close to Beariazona which was perfect for us. The only complaint was there were a lot of spiders and webs. We bought raid and got rid of them. Other than the spiders it was a great time. Thank you.
