The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 2 to 12 people, is completely renovated in 2019 on the border between eastern Liguria and northern Tuscany, a few steps from the Cinque Terre.
The villa has been carefully restored and furnished to a superb outdoor pool. The interior design is characterized by antique furnishings and decorative paintings, lovingly chosen by the owner, to stay in style with the traditional architectural context.

Located in a privileged position, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also has an organic vegetable garden.
The entire villa has an MP3 player in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes.
Externally we find a pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a gym and a sauna.
The view from the port of Livorno from the Gulf of La Spezia to the lighthouse of the Port of Livorno. The whole area enjoys a pleasant temperate microclimate, while the villa itself boasts a sunny position.

ACCOMMODATION
The interior of the building is a large living room with an antique stone fireplace and wooden ceiling ceiling, perfectly equipped with a 55 "TV and home theater, whose color scheme harmoniously integrates with the twentieth century style and the traditional Tuscan stone and terracotta floor.
The room also has a large digital safe.
From the living room to the large terrace with electric and air-conditioned pergotenda that allows you to eat outside, enjoying an excellent view.
Available for guests at large wood-fired barbeque ideal for preparing wonderful dinners.
The kitchen is equipped with original Carrara white marble worktops and rustic design sinks with dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee maker and 2 ovens, one classic and one microwave).
The dining area is equipped with a large table, chairs and rustic style benches.
On request, the living room can be a comfortable double sofa bed.
From the nearby quarries of cardoso, where we find the accommodation of 2 suites and a triple room, very comfortable and furnished such as pillows and mattresses in MEMORY FOAM.
The IMPERIAL SUITE can accommodate up to 4 people and a double bed, as well as a comfortable double "foldaway" bed. The room is incredibly bright thanks to the 3 windows, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of La Spezia, the Island of Elba, Corsica and the beautiful Tuscan coast with Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
The STANDARD SUITE is furnished with a double bed, in addition to a "foldaway" bed and / or on request. The room also has a large digital safe.

The Villa is located a short distance from the main places of historical and artistic interest of Liguria and Tuscany, such as: the medieval city of Sarzana (10 minutes); the villages of the Cinque Terre; the Gulf of Poets; Lerici; Portovenere; Portofino; the Apuan Alps and the white marble quarries of Carrara (20 minutes by car); the beaches of Versilia (30 minutes by car); the famous Tuscan cities of Pisa (40 minutes by car), Lucca (30 minutes by car) Florence (1 hour); 2 hours from the city of Milan and 4 hours from ancient Rome.

Many other pristine beaches along the nearby coast are accessible by car in about 15 minutes. Regular daily ferry services operate from the local ports of Lerici, La Spezia and Marina di Carrara (15 km away) to the Gulf of Poets, to Portovenere, the Cinque Terre villages, Portofino, and Genoa.
