The best part was having Adela make breakfast and lunch daily for us. We paid extra to have her also make lunch. Well worth it. She's a wonderful cook. Convenient to everything in Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta. The walk up the hill was a little challenging after a long day but worth the view. Nice spacious house with a great balcony view of the city.

Adrian reached out ahead of our arrival to PVR to ensure we had all the details. Even with an early arrival, we were met with graciousness and Adela had light snacks and beverages ready. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to be together or escape for some quiet to a room or place in the house. We very much appreciated the proximity to the beach, Zona Romántica and Centro Puerto Vallarta.

10/10, we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to PV. Adela (the housekeeper) and Adrian (the house manager) were the highlights of our stay, both were kind and helpful every day. The house easily slept 11 adults comfortably. The pool was a perfect size to hang out in during the hot days when we got back from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Tres Vistas and found it much larger than expected. The villa was clean and had all the essentials such as water, soap, shampoo, towels etc. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The manager, Adrian, is nice and polite and super easy to reach. He made us feel at home. Finally, it was very nice having Adela attending the kitchen in the morning. She is wonderful. We will come back for sure!

Great spot, amazing vacation!
This was great to host a larger group. 3 levels so you get some separation and there are two living areas. As others have said, Adela is amazing and you should definitely take advantage of her cooking services. Adrian, the manager, was very responsive to our needs. The location overlooks the city and is walking distance to downtown, although there is a steep street to climb when returning. I don’t mind that, but could be an issue if you have mobility challenges. The private pool was much appreciated in the humidity! I would love to return to Puerto Vallarta sometime in the US winter.

First time in PV
Had a wonderful time here at tres vistas. The property is incredibly spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Adrian the property manager was awesome and easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or situations that may arise. The only two minor cons would be that we were unaware the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom did not work at all (not a big deal but good to know) and the location on top of a very steep hill made walking to and from the center of town quite a workout to say the least if you do not have a car.

I stayed at Villa Tres Vistas for three months, hosting over 30 family and friends during that time. It's a really terrific place and perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are large and there are ample bathrooms, with almost every couple having their own. The kitchen, living area, 3 terraces and pool area are private and spacious. House manager/concierge Adrian, who is bi-lingual, was terrific! He helped with any issues that came up, organized in-house massages, private chefs, transportation, a dentist referral and whatever else we wanted. Adela cooked delicious breakfasts six days a week whenever we wanted them. The villa is only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, though there is a short but steep hill leading up the the property. One guest with mobility issues used either a taxi or an uber rather than trying to negotiate the hill. Fortunately, taxies are very inexpensive in PV. Anyway, I can't recommend Tres Vistas enough if you have a large group and want to be near all the restaurants, clubs and beach!

Mostly great with asterisks
Thank you for a lovely stay. The villa was great, and Adrian/Adela were just spectacular! Adrian in particular went out of his way to make sure we got all our arrangements made. He's the only reason I give 5 stars, even though it isn't he who should be the "manager". In spite of it not being his job, he went an extra mile (or more) and covered for the AWFUL property management company, who were utterly unresponsive. Our "concierge" Jorge never returned a single text or message, except to take credit for something he didn't even arrange. Additionally, the owner similarly never replied to multiple requests for information since there are many items in the property description that need clarity. (e.g. "What does a "simple breakfast" mean, which is listed as being provided? Can you handle one guest who has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten? Etc) I was left guessing about needs of our group of 8 friends, but managed nevertheless. One real disappointment (which, of course, has nothing to do with ownership or management, but prospective guests should be aware) was that the neighborhood where the villa is was rather "rough around the edges". Not especially nice, and the last block that you must walk on to get to the house is very steep, and would not be appropriate for anyone with physical challenges. If you're out shopping or eating a meal, it's awkward to get a taxi for a short ride in order to avoid climbing the hill. But the villa itself was quite lovely, In general it was very well maintained, and the stay was a tremendous success. Thank you in particular to Adrian! We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Tres Vistas. Great location . Beautiful property with pool
We enjoyed our stay at Tres Vistas. Checking in was a breeze, we even had our groceries already delivered at the villa when we arrived. The home has unique architecture and we were amazed by the brick ceiling. The staff was very friendly. Only a short walk to our favorite bars and restaurants. The owner was responsive. We loved the pool, and we had a great sunset views each day. Very nice place, we hope to book again next year!

Great Value, Good Walkablity
Tres Vistas was a great villa for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. It's close to the nightlife, restaurants and the beach, and we enjoyed the private pool and view. The house cook was so sweet and cooked a great breakfast for us each morning. The home was cleaned daily. Would book here again.

Great Stay
We had a fantastic time at Clint’s house. The location is great, within easy walking distance of lots of bars, clubs, and of course, the beach. The rooms are gorgeous, the living room and master suites have fabulous views. The accoustics in the living room are fabulous. Adela, the breakfast cook is also very friendly and made delicious meals. We had someone with diet restrictions, and she worked well to accommodate those needs. We had a small hitch with the pool that was dealt with effectively and immediately which was appreciated.

Perfect home for my 30th birthday.
Visited Puerto Vallarta with 11 friends for my 30th birthday. This was the perfect home for us. The location is perfect for anything you could wanted to do while in PV. I am already planning a return trip!

Even better the second time
This was our second visit to Alta Vista and this time we can with friends and family. The house is situated close enough yet far enough from the Old Puerto Vallarta/Romantic zone. A 10 minute walk to Los Muertos beach and a plethora of eating, drinking and shopping options. The owners are phenomenal. Great communication and very responsive to any needs.
Saving the best part for last is Adele and her lovely niece who took great care of us. Adele is an unbelievable cook that prepared breakfast, freshly squeezed OJ and fresh fruit every day. Wow! You pay for groceries and she gets supplies. They come with the rental but additional compensation/tip is up to you. We have no doubt that like us other guests will be happy to tip them generously. Totally trustworthy, quiet and elegant. No doubt we will be back.

Truly Experience Mexico
We were joining some friends that had purchased a week at Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta at a charity auction. Let’s just say that we prefer going to Mexico to experience Mexico. We contacted Clint (owner) shortly after arriving and he immediately responded and was very helpful in accommodating us on short notice. This enabled us to rent his home and abandon our place at Paradise Village. Clint was also available throughout the trip to provide recommendations.
The home is located blocks from numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The street leading to the house is very very steep and very rustic but safe. The interior of the home had a large common room where the kitchen was also located. The two lower had 5 bedrooms. There were just four of us this time but we already booked a week in December so we can bring our adult kids. The pool is small but more than enough for this urban setting. The house has very decent bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. This would be an awesome place for 4 to 5 couples or two small families.
The ABSOLUTE best amenity/feature was the daily breakfasts prepared by Adela the house manager and chef. You tell her what you would like and she will go shopping and bring you the reciepts. She literally made freshly squeezed orange juice everyday. I can’t say enough about her and her cooking. The house also came with a daily housekeeper which was great. We tipped them very generously and were very happy to do so.
As stated earlier we have already booked another week so we are putting out money where our mouth is. :) Thanks for sharing your great place.

Even better than I could have imagined!
The home is perched at the very top of a hill overlooking the city. As soon as you open the entry gate, you are greeted by the first view overlooking the infinity-edge pool. It's a total "Wow factor"! I didn't think it could get much better; but, I opened the front door and was completely blown away! The top floor has an absolutely incredible view of the city, mountains, and ocean! Framed by a gorgeous vaulted brick ceiling! Every bedroom had a terrace or courtyard. The entire home was spotless and perfectly maintained. Surprisingly, the best moments of my entire trip ended up being when I was here with friends swimming in the pool and out on the terrace watching the sunset. The home has a wonderful energy that I really truly miss already. I cannot wait to stay here again. I really loved every moment.

Gorgeous views and great location!
We had a wonderful time celebrating a wedding in Puerto Vallarta with our friends. This home was stunning. Excellent views of the city!! An easy walk down to all the shops and restaurants. We loved the meals that were prepared each morning and also hired the chef to cook a meal for us Friday evening - well worth it! If we make it back soon we will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing location, Amazing house, Amazing team, Steep hill...
We loved this house - or villa, as our friends said. There were only 6 of us, so it was HUGE. We heard a party of 20 had been in the place before us. We spent a lot of time in the pool and all of our friends staying elsewhere loved coming over every day for afternoon margaritas. THE VIEW IS UNRIVALED. It was NYE, so watching the fireworks from the balcony off of the HUGE great room, was amazing. But honestly there were fireworks pretty much every night (though not as lengthy a display as NYE). All of the bedrooms are spacious, especially the Master with the king bed, and a walk in closet that could have fit another bedroom. The highlight of the trip was the staff. Adela, our chef, greeted us (along with David the property manager) with guacamole, salsa and a pitcher of frozen margaritas. Adela cooked 4 breakfasts, which were AMAZING - her potatoes rocked my world - and one dinner for 14. SO YUMMY. Adriana kept our beds made, towels in plentiful supply and was always there to greet us with a smile. David was the best! We did have some problems with the hot tub working, and while it wasn't fixed, David was ON IT. The holidays made it hard to get someone in before we left. Regardless, we had a great time. The hill is VERY steep. Some of us had issues getting up it, but Ubers were cheap and easy to grab to make it up the hill. But the best part was that there is a restaurant right at the base of the hill called Los Lirios (the Lilies) that served the most amazing Shrimp tacos and fish empanadas. It's located in a house surrounded by trees, so it's easy to miss. BUT DON'T! A taco stand for late nights was also open on corner as well - just watch out for the hot sauce if you're a novice. The stay was amazing. It was my 50th birthday, and I can't stress how wonderful the owners and management were to us. And I can't wait to return to Puerto Vallarta. ~Matt

Wonderful location and fantastic house.
The house is ideally located - just a short walk into old town and the beach. As mentioned in other reviews, it is at the top of a steep hill, but most of my party was easily able to make it up and down and for those who couldn't, cabs are easy to come by and cheap. The positive side of that hill is the gorgeous views it affords and with the large windows and decks, and even from the pool, you can soak up the scenery. We were a party of 7 adults and three toddlers and the house was the perfect size. The morning breakfasts were a highlight as the cook is fantastic! The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The main living room has an epic brick ceiling and plenty of seating, along with wifi. The kitchen is fully outfitted and it's nice to have a washer and dryer at your disposal. We had a wonderful time at Tres Vistas and would highly recommend it.

Terrific vacation home close to the best of PV!
I stayed at Villa Tres Vistas for 8 days at the beginning of May. We had 4 couples and 2 singles.
The top level is spectacular, with soaring ceilings (higher than I've ever seen in a house) and amazing views of the bay and the mountains. It was a great common space to meet up after a long day out in the sun. The only thing I would wish for is more seating. The dining table had seating for 8, but the living room area only had seating for 4 (two end chairs and one 2-person couch). I was told that they were expecting a new sectional for the living area.
The private pool is an infinity pool with hot tub with a super view of the city and bay. You have to wait a bit for the hot tub to heat up, but once it's going, it's pretty hot. And there is a gas fireplace at the hot tub to provide mood lighting.
One level down is the ginormous master bedroom with en-suite bath and HUGE walk-in closet. The master has a balcony that looks out the same direction as the upstairs living area. There are two other bedrooms on this level, which don't have any views and share a bathroom.
The bottom level has two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath, and one that uses a hallway bath. These two rooms are directly under the master bedroom and share a common balcony.
Adela is the cook - she prepares a simple Mexican breakfast every morning (except Sunday). She doesn't speak any English, so brush up on your Spanish or use Google Translate.
Adriana is the downstairs housekeeper who comes every day (except Sunday) and changes the sheets and towels.
David is the concierge and is fluent in English. He is available by phone, email or text to help with planning any activities.
The air conditioning in the master and the living area worked REALLY well and kept us nice and cool. The wifi only works on the top level. It would have been nice to have been able to use it downstairs, but the building is constructed with lots of concrete, so the signal doesn't pass through the floor very well.
Be warned, there is a VERY steep hill for one block leading up to the house. It's pretty exhausting to climb, especially in the heat of the day. But it's a great way to work off those extra margarita calories!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend Villa Tres Vistas to anyone looking for a group getaway in Puerto Vallarta.

Location, Location, Location
Beautiful, well-appointed property just steps away from the beach and nightlife. The home has a commanding view of the city and the ocean. The daily breakfast was delicious as were the 2 dinners we requested. I am looking forward to scheduling my next trip to PVR.

We had a wonderful time! Adela was amazing and cooked us a wonderful breakfast every morning. David was at our disposal for everything we needed and was friendly and responsive. The views from the house were spectacular and the location is ideal for those that want to be in the middle of Old Town nightlife. I will never stay anywhere else when in PV!

Vacation
The views are spectacular and the pool is awesome. We had 11 people (5 kids 4 adults) in our group and we were all very comfortable eventough 2 AC did not work for 2 days, they need a new refrigerator, parking space will be great, thanks to the nice neighbors for the parking advise. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Adela and Veronica were so nice and helpful and they cooked and cleaned everyday (except for Sunday) that we were there, the property manager Edward was not too nice :( But the Owner Clint is super helpful. it's a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, the Malecón. We had so much fun and coming home to this house in the evening just made it better!!

Great Vacation Home!
Our group wanted to find a villa in the area that fits 10 people but was a good value and Tres Vistas delivered. Having a private pool overlooking the area made it hard to leave but when we did, it was not far to the beach, club, or town. Adela is an amazing cook as well who made tasty breakfasts and even hired her to cook a few dinners as well. House is very spacious and didn't feel cramped at all with plenty of space and bathrooms to share. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to PV! Only downside was the stereo outside didn't work for some tunes but brought our own speakers anyways.

La experiencia que vivimos en esa casa mi familia y yo fue increíble, la comodidad estaba a primera mano y la cercanía de restaurantes, playas y bares era la mejor, sin duda alguna una de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en Puerto vallarta!

Just back from another great stay at Tres Vistas! We've been many times. Whether it is just the two of us or we are traveling with a group of twelve, the home works perfectly for us. There are large areas for group gatherings as well as plenty of places to sneak off for a little quiet time. Great location - short walk to the beach, great food, galleries and nightlife. Thanks Tres Vistas for another weeks of great memories!
