The contact with the owner was clear. I was allowed to bring my bike inside of an other house nearby, since there is no safe place for a bike in or next to the apartment.
The old city being very nearby is great.
The pictures of the place were all made from a very low position, like an estate agent does. So I knew that the place would be small. Only the bed is really tiny. It only mesures 190 x 140 cms. With my 192 cms I had to sleep across. Let me say, that two people must like each other a lot for being able to share that bed....
In the kitchen I missed a proper knife to cut vegetables and a light.
The two naked bulbs in the place are functional but not pleasant.
The very utmost awful fact is the noise from the bar across. From 11 in the morning until 2 in the night people are screaming, yelling and shouting loudly with no respect for the neighbors. Only until 6 it's quiet, because then the street cleaners and litter collectors do their job. I really understand why the owners don't live in the same house.

Good location. It was all we needed for an overnight stop.
The street just outside the flat was quite noisy during the night.

Very cozy studio. Felt like a small home. Great location with all the services near that you need.
Toilet area is very narrow.

Small, tiny, but everything what could be needed.
Historic, in the city center.
This small flat (studio) amused me.
I do not recommend for (very) overweighted persons, because some space in the restroom so tight.
