About this house rental
*NOTE: In response to COVID, we are deep cleaning in between guests - disinfecting door knobs, light switches, TV remote controls, etc. in addition to all hard surfaces.*
A beautiful, luxury single family home with central air conditioning throughout. This house is finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. In addition to a spacious kitchen, you can enjoy a raised bar seating area and an extra large dining area with table that comfortably seats up to 12. An outdoor, screened patio area also seats up to 6.
Enjoy sleeping accommodations for your large group. The finished, walk out basement features two bedrooms (5 beds for 6 guests), a full bathroom, and large game room. The first floor features a king bed (2 guests) master suite with an office, and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and rain-shower. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds sleeping up to 8) and a full bath. 4 TVs can be used for entertainment throughout the house along with high-speed Internet, Nest controlled thermostat, and digital lock codes so you don’t need to worry about losing house keys.
Extra amenities include an outdoor shower, an extra refrigerator (in addition to kitchen) for guest use in the garage, a full-sized washer/dryer, and an extra large backyard with a deck, patio, fire pit, and new BBQ gas grill.
We are located one mile from the 27-hole public championship golf course at Bear Trap Dunes and 3 miles (10min drive) to Bethany Beach and its boardwalk.
For beach-goers, additional activities include hopping over the state line to Ocean City, MD, crabbing at Holt’s Landing, sport fishing in Delaware State Parks, and tax-free outlet shopping.
We are in a quiet, safe, and family-oriented community that offers an outdoor swimming pool (limit 6 at a time) and two tennis courts, accessible from Memorial Day to two weeks after Labor Day). These amenities are free for you, our guests.

The living space was very spacious and at times cold. The beds were comfortable.
The upstairs bedrooms were nice however, the temperature upstairs was warmer than main level. When contacted by the owner of property adjustments were made.
Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing, the lawn was unkept, and still being cleaned. One of the bed frames was broken and an exterminator was called due to mice.
The property owner did check in to be sure everything was rectified during our stay including lawn company presence.
A neighbor did block our car in with a ride on lawn mower at one point and wanted to speak with the owners of the property. Again, this was shared with the owners.
The neighborhood is very quiet not many children. The pool was nice. The washer and dryer were in great condition especially with towels and blankets.

Great house! Kids loved the pool, playground and ping pong. Close to the beach and stores yet quiet setting. Host was very gracious and kitchen was well stocked!

Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well as the inside. Plenty of beds and space for all ten of us. Not far from beach or shopping .

We had a great stay and the owners were very prompt in answering any questions and fixing the a/c to keep us nice and cool for our entire stay. The place was clean and as shown in pictures. Wish the linens, towels, and bedding was included in the price. This was a lot of extra packing for 11 people. However there were plenty of beds for everyone which was awesome! Thank you for a memorable family get together! The location was excellent and we made great use of the pool and pickle ball court.

We’re nursing school buds, and families, who have been vacationing together for decades. This year, we decided to go to the beach! Home was in nice, convenient location, and beautiful! We usually had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing because the heat was sweltering!

Family Vacation
Rented this house for our family vacation this year. With four families we had plenty of room for everyone. There is a pool in the neighborhood that we went to at least once a day. We also spent a couple days at the beach at Fenwick Island State Park, just a short drive away. This house is tucked away in a neighborhood but a close drive to everything you’d want to do.

Wonderful house
This was a great place for a family reunion--spacious and clean. The screened-in porch and the grill were especially useful, and we enjoyed the use of the pool. Being located within a short driving distance from several different beaches was a big plus for us. Lily was very helpful and responsive. The only real drawback was having to supply our own linens and towels, but since everyone drove, that worked out okay. We would definitely stay there again!

Plenty of Space For A Large Family!
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes to grocery stores and a few miles to Bethany Beach. The home is well equipped and has plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch, the spacious back yard, bike riding around the neighborhood, and the swimming pool which was only a short walk away.
The Owners Rick & Lily were kind and very accomodating. and always available at a moment's notice.

Great stay close to the beach
Thank you Lily to allow us staying at your beautiful house. It is only about 10 minutes from the Ocean and you can always find parking spots there. The neighborhood is good, vary calm place. A lot of sleeping spaces will allow you to bring lot of people. The outdoor veranda is just a great findings, you can seat outside but at the same time you are surrounded with the anti mosquito net. Thank you again!

The refrigerator was not working properly on the day we got there, 4 days later tech came and fixed it. Previous renters left trash in the trash cans, other than that a great house spacious and nice neighborhood. I would rent it again.

Great Getaway
The house was the perfect size for our family get together. Lily was very responsive to any of the questions we had during our stay. The only downside was that the pool was closed to guests due to COVID 19, but that is understandable given the state of things. The beach is only a few minutes away by car so it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. We are hoping to make this an annual trip and will definitely consider this property for our next visit.

Great large family retreat
Home accomadated our extended family of 16 . Short drive to Bethany Beach. Large outdoor area to relax in evening . Nice size screened in porch large dining area and kitchen. Also the basement was an added feature with. Ping Pong table which was utilized as well. The garage had an extra refrigerator to store beer and soda and neighbor was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to informing us about the area.

Excellent vacation experience
This is our second summer renting this property and it was everything we could have hoped for. Lily is wonderful to work with and readily available for questions or issues. She and her husband go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We could not ask for more and plan to return next year.

Our Stay at Lily's House
We were very happy to stay at Lily's property and had more than enough space for our family to spread out and yet have the ability to be together when we wanted to- especially with a dining room table that easily sat all 13 of us. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The pool arrangements (only 6 people at a time) worked out just fine; the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Lily and her husband were at the house to welcome us when we arrived and immediately responded to any of our questions or needs throughout our stay. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped.
My only complaints are these: We were looking on VRBO for a place in Rehobeth; this house is quite a distance from that town. Also, we found that we would prefer to be closer to the beach if we visit again.

Loved this home
This is a beautiful home with exceptional owners who were very responsive to our needs. We had a family week with all of our children from up and down the east coast and this was the perfect house with plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is beautiful and updated. We do a lot of cooking so we will bring more of our kitchen utensils next time. Lily was so responsive to all of our needs and questions and we could not have asked for nicer owners. Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will be back next year!

Wonderful, Spacious House in Great Location
This home had it all for our family reunion, which consisted of 14 people (10 adults and 4 kids). The kitchen was spacious. The bedrooms were great. We loved the screened in porch and spent lots of time there. We enjoyed lighting a fire to make s’mores in the outdoor fireplace. There was space for everyone to spread out. The location to the beaches was perfect (just a couple of easy miles away). Grocery stores and anything you might need were easily accessible. The community in general was great. The neighbors were friendly. The pool was fantastic. Lily was wonderful to work with. She was responsive to all of my questions and very hospitable! I would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful , clean home in "snooty" neighborhood.
The house was immaculate, but not real homey with the pristine, glass and plastic covered furniture. In addition, in a home allowing 16 people , you would assume there would be some noise produced, but the neighbors stopped over and "reminded us" of quiet hours way before the 10:00 pm deadline. In addition, the community members at the pool were unfriendly and rude to our family as we tried to enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood. This was not a cheap home to rent. so u would believe your time could be enjoyed in and outside of the house itself instead of being watched and talked about by the neighbors.
