It was our second year in a row to beautiful Cape Cod and we loved it! The whole family enjoyed this wonderful spacious home that fully met our expectations. This home offered great accomodations overall for a family of 4, location was great; the central air conditioning was very much appreciated in the hot climate of July, cooking was easy with the great appliances, sitting out on the porch admiring the view was awesome and Shirely and Bob were great as well. Highly recommend this home and thank you!

My husband and I stayed in cottage #16 with our two teenage daughters. The cottage and the outside areas were all very clean and well kept. This cottage has central air, which was very welcoming after a long day at the beach or walking in town. The outdoor shower was also great after being at the beach. Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The washer/dryer also came in very handy. Main Street and all its restaurants and shops was only about a 25 minute walk. Parking in town was tough, so we opted to walk most of the time. The beach was a short 5 minute walk from the front door and our girls loved heading down to sit by the water each night. The small path does come out right onto the road, so if you have pre teens or littles ones I would recommend an adult accompany them at least to get across that. The small private beach is not groomed, but that left plenty of shells and rocks to find. Just past the smaller beach is Keyes beach which was well groomed and not too busy most of the time we were there. The water is pretty calm and would be perfect for smaller children. Our girls enjoyed the bigger beaches in the national sea shore for using their boogie boards and swimming. Overall a great stay! Would definitely book again.

The cottage has a lot of charm and character. We found it simply wonderful! The location is perfect to explore Cape Cod and it is very quiet. It was super clean and has everything you need. It was even possible to use beach chairs and beach towels. Shirley and Bob are very lovely and helpful people. We would stay here everytime again.

Great getaway spot
My boyfriend and I went up for a long weekend. The house was perfect, it was very comfortable and clean. The shower had good pressure, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer was a bonus. Check-in was easy. The nearby beach was quaint and walkable. Very easy to get into town as well.

We enjoyed several nights at this peaceful and cozy cabin. We found the furnishings very comfortable and appreciated the outdoor living space. A short walk takes you to the beach. Shirley and Bob were gracious and helpful hosts.

Cute Cottage with ideal access to Ferries
Loved staying here. Bob and Shirley were excellent hosts who live in the neighborhood and are accessible.
House was a great setup for three adult friends - great to have laundry in-unit.
Notes:
PRO: Sizeable living room, ceiling fan, large porch with table and grill, eat-in kitchen.
Loved being close to town and ferry port.
CON: Twin beds not very comfortable so we ended up using couch and larger bed for sleeping arrangements - AC Unit had a mind of its own. Mini fridge, rather than full fridge in kitchen.
The beach nearby was a bit rougher (not much sand/space) than we were hoping so we travelled to other parts of the island for this.

Charming Cape house
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The charming Cape style house had a beautiful garden, huge porch, and a nice size living area and bedrooms. It was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved being able to borrow beach chairs and toys and were walking distance to Keyes Beach. Also walking distance to some of the most quaint Hyannisport neighborhoods and Kennedy Compound. The management team was extremely helpful and accessible, and let us borrow a pac n play and high chair. We hope to come back next year to this property next year!!!

Location, location, location
We were very pleased with the cottage, both inside and outside. The cottage was located in a prime spot (can walk to the beach which saved parking fees, within a couple of miles of the ferry and many eating establishments, and in a nice little compound). Very happy with our rental.

Very Nice Stay
This review is for “Watkins” house. Listing 972091ha. Our family had a very nice stay. The back deck was great to relax on. Hyannis is a good spot to explore the whole cape. The property managers are on location and very responsive to any need.

Wonderful Stay!
Me, my husband and my almost 2yo son had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage! It was really peaceful and exactly what we needed after a long day out! The beach is really close and quiet! Having the washer and dryer in the bathroom made life so easy too! The furniture and decor are very tasteful and really give that beach house feel!
I would highly recommend this cottage for any family looking for a charming location centrally located to the various activities the Cape has to offer. We certainly plan on returning!

good choice
The house was just as pictured and well stocked with kitchen items, linens, nice TV and good internet connection. We were there in the fall after the crowds left and enjoyed the quiet and ease of getting around in town and going to other parts of the Cape. Shirley and Bob do a terrific job and are friendly and helpful.

Charming and Clean Cottage
We had a great experience with Shirley’s cottage! The cottage was adorable and very clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The beach was slightly further away than expected, but nothing we couldn’t handle! Shirley and Bob were very helpful during check in and check out, and the community was very quiet and peaceful for our entire stay.

Hyannis Cottage
Property manager was very nice and helpful. Charming cottage with comfortable furniture in lovely, wooded setting. Master BR bedding could be updated. Large deck for eating and sunning. Great place but slightly overpriced.

Lovely cottage, great location
Bright, clean cottage, nicely decorated, has everything needed for a family of four. Very quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown Hyannis, which has restaurants, shopping, and events. There is a very nice short walk to the beach and the property managers provide carts, chairs, and beach towels to bring to the beach, which was never crowded. Loved having outdoor space to eat and play. Central air conditioning , washer/dryer, and the big TV were nice to have. Incredible water pressure in the shower. Will definitely stay again!
