A perfect paradise for relaxing surrounded by greenery

Such a beautiful property with a perfect decor. Shower and beds were heavenly.

Could have done with some kitchen roll but that is literally the only teeny tiny thing.

Perfect Accommodation, perfect location, perfect hosts.

This was an amazing find and exceeded all my expectations. We were in the area for a family wedding and had looked at local hotels and then found this - and how pleased was I that I did. As a family party of 3 adults , this cottage covered all bases for us. It was far better value for money than any of the hotels. We had 2 separate bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space in the communal areas to all sit and relax. The outdoor patio area with table and chairs was a nice area to sit and enjoy the surrounding country side views with a coffee/wine (depending on time of day !) The cottage was spotless and finished to a high standard. Nicky our host was extremely welcoming, friendly and on hand to answer any questions - but in no way intrusive to our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others for value for money, ease of access, peace and quiet and general cleanliness of the property and surrounding garden/parking areas.

Modern cottage with incredible sunrise/sunset views in a quiet location for relaxation

The cottages were very modern and felt like a home away from home. Due to the property being on the farm the views for both sunrise and sunset are incredible. Nicky and Chris were both great hosts and always available to answer any questions or provide restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful self catering cottage with all you need

Just what we needed, well planned self catering accommodation. Cottage was fitted out to a high standard and was well equipped. We liked the secure entry gate which we rang to open.

Immaculate, beautiful and friendly ❤️

Beautiful cottage. Excellent fixtures and fitting. Immaculate throughout (and trust me I’m super fussy) Cannot recommend enough !!!

Sadly the guest in our adjoining cottage did not respect the beautiful setting and immaculate accommodation as we did. But you can’t choose your neighbours and this is NOT a reflection on our Hosts.

Lovely holiday cottage for a very wet weekend

Well laid out holiday cottages, excellent shower. The property suited our purpose for a weekend stay when attending an event at Silverstone. the hosts were very friendly. The house had all the things we needed.

The weather was terrible, raining heavily all day Saturday so the house was a wonderful warm dry place to come back to. I would also say the double room is quite small, with little space to put an opened up suitcase.

A beautiful cottage set in tranquil grounds.

The cottage and the grounds around it are beautiful. It’s bright, modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely extra touches like fresh flowers, milk, tea and coffee were left for us. The bed was super comfortable with crisp, fresh bed linen. The shower was powerful and easy to control the temperature. The lounge and open plan kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed.

Just beautiful…didn’t want to leave!!

So peaceful, clean, modern and beautiful views. I cannot fault any part of it. We will return as ticked every box. Host greeted us with a warm, friendly and accommodating welcoming.

No reflection on these lovely people. It was the road leading to the property. Full of pot holes and in terrible state. Desperately in need of repair…not sure who is responsible for this. Would be good as a suggestion to put a sign up at the end of the road too as it’s a funny turning and makes you doubt you are in the right place. Sign would have been helpful confirming the location.
