The place is beautiful & the view is great! Beach is 1min drive away. Best pizza in town 1min away also! The beachiest place to be. We will only stay here for all visits.

I loved the location and how quiet this place is. The home was beautiful inside. The cleaning could be better. But this place was perfect for me.

We loved our stay at the Judith Ann Inn. Our unit was beautiful and positively roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed and we both slept better than ever. Not sure if the mattress is magic or we were just tired. Highly recommend. But the stairs are a lot. Especially when you have to take dogs out multiple times per day.

Beautiful home. Great location. Quite property. Not the cleanest but I always clean anyway when I get to the location. Fridge was messy inside and leaked water on items but not the worst thing. All in all it was a nice relaxing weekend getaway

Unit is old and tired. Plastic steps. Broken blinds. Old style jacuzzi in living room Not good beach access. And crazy lady downstairs who hates the fact there are renters in the building. Avoid her craziness don’t stay here

Long in the tooth. Poor beach access. Crazy neighbor downstairs that apparently does not like living around rentals.

Had the best Grandmas/Granddaughters weekend stay at this beautiful, quiet beach house!

The pictures don't do this place justice at all. It's so nice. From the super high ceilings, to the beautiful ocean view, to the wonderful kitchen that has just about every tool you need to be the kind of chef you want to be, this place was heavenly. It was clean, spacious, and truly a moment we will always remember. The fireplace and jacuzzi added such a lovely touch to our weekend. We kept saying we wish we had planned more like two weeks there instead of 2 nights, and next time we will.

The perfect place to stay in Ocean Shores.

Our family enjoyed our stay a lot. Sleeping arrangements were very comfy. The view off the balcony was of the little wooded area on the back with the ocean behind. So much adorable wildlife! The place was clean and cozy. Everything we used worked. Definitely looking to come back again soon!

Everything was great but didn't see check email until we were long gone.

A gas fireplace that actually produced heat, comfortable king size bed. We didn’t have dogs with us, but they are clearly welcome and planned for. Kitchen had good quality pans and utensils.
We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the gas fireplace after a long day at the beach. Very cozy and relaxing unit.
The kitchen was well furnished, we used the popcorn popper a few times.
The Jacuzzi tub in the living-room was unique, fun feature.
We will definitely be back next year.

This property is one of if not the best rentals on the entire peninsula. The property was clean and very comfortable...thanks to everyone involved

The location is ideal - beautiful, unobstructed views of the dunes and ocean. The sunsets were amazing. The condo is located in a very quiet part of town just a short drive from stores, restaurants, etc. Many restaurants/pubs are located within walking distance. I highly recommend The Marietta to anyone looking for a relaxing stay! I love that they accept dogs and provide a crate, dog bed, toys, food and water bowls - everything your furry friend needs!

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Great location just on the edge of town. A short walk to the public beach access. Clean well stocked. The only suggestion I would have would be to have on outside faucet or hose so I could wash my feet after walking on the beach.

Overall condo was nice. Don’t book this condo if stairs are an issue. Several guests struggled with the stairs. There was a maintenance issue and after several hours (4 to be exact), we went to local tavern and drummed up some help. After that was resolved, unit was nice. Does need a deep cleaning, but it was the end of the season. It was great to have our pets there. Our pets are housebroken, but noticed previous pets weren’t. The sunsets were beautiful. Just a little extra cleaning and we would have given more stars. Not disgusting, but not up to a 5 star.
It was a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway.

Two 50 yr olds hoping for a nice place to relax/sleep/watch TV & take our dog to the beach. There are 33 steps to walk up w/ unstable railings. We had to carry our dog up & down the steps. The space was clean, but bedroom smelled strongly of marijuana (listed non-smoking property). Only one small fan & not able to get a cross breeze. Hallway closet smelled very moldy from items in it. It was 62 degrees outside, yet hard to keep cool inside 2-6pm w/ the 2 high ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room skylights due to the flickering strobe light effect from the sun. The light outside the front door would NOT turn off & shone through the bedroom blinds all night. The bedroom mattress is very high & when anyone moves the whole bed moves. Then we tried the uncomfortable pullout couch & the skylights woke us up. No internet for our phones/laptop (TV apps would freeze). We enjoyed the jet tub! Did not use the bathrobes. When the jets are on, you can’t hear the TV unless you turn it up louder. We opened balcony door to cool off the place w/ the TV on low volume. Quiet time 10pm (really 9pm). It was difficult to hear the TV to watch a movie at night. The beach is NOT w/in footsteps (unsafe to walk) 5 min drive. Called Vacasa Guest Services. No one called/came out like we were told. Tried the Vacasa Chat too. Kitchen/living room large & cute. Bummer this place had too many cons, so we did NOT to stay the last night we booked. We drove home to relax & get some good sleep!

We love coming and staying here. This stay we brought the kids and dog. Plenty of room for all of us, and a comfortable cozy feel. A few minor issues- no WiFi the entire stay, & the smoke detector in the bedroom was chirping every 2 minutes( Vacasa was unable to get us in contact with the property manager )until we finally bought a battery and fixed it ourselves- a definite adventure with the tall ceiling and no ladder.

So this is our third time staying at the Judith Ann. We love all the condos we stayed in and this is our first time staying in the Marietta for the most part we are happy with everything except there was appliances that were not cleaned among other things we found.

1) For 3 nights and 4 days, they promised to mix the wifi and TV but no one came to do it. So our stays for 3 nights 4 days no wifi, no TV.
2) The Robes was soil although is clean but need to be replaced.
3) Area of living is clean, towel is good new. Mattress is too soft and making lots of noise on the mattress spring.
4) My complaint is no wifi , the reason i choose this place because they said have wifi and comment given by others was rated good. I don't have a pet. Just my wife and i . in this age to do nothing in the evening without TV and wifi is quite unbearable .

Liked the fire place. Could not use tub, towel with what appeared to be a pubic hair left in it and the jets were disgusting, needed a good spray and wipe down. Wish I had brought something I would have cleaned it myself. Was the whole reason I chose this place over others. Then when I went to use the wifi later that evening there was NONE. The wifi they gave me was not an option and I never did get it working while there. I would not recommend until they take care of these issues. To top all that off there is 30 steps outside to get into the condo. I was by myself with my dog so that was not convenient at all, especially at night when needing the bathroom. Also, the room has an appearance of being clean from afar, but up close it is clear it is not really that clean at all. I was glad I brought extra pillow etc. The bathroom was in good condition thank goodness and the kitchen items appeared to be clean, but things like the dog kennel, leash and harness, food dishes, toys etc.. do not seem to have been cleaned or washed after use, or regularly. Overall in the condition I found it in last week 05/2023 I cannot recommend.

I really like being close to the beach and you can see the ocean. I wish the rooms were ground floor. It'd be easier with dogs but, very doable. You can tell it's very pet friendly and they really have nice creature comforts for your dogs.

As two women traveling alone it was incredibly off putting to have arrived at our destination, that we thought was an “inn” and was actually an abandoned “inn” in a deserted part of town. There was not a single other person at this entire inn we were completely alone. Had we known ahead of time what the circumstances were we would have not selected to stay at this place. It’s incredibly deceptive. Would never recommend this place.

Convenient location to beach
Fireplace shut off
Deck was actually a small balcony
Nice enough hotel room with a kitchen
Very expensive for the dated atmosphere

This was a last minute weekend getaway for my wife and I. We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but Vacasa handled them quickly. We didn't realize until our last night there, the jacuzzi tub didn't work. Other than that, the trip was great and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed the quiet time. Truly enjoyed the power of nature with the strong storms that passed through during our visit. The unit was well equipped and clean. The decor was nice, the amount of space was perfect for two.

I was presently surprised because the website photos were nothing like the interior because the interior has been totally done on the inside it was amazing thank you so very much. In the ad it said that there was two bath robes and there are no bathrobes in that condo. There was no information on how to connect to the Internet. No fireplace instructions on how to light the gas fireplace. The cutting board to the left of the stove was full of crumbs. There was no explanation on how to run the TV with the three different remotes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Judith Ann Inn. The Marietta room was pretty much exactly as advertised. My wife kept repeating “wow…wow…wow” as she entered and walked through the unit to take it all in. While not up immediately against the shore, the view out to the ocean is quite breathtaking. In fact, the brush and dunes between the location and the ocean blocks most of the beach area, so you get fantastic view of the waves, especially around sunset, without crowds of beachgoers interfering. Even without AC we were able to keep a comfortable temperature inside. The ceiling fans work marvelously and cracking open windows/doors at each end of the unit gives a wonderfully pleasant cross breeze. My wife, who is a trained chef, loved cooking in the kitchen. The counter space provided more than adequate room for her to make absolutely delicious meals.
I do think they would be well suited to put higher and non-transparent walls on the sides of the balconies. With the jacuzzi tub right against the window, you do get an amazing view of the ocean while lounging in the tub, however if your neighbors are out on their balconies, they might get an amazing view of their own. Fortunately, that did not occur while we were there, but it was something we were on alert for. Speaking of the tub, it is a little odd there is a timer for it. I have never stayed in a place that had a jacuzzi style bath tub with a timer. I understand why, but it is still odd. And to have it across the room from the tub was more than a little inconvenient. I had seen in previous reviews that the jets did not work, and they were definitely inconsistent during our stay, but it did not diminish our use or enjoyment of said tub. I had also read in previous reviews that the fireplace was not working. It is still not. It wasn’t that big of a deal as it was the middle of August, but the atmosphere would have been nice. Vacasa should probably see to that before colder weather arrives.
There was another issue that had a negative impact on our stay. Either the property owner or city arranged for there to be workers behind the unit clearly brush. They started work at 8 am both days of our stay and set up an extremely loud wood chipper directly behind our unit. We had planned to have coffee and breakfast out on the balcony both days and enjoy the breeze and view, but obviously that went out the window. They worked all day Monday and stopped about 30 minutes before we had to check out on Tuesday. I only bring this up to give Vacasa praise. They weren’t able to tell us who arranged for the crews to be there, only that they were not notified in advance. They worked with us to give us compensation for the inconvenience and frustration, which I felt was the stand up and correct thing to do. It may not have been their fault, but they took ownership and responsibility and made sure we were satisfied.
This location is great as it is enough off the beaten path that you don’t get the noises and congestion of a busy tourist/ocean town, but it is close enough to many activities that you don’t have to go far for something to do. All in all, this was a great weekend getaway and we are already looking forward to returning to the Judith Ann Inn.

The room was good. It had some flaws but for the view and the full size kitchen we were able to overlook them. When we checked in it looked as though the carpet could have been vacuumed again as the guests before us must have had a dog that was shedding. Also we found clothes in random places left by the previous guests. Upon completing the check in feed back the manager of the suites was kind enough to give us our cleaning fee back. The shower was amazing very nice pressure. It could use a fan for the bedroom as it got super hot in there. The bedding was nice and the bed was comfy I loved that there was lots of extra pillows in the closet.
