Everything about this home was great and the Vacasa staff that we were in touch with were all exceptional!

Good location and overall nice place to stay.

Great location. Very clean. Only concern is that the kitchen could use a new set of cooking pans.

This home sits right on the Greenbelt with a beautiful view of the lake. I love looking out in the morning with my cup of coffee. So relaxing. The home has everything you need and more. This is my 2nd stay here and I will be back!

The house is great, the patio is amazing, perfect location for spring training, 👍👍👍

Great local for baseball, hikes and patio sitting. The back patio has wonderful views, but one of the bushes needs a trim. The house kitchen is very well stocked with the little things that you do not want to buy. We did have too few towels. Even though they knew six people were staying only 3 were set out. Luckily I found one more. Two of us could not make the trip so we all had one towel. There is dated carpeting with a few mystery stains that need to be addressed but overall it's a very nice rental. So, towels, stains and overgrown bushes earned it 4 stars instead of 5. They were minor issues and we would stay here again, for sure.

The villa backs to a wonderful water feature with a nearby golf course. We loved it so much! The villa is worn and can use refreshing but isn’t unacceptable by any means. I would love it if the seller would allow the decor & bedding to match the quality of the location. Nicer homes can be found but not with a quality location like this for the same money. It’s definitely a place we want to return to!

Sitting lakeside, sipping morning coffee, the quiet, the peace, the traquility of a Scottsdale vacation. This place was perfect and perfectly located in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

It was tastefully decorated, all the appliances worked, it was very quiet, not many neighbors, good place to relax. Will definitely recommend.

This house was incredible to spend the week at. The location is the best. The access to the walking trails and the view is amazing. The house is so spacious and cozy. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. I had a work event over the weekend and it worked out perfect for my husband to stay at the house with the kids and go swimming at the community pool. This was one of our favorite homes to stay in. Great communication and amazing experience. Thank you for having us.

Location, house, and pool all met expectations. Front door keypad has mind of its own and often would not work.

We enjoyed our stay! The directions on unlocking and locking the door needs to be updated. It took us awhile to figure out locking the door when we left the house.

Had a great repeat stay at this lovely condo. Everything was terrific. Communication from the company was really excellent. We had a couple questions during our stay and they were answered very efficiently. The only improvement would be if the company would let you check in early, when the property was clean and ready to be occupied. Maybe a system that notifies your customers by text when a property is designated as clean by your housekeepers?

The condo is clean, but dated. When I first got there it was freezing because the thermostat battery was drained. I called Vacasa and then waited for a serviceperson. In addition, the heat register in the main bathroom didn't work. I didn't want to spend more time waiting for someone again so I just dealt with it. Also, the toilet in the main bath runs periodically and is loud so I had to keep the bathroom door closed so it was freezing in the morning. In general I don't like renting from owners who use Vacasa. First of all, there was no note to renters about anything specific to the home so I had to walk around the neighborhood to find the pool, search for the pool key (I eventually found it in a bowl), I never did find out if there was a workout facility I could've used, etc. There was a laminated notice that gave instructions about when to take the trash out, but before I could do it the first time I opened the door between the garage and the house and found that someone had already taken it out. This really disturbed me because I had been leaving the door into the house from the garage unlocked because I wasn't given a house key. I didn't use the front door to come and go because it has a very cumbersome lock system (they should get a touchpad). I called Vacasa and asked that they NOT send someone to come into the garage, yet it kept happening (I complained again then gave up). Place has a lovely patio, wish there were lounge chairs tho.

Loved our stay. Everything was as expected. Only 'complaint' was the need to put a 10 digit code in the front door every time! (First World Problem)

Love this property because it is easy access to the 101, N. Scottsdale Road, grocery store and gas station. The neighborhood is quiet, no heavy traffic in the Association. Very pet friendly. The bedrooms are on opposite ends, roomy front entrance and one level living. You can walk to Starbucks or Walgreens. Shell gas station is the closest. Try Butters for breakfast or Luci’s. The Vig is also an option or happy hour or dinner. The following has been improved since 2021 visit: new cookware (sauce, saute and frying pans), dinner plates, salad plates and bowls for 12. Also a steak knife set was added. However, the water pressure and decor have not changed, what you see in the photos are exact. Yes, it does need a deep clean (carpets). Make sure you get all codes that access the property (garage, e-code and lock box) from Vacasa.

Great place and location; we travel to Scottsdale once a year and this will go down as one of our favorite places to stay. We are a family of four and it was perfect. Hot tub and pool were heated…bonus!

The neighborhood is lovely. Took our bikes on the path out back and enjoyed sitting out on the patio as we worked remotely. We biked all around the area in the early evenings and enjoyed the easy to navigate paths to put in some miles (and steps). As someone else mentioned in a previous review, we agree. This place needs an 'upgrade'. It's time. Pictures on the walls are out dated and could use an easy modern uplift. Thought I read that decorator items were updated previously - that's not the case. Pictures on the walls are the same as the photos on the site; old and out dated. The carpet in the bedrooms - it's way past time to replace them. The kitchen has tools to whip up in place dinner/lunch or breakfast (which we did a couple of nites) with a variety of pots, silverware, dishes, etc. . Enjoyed our stay but for this price and location, expected a bit more modern and upgrades.

Great location. House had string smell when we entered, tried air freshener and did not help. Got home tonight and every piece of clothes smell like what we smelled at house. Very stringent smell.

Beautiful view and great location… Watch the sunset on Camelback Mountain from your patio as you look out over the golf course.
The home is well stocked with all the things that you would need.
The nice floor plan is spacious so you can spread out.
There is a nice walking trail you and you are close to great restaurants and activities.

What a beautiful place to stay in Scottsdale. Lots of space and a gorgeous patio overlooking the golf course.

This home gets a four star because it is beautifully situated near McCormick Ranch. Modern furnishings with a split master floor plan, this is perfect for a quick trip to the desert, a girls outing or small family. With a lovely patio off the front room and backyard view of the lake off the master, you can’t beat the scenery. Loved the brightness of the unit from the skylights and furnishings.
It drops in ratings because of these issues. Apparently the master bedroom bath is an ant haven. It had ants occupy the entire bathroom. I had ants fill both sinks in the morning and evenings despite spraying Raid. I found ants in the shower and honestly most unpleasant experience. I killed a brown recluse spider in the master bedroom on the first night. I didn’t have this issue in the guest / front bedroom.
The house was clean prior to my arrival but because this is a vacation rental, I suspect it sits empty often and the house reeks off a musty odor. Perhaps a few glade plugins would help eliminate the smell. I also suggest leaving a deodorizer in the fridge since that too did not smell inviting. Finally the house was to be set at 76 upon arrival but I arrived to a home at 80 degree temps in the middle of triple digit summer heat. The master bedroom does get cooler than other parts of the house so I set it to 78.
Overall I don’t think I would return unless there is bug spray service or deodorizer.

Adorable townhouse with lovely patios overlooking pond & golf course! Fantastic location, close to everything & on walking/biking trail. Bedrooms were great size, large MBR walk in closet. Super kitchen with everything you need. Excellent property overall!

The location and neighborhood were great. The walking trail was an added bonus. The toilet in the master bedroom needs to be repaired.

This villa about 1800 square feet and has 2 good sized bedrooms with big closets and 2 bathrooms. The main areas are tile and LVP, which is nice because those flooring surfaces are cool in the Arizona heat. This space would work well for a couple with 1-2 children or 2 adults who want separate spaces. Location is near many good restaurants and the patio opens to a walking trail and golf course. Sunsets are amazing, neighborhood is very quiet.

I lived in Scottsdale for 12 years and so I know which neighborhoods are ideal for what we're looking for when we come back. It provides easy access to my favorite spots in McCormick Ranch, easy access to Old Town and Loop 101. It's very quiet, incredibly comfortable and the garage was very nice to keep the car out of the summer sun. I would stay here again without hesitation.

AZ getaway
We had a great stay at the lakeside retreat. The house was wonderful very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the birds, lake view, golfers, and people on the trail. The pool was an excellent way to relax and cool off. Location, anything you could possibly want was within a 6 minute drive. We walked to dinner a couple of nights on the pathway alongside the lake. We’re looking forward to a return trip.
