This is a modern open concept home built in 2017. House is a two story home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house is located on a picturesque tranquil family oriented neighborhood in Homestead, Florida. The house is midpoint to both Miami Dade County and key west. The house is minute away from all major stores and restaurants. It is approximately 5 minutes to turnpike North & South. The house is located in a great neighborhood. The house has backyard with an outdoor 4 seating dining table and 4 four chairs. The house has a barbecue grill. First floor has a master bedroom and a full bathroom. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The has plenty of closet space.
