Agréable appartement.

L’appartement est luxueux. Très beau, propre et bcp d’équipement de cuisine.

Hélas, il n’y a pas tous les équipements indiqués sur la liste dont la télévision, des chaussons …nous n’avons pas eu d’internet ( mais l’établissement a pratiqué un remboursement) durant notre séjour et l’appartement est au 3 eme étage (raide avec les valises) sans ascenseur. D’autant qu’il est impossible de se stationner devant. Prévoyez un petit bagage 🧳

Good. I asked for milk and coffee machine pods which they left much appreciated

4 floors up very very steep The air conditioning unit although very efficient created a very very warm cupboard. We felt it was a fire hazard and turned it off there was a fan in the room

Very nice and comfortable apartment, excellent location though not ideal for heavy suitcases

The air-conditioning was already on which was very nice on a hot evening arrival.

There was no water the night of our stay and we had no response til later the next day from our hosts by which time we had already left. It turned out to be a problem for the whole of Corfu Town that night but we did not know it and we had no water. This spoilt our stay.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the center of the old town. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

So convenient for the loveliest part of Corfu Town. It is a stunning apartment, beautifully designed and very classy.

We are 74 and the 4 flights of stairs with luggage were challenging.

We came to Corfu to see Saint Spyridon after a one week trip in Jerusalem during Orthodox Christmas. We attended liturg

Modern style, clean. Excellent location and very close to Church of Spyridon. Very convenient for attending liturgies. Taxi stand nearby, for to/from ferries or airport. Has a full kitchenette with wine chiller. Coffee makers, brew and classic Nespresso. Umbrella was provided. Laundry machines. Ample towels. Temperature and humidity control with two large ductless units, comfortable. Bedding comfortable. Good lighting.

If you have a hard time climbing stairs, you’ll need a different location. The suite is in a very historic building, think pre-WW2. So, yes, climbing stairs is how it is. Pack accordingly.

Location perfect, really communicative before check in, very spacious, clean and value for money. Would highly recommend, look forward to coming back!

I understand some of the comments about the stairs - could be tricky for heavy luggage etc. Not an issue for us, it just made the view nicer and acted as a bit of separation from the bustling street below.

An Oasis in the heart of Corfu Town

This 3rd floor apartment is divine, precisely as illustrated on their listing, but even more comfortable and spacious than it appears. The bed was exquisitely comfortable, firm with a softer top, and top quality bed linens. It was lovely to slide into bed each night. There were many lovely touches: great washer and dryer, lots of coffee preparation options, a good fridge, dishwasher, comfortable seating in the living room & at the Island counter. It was terrific to be just steps from the best restaurants, near all the special sites, and one street over from the closest parking lot. Corfu Town was very hot and crowded with tourists while we were there so we really appreciated being able escape to this peaceful place when ever we wanted a break.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but people should know that there are 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. Our luggage was heavy, packed for a 5+week trip. After my husband lugged our cases up the steps we understood why it is called ‘luggage’! A Hint: plan to arrive to the parking lot no earlier than 2pm. It is FULL all the time until then & we drove around & around until 2:05 before a spot opened for us. By 2:15 there were lots of spots (apparently it fills up again at 5pm), so I recommend you find something interesting to do until 2:00 & not worry about being too late to find a parking spot. You will receive a message from the Hotel when your room is ready & the entry codes (sometime after 2) so that all comes together well.

the apartment was airy, spacious, light and very central. the bed was comfortable.

no coffee or milk supplied, it would be great to have enough to last the duration of the stay (As for a short stay guests are unlikely to bring the right supplies for coffee machine at the apartment)

its on the 2nd highest floor of an old building, could be challenging for travelers with kids, elderly or injured partners since they have to climb stairs.

Delightful Old Town Stay

It’s location in the old town and the character of the apartment. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Also great to have a washing machine /dryer /iron. Even though we didn’t use it much due to our short 2 day stay. linen and towels were fresh and clean. It even had a drying cupboard . great air con and ceiling fans . The 4th floor meant it was away from any street noise and had good street views of the old town.

Nothing to complain about really. If I’m being picky then I’d say the little safe needs to be bolted down as a child could pick it up and carry it away. Don’t bring heavy suitcases as there’s no lift and you have to carry them 4 flights of stairs. We didn’t mind but some might.

Spacious, clean, quiet apartment located right in the heart of where the action is in Corfu Town. Extremely comfy bed (it is very soft but supportive, and high quality). A 5 minute (or less) walk from the Spionada square taxi parade, just round the corner from Cafe Europe (which faces onto the square).

Only minor negatives. The hostess sends 2 final emails before you arrive which give instructions. Unfortunately these were sent at 11am and 12pm which was too late for us to see them as we don't have a smart phone. We'd last checked our email at 9.30am at our previous hotel but then were busy packing and checking out; we tried to get a web connection on our laptop in Cafe Europe while waiting for the checkin time but were unable to get a connection that lasted long enough to read any emails. Perhaps the emails could be sent around 9am. In the end it wasn't a problem as we phoned the hostess at 2pm and she answered our call immediately and stayed on the line and gave us the codes to both doors as we came to them. Also, booking.com lists cable channels and a TV but there didn't seem to be a TV! Lastly, bring a torch if you're there outside summer as the stairway lights didn't seem to work.

Location was amazing. The apartment was impeccably clean. Instructions for entry were easy.

Just be prepared to carry your belongings up 4 floors. We pack light, but I could see it being cumbersome if you like to use multiple or large suitcases.

if you find it difficult to walk up stairs this isn’t an apartment for you as it’s 4th floor without a lift, not a problem for us.

Good but could be better.

Location is superb, just behind the Liston. Close to the bars and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and generally comfortable. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a bonus. Good kitchen facilities but with a couple of issues. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Whilst l have highlighted some negatives they will not take much to correct and make it good value for money.

Kitchen - kettle leaked water all over the worktop. Only one supposedly sharp small knife. Living Area - Advertised as having a TV which it does not. Utility Room - Would be useful to have some basic instructions for the washing machine. Tumble Dryer needed to be cleaned out of water and lint to be used. Bedroom - Bedside lamp not working on one side.

Superb

One of the best properties I have stayed in my 15 year business travelling adventures. One of the best in cleanliness. Situated in the heart of the Old Town. Not as luxurious as its name implies but absolutely comfortable.

I missed a bottle of water upon my arrival.

Very spacious, luxurious, comfortable stay, in the best location for the old town of Corfu! Also very pleasant and efficient communication to get the keys!

So the apartment is on the 3rd floor (plus mezzanine, so almost 4th..) with no lift and a bit steep staircase! Certainly a trouble for older people.. surely a challenge with heavy bags during summer! Also, nespresso machine with no capsules offered, not a single bottle of water (the standard for similar rooms in the town), and a few cleaning stuff forgotten on the kitchen counter.. minor details, but just not perfect and can easily be improved!
