The Forum is about 1 block away from the boardwalk so you can get any food you’d like. In addition it is less than a mile away from ACME.

The whole facility seems renovated well. There are some old comments saying nothing works or furniture is missing however, fortunately for us this was not the case. We stayed on the first floor in Room 121 and it was clean with everything looking new. All amenities are included (soap, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge.) The room was the perfect distance to our car and their pool. The pool is gated, good size from 3ft deep to 7ft (more or less) deep. There is also a small and separate 1ft splash pool next to the main pool. But the color of that water was yellow and looked pretty dirty. Think twice about going in there. We also appreciated the daily "entertainment" during our stay. One day had Rudy from Lucky Duck Entertainment making balloon animals for kids for a few hours. The next day there was a musician but we just missed him as came back from the boardwalk. Distance to boardwalk was also a big plus - 1 long block distance. We were really happy with this establishment and will certainly come back! Front desk is also very friendly and communicates with you through text (entertainment updates, room requests, etc.) Thank you Anisha!!
Not much to dislike about this resort, but if I had to nitpick - Parking lot is set up so if a car is parked behind you then youre SOL. Hopefully the family behind you left their keys with front desk. This was never an issue for us, but I had some anxiety about it. Their door lock key system is an electronic keypad which isnt as fluid as the traditional keycard system. I'm not opposed to this system, but if it aint broke...

Very nice staff, very helpful, great location
There was a nail sticking up from under the carpet in our room that my dad stepped on but other then that it was perfect

Nice newly renovated rooms that were clean. Comfortable beds.

Great access to the beach, only two blocks away. Food and activities nearby everything is within walking distance. There was an elevator for my elderly mother. The decks were great, I prefer being able to see the ocean so my rooms were perfect. There are decks over the poolside as well.

We were down for 3 days and 2 nights, and the staff was courteous and very friendly. Rooms were clean and fresh.
Nothing, everything was perfect

Staff/Location
Loud "clicking" noises overnight kept my son and wife awake

The location is perfect only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach (which you can see from the apartment balcony). The cleanliness of the room was amazing and everything was comfortable - we were able to relax without worry. There were fireworks the weekend we visited and the apartment balcony was perfect to watch from! It was a great vacation

We didn't get breakfast.
Location to boardwalk was nice.
Staff was pleasant and helpful.
It was clean, but the quality of the renovation (suites) was just OK.
Coffee pot provided, no coffee, no sugar, no milk.
No place to hang clothes except bathroom shower rod.
Towels were tiny & thin.

We ordered breakfast from Brenda's Cafe and ate it out on our balcony. The shower stall was really impressive. Plus the elevator was very useful. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
We just had a little trouble with the door key card. The staff reprogrammed it and it worked great. We were hoping for more of a view of the ocean for the balcony. Forum needs to buy the Pavilion and demolish it. LOL!

the staff at this place is ammmmazing! we had a issue with the hot water called them and within minutes they were at the door -
someone cleaning musta hit the hot water bottom it was a simple solution but they handled it great!
also I had forgotten a hairdryer after calling down I swear within 2 minutes they were at the door with one in hand
customer service was amazing! every time we come to ocnj this is my first place to check for availability
also I love they send texts out letting you kno when what time live music will be playing at the pool

I think everything was great, no negatives to report.

Room service respected my privacy. Perfect location between the ocean/boardwalk and all the shopping on Asbury (all walking distance). Also had food available across the street in all directions!
Body length mirror in the room would have been great for me. Elevator was too scary for me, but I am also a baby when it comes to elevators.

Nice surprise! didn’t look like the best outside but inside, the rooms were beautifully updated. Shower and bathroom overall was great, good for the price and staff was nice. Didn’t get to use or hang by the pool but would definitely book here for a longer stay again!

The toddler pool was perfect for our disabled child who could sit in the pool without being held. The hotel was a block away from the beach and boardwalk which was great. The staff was great and very friendly and obliging. There was a free bike rental for 1 hour for 2 people.
There was a baby that screamed next door, but the hotel checked on the situation. They can't control that, but they do enforce quiet hours to make the experience more enjoyable for families.

full length mirror. parking was tight.

Good location
No coffee maker in room

Newly furnished and very clean. Front desk employees were very friendly.
Shelving and more hooks in bathroom and shower would be really helpful to keep shampoo, clothes and to hang bathing suits. Additional shelves and a mirror in the room would be great so things don’t need to be placed on the floor.

booked scurry for 2 hours at Boardwalk Bicycles but quickly realized how much harder it was then a bicycle. Returned after 1/2 and did not receive any refund.

We went to the Forum last year and we had such a great experience that my kids demanded to go back this year. Well we are glad we did, the staff, the room, the pool were all fantastic and my kids had a blast. Great location, close to the beach and the kids and I loved the pool. The staff is always helpful, friendly and amazing. I would absolutely recommend the Forum to all families looking for a great place in Ocean City! Thanks again Forum, you are great and see you next year!
