Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fourth floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. Additionally, the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Overall great experience. The building is right in front of the beach, very easy access. Private beach, good size and clean pool. The apartment was right on point for us. Spacious, clean and with everything needed to cook us meals. I would recomend this place

The property was well maintained, the condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. We didn’t have a reason to contact the property manager during our visit but she was on site which was nice. The people in the area were so nice! The condo had everything we needed during our stay. I hope this unit is available next time we visit this area because it would definitely be my first choice!

We took our family vacation here to visit friends. Flying for the first time it a 21 month old we had a lot Of things to bring. One reason we love this listing was because of all it had to offer that helped of things we did not/ could not fly with. As in beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels etc. the condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious. If we travel again we would book this place! Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations!

Sunrises were perfect! Beach was nice and not crowded. The condo was clean and cozy. All in all a fantastic place to escape with the family for a week!

Upon arrival we discovered that the "cleaning staff" did not clean the master bedding (dried toothpaste), at least 1 bed in the kids room (wet lotion on pillow) and a folded throw blanket (booger). My guess is the other kids bed and the other throw blankets were also not laundered, they just didnt have a visable mess on them. The idea that the whole job of the cleaning staff is to clean and they dont do it is unacceptable. Everyone is charged a cleaning fee. Items should be clean. The fact that those individuals thought it was completely ok for us to sleep in blankets that somebody else slept in is absolutely ridiculous and discusting. I was assured this is ot the norm however I heard another guest talking about her bed being dirty as well. I was offered for the staff to come back in and wash the items, I declined as we don't want people coming after we have already "moved in", we washed them. The room furnishings were nice (a couple things were messed up like the rug and the leak in the shower and a broken electric candle (but that was fine with us). The location right on the beach was great.

No complaints here! Clean room, well stocked, beautiful view from balcony. Pool and beach area are both nice. There are beach chairs, pool toys, etc in 2nd bedroom closet. Would not hesitate to return!

I don’t know where to start about this property, it was that good!! We like more laid back and less people so we prefer to not stay at a large resort with the masses. This property seemed to be mostly people who live there full time. The condo was exactly as shown/described on the site. The view from the balcony couldn’t have been more breathtaking! The washer and dryer are so nice to have while at the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, and fishing poles that are provided are so convenient and we used them a lot. Our family loved this location, we didn’t want to leave!

This was a hidden gem! Beach was not crowded at all, mainly our (large) group had it all to ourselves. Location is close to grocery stores, and just a short drive to the Space Coast Stadium (where our ball team played), shopping, tourist areas, and great restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back (without the team)!

This was our first week long vacation and my daughters first time to Florida. They were very accommodating and let us even check in early and us the amenities while we waited for the room to be ready. Very friendly office staff. Will definitely return in the future.

The property is older but well maintained! Don’t let the older building fool you! The condo was perfect! Very clean and updated! Beds were comfortable and just a great place to relax and enjoy the stay! We loved everything and will definitely be back!

Easy rental and check in process. Property manager on site. The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms were nicely furnished and laid out. The kitchen was well appointed for preparing any kind of meal. The view was spectacular and the property amenities made our vacation wonderful!

It was great to stay at the Indian Harbour Beach Club! Our unit was clean, spacious, and had a little bit of everything - so no need to bring a lot of extra stuff! Decor was updated & fun with nautical theme. Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins and sea turtles! (Helped that binoculars were provided!)

Had an amazing one week vacation in this condo. When we got there we did grocery shopping and never left the condo again. Easy access to the beach and pool. The views from the condo are astronomical. We were even able to see a rocket launch during our stay. Condo was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. The management team were great! Plan to return again :-)

We had a great time! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids ages 8 and 5. The location and quiet beach were the best. The water and view were stunning. We went to the Kennedy space center and even watched the falcon heavy launch while we were there. Best family vacation we have had. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
