We had a great time in Stonington. Our apartment was wonderful. It was just a short block from the downtown and port area. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect place for a medium/long stay. All downtown restaurants are within walking distance. Luminous and clean!

Really comfortable and clean spot! Close to everything and easy to find

The property was clean and convenient. It was close enough to walk to everything in town. It was clean and had enough things to cook when we did not eat out.

This is a great little stuidio apartment for two people to stay. It has all the amenities you need and is cozy and warm. It is within walking distance of everything in Stonington. Host is great as well.

Great little place. No complaints, solid value. Traffic and waterfront can be a little noisy at times, but wasn’t too disruptive. They should probably add an inside deadbolt or similar as the only door lock was the door knob itself.

This studio apartment is amazing. So clean and comfy. Did I mention how nice and clean it is. Perfect location to walk to everything downtown and the Ferry. If you're looking for a place to stay in Stonington this is it. You wont be disappointed.

Property was fine, but a little hard for us to find.

We wanted to hike at the park by catching the ferry. The ferry was a 2 to 3 block walk away. People were very friendly and answered local questions. Room was well equipped. Great stay!

Everything was great. We never had contact with property management so I couldn’t rate that part.

This was a great place to land for a couple of days exploring the Stonington downtown and harbor. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that it is on the main street so some traffic noise was heard (the owner did notify us prior so no big deal). Overall a great place to stay.

What a wonderful little apartment. Nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely town!

Cute studio apartment space right in the heart of the waterfront.

The place was great, just as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment, with great parking. Very nice change from the places I’ve been staying on the road.

Our stay was short because we came into town only for a memorial service. The events we came for were stressful, but this apartment was very clean, full of light, close to everything in Stonington, and provided us with a calm retreat and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Great! Wish we could have spent a few more days here.

Very nice clean property. We arrived around 9:30 pm and we out by 8am so not there long.
Would definitely stay again and hopefully longer next time. Great parking and comfy neat and cozy apartment. Thanks

Wonderful place in a relaxing environment. Would stay again. Had all that was needed.

Apartment was a very nice, spaceous, new and comfortable. Excellent location in the village, to the ferry to ile au haut.
Stonington is a very nice village.
Had some trouble finding the apartment (there are more yellow doors in the street), a photo of the facade would have been helpfull. Other than that we had a wonderful stay

A very spacious, airy and well appointed studio one block from the harbor.

The apartment was new, clean, and comfortable. It's in a great part of town close to the water, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Nice new 2nd floor unit. Very clean & excellent Location to waterfront. The only complaint was the on again and off again hot water. There were 2 evenings that we had no hot water.
We would stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was well located and exactly as described. Everything was spotless when I arrived. The carpets were very fluffy (they seemed of high quality). No issues getting to and into the property.
I stayed in apartment 1. The bed in my apartment was just under the attic exhaust fan, leading to a constant low hum and vibration above my head. Thankfully I brought my earplugs. That was the only issue I encountered during my stay. Otherwise, everything was WONDERFUL!

Short stay
Just as described. Bright, cheery, well appointed. One flight of fairly steep stairs to access apt. Tough to haul a big suitcase up - my husband had to take care of this jjob. Landry between two apts. Very close to pier and most of activity. One of our favorite places this trip.

Very clean recently remodeled and would highly recommend for a couple getting away

Great location. Clean. Room as pictured. I’d stay again. Recommend owner should get luggage rack and doormat. The carpet is clean - hopefully everyone takes shoes off to keep it that way.

This place is newly renovated. Full kitchen and swell comfortable bed. Seemed quite expensive for locale and season but I assume it was market rate. Tough market if so. I would have ordered to deal more directly with the owner and 10am check time made me feel very rushed and I would have apirecustex s Kirk’s accomdation on that point.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to small quaint downtown area. The locals are very friendly and can answer any questions you would have about the area!

This is just the perfect place for a Stonington experience. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well stocked and so convenient to walking around town, local hiking and visiting the small towns in this area. We caught a local outdoor performance, enjoyed dinner at Fin & Fern, explored Deer Island and the Blue Hill Peninsula (there are many printed local guides that are far better than anything I found online so leave room in your plans for options you'll find when you arrive) took the ferry to hike Isle De Haut (highly recommended) and cooked a fresh lobster dinner with the supplies from the apartment. That was the absolutely best thing about this vrbo. Colie has EVERYTHING you'll need. Since most of you reading this have likely never cooked your own lobster, I'll give you the recap of our experience. You absolutely can do this. We're no experts, so you don't have to be either! Drive over to the Stonington Lobster Co Op (be aware they close at 4 so get there early). Go into the building on the right and the people there will give you a paper bag for your lobsters. You take that bag over to the dock and the people there will pull up the crate of lobsters from under the pier and help you choose what you need. The lobsters (with claws rubber banded for safety) go into the bag and you take it back to the Co Op to get it weighed. Take your lobsters home and put them in the fridge until dinner time. There are two giant lobster pots in the foyer of the apartment and a burner/stand to put them on. The stand connects to the propane tank. To turn on the propane, you need to turn both dials - the one on the tank and the red one on the connector. So get it all set up in the parking lot, put a couple of inches of water in the pot and crank up the heat. Once the water is boiling, put your lobsters in. Ask the guys you buy them from how long to cook them for the amount you purchased to get the best advice. After that amount of time, pull them out (again all the gear you need is at the apartment) and enjoy on the picnic table outside. Groceries are limited in Stonington as fas as we could find, so do your shopping for what goes with your lobsters ahead of time. If you're considering a true lobster village stay, this is the place for you!! Oh, and we were in apartment 1 but the early morning noise was not a problem at all.

Beautiful and well laid out studio. Close to everything downtown. Enjoyed boiled lobster out near the picnic table with the gas burner that was provided. Very friendly and helpful shop owner downstairs too.
